@wifeinraleigh28 we have a Storkcraft Tuscany crib in cherry that we bought on Amazon for around $200. It is awesome quality and is still in good condition for this LO. We are also doing elephants.
I really thought I would do pink or purple since this is our first girl but none of them spoke to me. So turquoise and yellow.

I'm reusing small woodland animals from Carter's theme, and incorporate lots of vintage colors and deer silouettes. I already have that for DS side of his room he shares with his sister. Hers is ladybugs and flowers. Once DS2 gets out of our room he will share a room with DS1.
All your nursery ideas are only getting me more excited. I hope stores are open tomorrow! I hate that an inch of snow pretty much shuts this state down for days.

I decided on gray and yellow with some chevron patterns. Then I can add either light pink or light blue when we find out. Since I don't have a nursery I went with a gray chevron pattern for the changing pad covers and a gray and yellow chevron pattern for a boppy cover. My travel system is gray and black and I think my pack n play is black and a cream color. And I registered for some blankets and swaddles to go along with the gray theme! MIL is purchasing the PnP and swing next week!! Yay!!
@kassyfry@wifeinraleigh28 Thank you, ladies! I love decorating and can't wait to start getting things together after my husband finishes our minor kitchen remodel.
All of these ideas are so pretty! I'm jealous we have to wait until we move to a 3 bedroom. We just started slowly redoing dd's big girl room and she asked for pink, gold glitter, and mint princess room so shared room is out. lol we coslept with her until just a few months ago anyway so I'm sure we have a few years before we need a big boy room. But our plan is orange, navy, and silver-grey tool theme. Dh and 2 of his brothers are carpenters. Since a lot of boy bonding happens in the wood shop I thought that's a good guess at a future hobby. For now he will have a cute decorated corner in our room.
The boys will share a room once we get him out of our room. The crib is already in there from when Dean was in it. The bottom is the only picture I have of the crib bedding stuff, and you can see how we repurposed our bumpers.
We found out it was a girl yesterday! (yay team pink for life!)
But this is the theme i'm going with. I'm trying to decide how I want to pant. Three pink walls one navy wall, three white walls a navy and pink stripped wall, all pink walls??? Ahh so fun!

I'm leaning towards doing a woodland creature theme like a lot of you ladies. I found these sheets on Amazon that I fell in love with, and then these matching tribal animal prints on Etsy and it seems like it was meant to be. We'll probably paint the nursery a light gray so we can transition it later on to whatever he/she is into (we're team green!)
@awoodruff27 I absolutely LOVE the pink and navy!!! Such a cute theme, and I can't wait to see it when you are finished. I think a pink and navy striped wall would be amazing!
@TGmomtobe90 Thank you! We are having a Hobby Lobby open in March right down the road from my house. I can't wait!! Its going to make decorating so much more fun!
Mom to Madison- 5 and Lillian 2....and now surprise baby #3!
@awoodruff27 Hobby lobby is my weakness, I have one right up the road and I go there at least once a week. If you look up at my post I posted earlier, the letters DH painted for our baby's room were from there. They were actually pretty cheap too!
We are going with a vintage unicorn theme! I am so excited to start her nursery. We did a woodland theme with my son. But this is the bedding we have picked out for her room.
We are waiting until the anatomy scan to really decide but I'm leaning toward a bright color/rainbow nursery. I think it's pretty neutral and baby friendly. Here's a collage I made! Any opinions/advice? edit: autocorrect.
We're doing a travel theme, and highlighting some of our favorite places from when we lived abroad. The colors are navy, turquoise, and grey, then we'll add in some other colors when we find out the sex (I'm thinking coral and fuchsia for a girl, green for a boy). We have some pictures on the wall from etsy, and I made navy curtains for the windows. The walls are a light grey.
@ashaw512 That's the set we have for our nursery too! I took the bumper that came with the set and used it to make toy bins and throw pillows for our glider.
I also found an etsy vendor who made great wall decals in a similar style. We used them on DS1's nursery in the US, and then bought them again when we moved to make the transition to a new house easier.
We don't really plan on changing things this time-around. The baby will move in to the nursery and my boys will get a big-boy room. So that's what my decorating plans are focused on right now.
@QueenNub I did a very similar color for my girls room and painted some designs across a wall. I like a really deep blue with it, too. (The color looks much more muted in my picture though).

Planning on buying some penguin stuff - we are currently team green but might find out. Either way, penguins work. Probably won't have a formal nursery since we will be bed sharing but I'll get the a crib set up in my office and have a split room for day time napping - walls are purple so it can be arctic-y. Bought this from a local boutique last week. First thing I have bought just for baby. It was pretty cool especially since we didn't have a nursery for DS2 since they were only 22 months apart and just ended up bedsharing until the started sharing a room when DS2 was 13 months old. Sorry its huge! I cannot figure out how to resize.

@wifeinraleigh28 that unicorn bedding is from Caden Lane baby boutique. I found it online today. Ive decided to take back the bedding I got at BRU and am ordering this set from Caden Lane. I was also down at Pike Place Market this weekend and picked up these prints for Adeline's room.
@Wearmi1 I saw that exact set at a little boutique baby shop near my house! So pretty! I saw several others like it there too. I am loving on the bedding sets that are bumperless and instead come with the rail cover. I'm so excited to go shopping this weekend to officially pick some stuff out!

@Wearmi1 that bedding is seriously gorgeous. I was just going to keep DD's room the same if this next baby is a girl, but now I'm thinking I may need to steal your idea.
After DH and I had a long argument about the baby bedding I wanted (he's cheap), we managed to score an awesome deal on some bedding that was pink and gold. It isn't the theme I exactly wanted, but saving over $100... butterfly theme it is now! Haha!
@TGmomtobe90 Love the pink and gold butterfly bedding! I was all hung up on lavender, but lately I've been seeing some really good pink/blush and gold bedding sets that I am just loving!
