UTI?

Had my first OB appt. at 10 weeks and nurse left a message today to say bacteria found in my urine. Doc wanted me to submit another sample, which I did, but will have to wait on the results. I don't have any of the typical UTI symptoms, though I know that doesn't mean much.

Anyone else with experience? After googling it doesn't seem cause for too much concern as long as its detected and treated. I don't think I need to worry at this point about my kidneys since I have no symptoms.

Thought/experiences?

My OB said there were trace amounts of bacteria in my urine at 1st checkup, but said if there's no discomfort or other symptoms he wouldn't prescribe anything. Wait it out and see what happens. In the meantime, try to drink a lot of water and cranberry juice (not cranberry Cocktail).

I had many UTIs during my first pregnancy. I also didnt have symptoms but they did perscribe me some antibiotics. Its very common to get them.
