Happy Monday everyone! I'm 6dp5dt today, annnnd I have zero symptoms. Nothing at all, no implantation spotting, no cramps, no bloating, no headache. My beta isn't until next Monday which seems late...might POAS Wednesday, if it's a BFN I can ask to move beta up to Friday so I don't have to torture myself all weekend.
@Orlaa i'm so bummed to hear about your HPT lines disappearing. IF is truly cruel. hope that the summer will give you the needed mental health break from IF!
@SingleGeneMe i'm not one of the women can feel every last thing going on in my body... with my last bfp, i didn't have any spotting or implantation bleeding... but maybe felt light cramping. in a way, having that happen was a welcome relief so i didn't have to try to get too crazy reading into every little thing those first few days after transfer. saw that you'll start testing about 6pdt -- what day is that? the 16th? 17th?
welcome @LynnNJ! i'll be transferring the day before you! how many will you transfer? do you know the sex?
how's your nerves/sanity, @athena_park? i'm in the "mental distraction" phase.
looks like everyone had a pleasant weekend! me and the DH had a "staycation" on the las vegas strip and it was just what the doctor ordered. didn't think about work at all, and about the transfer minimally... even won a jackpot, so I can't complain. hoping more good things are to come. big week, big week!
@northbeach3 That sounds like so much fun!!! Glad you had such a good time! Yay...2 more days to go!

@northbeach3 I'm not sure when I am going to start testing. I ordered some FRERs off of Amazon, but they won't get here until Wednesday, so the earliest I plan to test is Thursday, but I also have some cheapies so who knows. Happy transfer day tomorrow!

@kristimh80 It can be so hard dealing with news like that. I've put on so many false brittle smiles over the years. I'm definitely actively avoiding anyone who is pregnant unless they're a very close friend (and at the moment I'm ok there!). I always feel that as a woman I feel obliged to talk about an obvious pregnancy - but someone else will talk to them and ask them all the mundane questions that no-one's really interested in Garfunkle and Oates have a few songs that make me feel better on this topic at the moment (warning: tis rude and maybe not for everyone!) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LbTB3ASkdOo
@sungirl39 Don't worry about not feeling anything - when I had a bfp I felt literally nothing - no cramps or spotting at all, I just started feeling really exhausted around 7dpt (like falling asleep on a train exhausted!). Everyone reacts differently so don't panic! Everyone is different about testing too, if it's driving you mad I'd say take a test - but you have to (really!!) bear it in mind that an early test may not give you a true result. But I can understand not wanting to wait until next Monday. Hang in there
@northbeach3 That sounds like so much fun! I've always want ed to see Las Vegas - that's a pretty fun place for a staycation
@SingleGeneMe Hope you're holding up ok Sorry if I'm a bit clueless here - but is an FRER something specific? I've looked up the acronym and I know it stands for 'First Response Early Response' but does that just mean any hpt that claims to give a result before you miss a period? We can get those off the shelf here too (I believe I used ClearBlu First Response digital last time). I'm just wondering if FRER stand for something specific in the US since I've seen people use it a number of times?

quick question... am i supposed to be doing a progesterone suppository on the morning of FET?
they have me doing PIO and estrogen shots tonight. my FET is at 11:30 am. normally on the days i'm not doing shots, i do a suppository in the morning and evening. they didn't have me do one in the am on Wed before the fet.
@northbeach3 I would def call and ask....my guess is that it is not necessary since your FET is pretty early. Your RE is going clear it all out anyway when he preps you for the transfer. Good luck tomorrow!
@northbeach3 I'd def call and ask. Under those circumstances, it maybe better to do the PIO that day instead...but that's just me in my head thinking

@northbeach3 Oops sorry, I had the dates mixed up and thought your transfer was today! Also, when I did suppositories, they told me not to put it in until after the transfer and then another one right before bed.
@roisis I did just mean First Response Early Results tests. Last time I just used Wondfos. I don't think it really matters, because if it's negative it's negative, and if it's a positive that's sticking it will get darker on any test, and if it's a chemical pregnancy then it will get lighter. I mostly went with the FRERs because there are only 3 (and they cost more), so I won't go crazy testing multiple times a day! I might only test every other day this time.

