I have had the worst nausea for the past week. Today I spent the day on the couch as even the littlest smells set me off. Hoping that this phase passes.

@ckmb_1250 not really my legs but my feet have been killing me lately... I can’t stand or walk for too long without feeling like they’re swollen and painful, though I imagine the sweltering heat has a lot to do with it, too

A weird new thing that’s been happening is that I constantly have a bad taste in my mouth. No idea if that’s pregnancy related cause I haven’t heard that being a symptom, but it’s literally all day, every day. Might have to get some mints to carry with me, cause it’s making me feel sicker than I already do!

Same! I have been chewing gum or sucking on mints a ton!

@swbecca528 I’m sorry you’re experiencing this too, but I’m glad it’s not just me! lol I did a little bit of research after posting that and I guess it is a pretty common thing. Supposedly citrusy or vinegary things can help, but I’m gonna give the mints a try. Easier to have with me whenever needed!

Glad to know this is normal, i thought it was because i quit smoking as soon as i got my BFP.
First wave of symptoms was implantation spotting in week 4 through week 5. I begin to feel nauseous and starting throwing up in week 5. Sore breasts started week 6. I've been super exhausted but terrible at giving myseld the space/time to rest. I already have been a lil moody. The main symptom currently is nausea. I mean, it starts in the morning and keeps me up at night.
I’m 6+3 and feeling nauseous all day for the past few days. I feel so hungry like I need to immediately eat or I’ll literally starve but then I get a big plate of food in front of me I suddenly don’t want it anymore. Oh and the fatigue has kicked in for sure. I remember I was super tired early on with my first pregnancy but I didn’t have a toddler to look after. This time, I have to do everything in my power to get him to nap in the afternoon so I can nap too. I hope this is just a short phase like my first pregnancy when I felt much better in the second trimester.
I’m 6w2d and am not feeling as sick or tired as I was with my first at this time. Also my boobs don’t really hurt and I’m wondering if it’s because they’ve already been stretched and deflated ha. I’ve got low level nausea throughout the day. I’m wondering if maybe I just don’t notice my symptoms enough because I’m distracted by my 20 month old.
Almost 8 weeks and my nausea is terrible and getting worse. I haven’t eaten a vegetable that I haven’t thrown up in three weeks. The only things I can eat right now are bagels with cream cheese and perogies. I ventured out with a cheese pizza figuring tomato sauce would at least be some non-carb nutrients and that came right back up. I know my iron levels are dropping and I can feel what the lack of nutrition is doing to my body. Ugh. I was never this sick with my son, this is horrible.
I'll be 8 weeks tomorrow and the nausea is kicking my butt, OMGGGG. I cannot believe how early it started this time (around 6 weeks). With my daughter, it didn't really start until about 8 weeks. At least with her, I got the satisfaction of throwing up. This just feels like a rotting pit, a constant hangover. All food sounds revolting but I need to eat to feel better. I am pretty tired all the time. I've had a few headaches, my boobs are huge & sore. I actually felt a touch better today nausea wise, some days are so hard to get out of bed.

I am right there with ya! It is truly kicking my butt. Been spending my days on the couch. Today is the first day is weeks I haven't felt terrible.

I have symptoms but no morning sickness. I'm at 6w6d and I'm constipated (been taking metamucil) and recently starting getting bad heartburn 🙄 last time I didn't have those issues until 3rd tri but I know every pregnancy is different.. I never got any m/s with DD(10yro) either.
@jbdbmb that kinda how I feel. I am more tired now that before getting pg, but it isn't quite as bad as I remember last time. Either it gets worse later than I remember, or I am so used to the constant exhaustion from working FT and having a 15 month that I don't even notice anymore. Lol. I remember in the 1st trimester I used to come home and immediately lay down because I was so tired and sick....yeah that thought of that now makes me think that was some sort of fantasy! Haha. But seriously I was really nervous before I got pregnant how I would be able to manage if I was so sick again on top of having to take care of a little one, but it is crazy what you are capable of!
My brain is FRIED. I don't remember feeling like this normally. I'm reworking a presentation at work (that isn't for anything other than getting practice at doing presentations) and my boss said it was too wordy and technical and needed to be layman's terms and have flow charts and pictures. The material is extremely dry...like instant mashed potatoes fresh out of the box dry... My brain is just done.
@becca07024411 I’m in the same boat as you - I have a 13 month old son. Remembering back to the luxury of my pregnancy with him and knowing I could lie down and rest whenever I was at home. Now I have to try and time it so that I nap when he naps.
8 weeks currently. On and off right under the surface nausea, lots of heartburn and constipation especially at night. I’m exhausted and falling asleep early but almost every night struggle to fall back asleep after the 3/4am pee 😭. Symptoms so far are totally different than my first pregnancy.
GAS. It’s better atm but it’s been going strong for weeks. Headaches and dizziness have been consistent too, but vertigo is pre-existing for me. Nausea has ramped up this week and seems worse in the afternoon/evening but no vomiting. I was exhausted the first few weeks but it’s better now although I am not exactly energetic. Boobs were super sore last week, but they also seem better...for now. My congestion has also kicked up so it’s just been a party in my head. Lol
Definitely gas. Also feeling really lightheaded. I think my hound nose has returned. Somebody with really bad BO walked past me and It made me want to vomit. Having a mask on didn’t help.
This is my 7th pregnancy and I've literally never been sick. Like, I'm nauseous all the time lately. This is ridiculous! My husband wants me to call my ob and get an early ultrasound to make sure it's not an ectopic or something making me sick.
I was nervous because I wasn’t having any other symptoms (this is my third baby) but a few days ago, I was throwing up allllll day and then never again. I hope it was just once, but I’m relieved to have some symptoms haha.
I've been sooo light headed. Like, have to lay down for hours kind of thing. It's better today thankfully. I think it was bad because I wasn't eating enough in the morning and maybe pushed myself too much in the heat. Trying to stay hydrated and eat small meals. On a positive note, the nausea has been really light for the last week!
I’m already feeling lots of pain in my hips from sleeping on my sides. I remember having it during my first pregnancy but thought it started much later.