all the anxieties are rushing in today. felt ridiculously tired this morning and then noticed some blotchy skin/rash on my arm... i was worried i was getting shingles for a third time in four years! i sure hope not.
@northbeach3 Best of luck today (sorry - I was too late checking in to offer any advice on the suppository - but sounds like you got it sorted). I completely understand all the anxiety, the closer I get to any 'big stage' the more nervous I get that something completely unrelated will go wrong and prevent things from happening. yes, my clinic seems to be the anomaly in testing early. Good for me though bc I psych myself out with HPT and 6dpt is early enough that I’ll leave it to the experts.

I'm way behind most of you May ladies - but I have at last been given an FET date - Next Thursday 24th May My lining was good - they said it was over 10mm, I'm to start the crinone gel from Sunday. Transfer is going to be the day after DH's 40th birthday (so I think I can have a glass of bubbles with him on Wednesday evening to celebrate )

@roisis Wow, your lining is great! My lining has never gotten that thick! Glad your transfer date is set.
@mrsyng I tried another one this morning, doesn't look much darker. Also, it seems like they are lighter during the 3 min window and then get darker as they dry? So weird...only time will tell ugh.
@roisis Yay for end of May transfers! My lining was 11mm on Tuesday, but they still left my FET on May 31st. Also back to the weird dreams - mine have been the same, not share with DH kind of dreams
@ndz2018 Thank you!! It'll be just over a year since our last fet, so yes I'm dying to get going again
@sungirl39 With the difference of a day that does look darker - ooooooo - exciting!!!!! FX
@Asabelko Ha - yup - I'm still with the vivd and weird/wild dreams too! We'll be holding down the fort at the end of the month
I got a bit of a shock there now as my RE rang with my thyroid results. My TSH was always slightly high so I've been on a low dose of Eltroxin, but it's still up at 3.6 (which I think might be higher than ever). He did actually say 'we won't postpone your transfer' - and I nearly dropped the phone!! But he definitely said 'won't'!! After good news this morning I would have cried if he said anything else!! He's upping my does for the moment. Is anyone else dealing with thyroid issues? I've been googling natural ways to control it, but it all looks a bit mixed...

@ASabelko omg, that seems like an eternity with that thick plush lining all ready to go! when do you start PIO?
@sungirl39 It looks darker to me, but it's harder to compare them everyday. Do one tomorrow and compare that to yesterday's. And yes, they always dry darker, so it's hard to compare two that aren't totally dry.
AFM, I started having twinges in my hips (not ovaries) yesterday, and today I woke up feeling light AF-like cramps - not sure if that's good or bad. I tested today at 6dp5dt (technically 5.5dp5dt). Results in spoiler below:
I got a faint but definitely positive test on a FRER today. It showed up within 2 minutes. Like @sungirl39, I am cautiously optimistic, because all 3 of my last FETs I got BFPs and then had chemical pregnancies. I am not testing again tomorrow. I am going to wait to test at 8dp5dt, so that I can see if it's clearly darker or lighter.

@SingleGeneMe Hope you're holding up ok
Sorry if I'm a bit clueless here - but is an FRER something specific? I've looked up the acronym and I know it stands for 'First Response Early Response' but does that just mean any hpt that claims to give a result before you miss a period? We can get those off the shelf here too (I believe I used ClearBlu First Response digital last time). I'm just wondering if FRER stand for something specific in the US since I've seen people use it a number of times?

@athena_park Happy transfer day to you!!
I might only test every other day this time.

yes, my clinic seems to be the anomaly in testing early. Good for me though bc I psych myself out with HPT and 6dpt is early enough that I’ll leave it to the experts.

@mrsyng I tried another one this morning, doesn't look much darker. Also, it seems like they are lighter during the 3 min window and then get darker as they dry? So weird...only time will tell ugh.
@sungirl39 Yay!
@northbeach3 FX that sticky bean stays put!
AFM - just waiting now until FET scheduled on May 31.........waiting.........
