Hi Everyone, I have been hesitant to introduce myself until I felt comfortable with this pregnancy. My husband and I have been trying to have kids for 3.5 years. In 2016, we were doing infertility treatments (just meds and shots). We stopped after approximately 6 months, as the meds were expensive and all out of pocket. In June 2017, I had a chemical pregnancy. In January 2018, I was waiting for my period to arrive so that we could schedule IUI, but it never came and here I am!
I was extremely shocked that I was pregnant on my own without any medication so I was doubly shocked when I went to my ultrasound at 6 weeks 4 days and saw two babies! I am now 9 weeks today and due on October 4th. However, I will be delivering sometime in September, at the latest.
My husband and I will both be 28 when the babies are born. We also have 3 cats and live in Minnesota. I look forward to getting to know everyone throughout the next 7-8 months.
Small update, French doctors count 41 weeks, not 40. I've set my account via edd and rolling with it, so you might hear/see things different from what you'd expect.
I was a major lurker on my J15 BMB back in the day, mostly because I felt awkward using the lingo. I loved all the support offered though and this pregnancy I want to give some back if I can! I'm due with my 2nd EDD via US done today is 10/26 (they did an early one bc I had an ectopic years ago). I was an NYC last pregnancy but we've since moved to California. Can't wait to get to know everyone!
I'v been lurking since Valentines Day, when hubs and I found out we're expecting our first! We conceived much quicker than expected (only two months!), so we're still totally in shock. We have our first u/s tomorrow morning and EDD is October 21st. Currently 6w4d.
A little about us: we got married in Mexico last May, bought our first home together in September in Minnesota, and have an adorable special needs kitty named Lieutenant Dan
@diaphena well I actually grew up in Raleigh and then went to NCSU for college, but we live in Garner now. It's exciting to "meet" someone from the same area!
Hi ladies! I'm a little late to the game. Tried to make new account and TB didn't seem to want me to join again. But, I am very excited to be able to finally join you ladies!
I was very active on the April15 board with my son. I am currently expecting our 3rd baby (2nd was a MC) and am due October 19th with this baby!
Hello! This is my third time joining a birth month club. My first born was born March 17, 2016. (TW) My second was due next month, but there was no heart beat.
Now I am due October 25 and I am praying like crazy that this one will be healthy and be with us for the Hoildays and such.
I love knitting, crocheting, cooking, baking, gardening, barre workouts, yoga, reading, horror movies, hiking, tennis, swimming, billiards and have just recently learned how to use a sewing machine!
Hello! FTM here at 32, TTC for 1.5 years. Approximately 7w5d, but first ultrasound is tomorrow (very nervous). Feeling okay so far, but I have high hCG levels which only contributes to my anxiety. My husband and I live in New England with our dog. Normally very active but have been so freaking tired!
Hello! My name is Ashley. I'm so excited to be with a group of women going through the same thing! I have a son that was born October 4, 2017 and this new baby to be was completely unexpected. With my LMP the due date would be October 5th but the ultrasound dated it October 10th. My first son LMP was off 3 days of ultrasound and they went with LMP so I really don't know. I'm 20 years old about to be 21 so I'm a young mom. Hoping this baby will be a girl! I'm so excited. I'm so sick lately but trying to stay positive. Nice to meet you guys!
My name is Alisha. After nearly 15 years of no success and 1 failed round of fertility treatment I finally fell pregnant on my own. I'm a first time, 37yo mama with PCOS and Hashimotos. Im very excited/nervous. I'm still seeing my reproductive endocrinologist so today I had my first ultrasound. He said everything looks perfect and I'm measuring at 6wks!! I have a 6yo step daughter and a 7yo step son. Its nice to meet everyone.
Hi everyone! I am a 3rd time mother. DH and I have 2 daughters ages 12 and 4. I am about 8 weeks but waiting to confirm this month on the 21st. I’m now 35 so a little nervous about this go round but can’t wait to hold this little one. I believe my due date will be the 2nd week of October sometime. I didn’t have any complications with my other two other than gallstones with my last which was fun. That went away after she was born so this time I’m trying to eat healthier so that pain doesn’t come back! Excited to be apart of a Bump board again!
Hi everyone will introduce myself! My name is Caitlyn 24 yrs old and this is my second pregnancy but my first one ended as a missed ectopic from 4.5 weeks of Dec 2017 where I had emergency surgery Jan 11 2018. We were not told to wait but hcg levels went down quick we had sex only twice Jan 31 and Feb 2 and got pregnant around Feb 2. We have had two ultrasounds and there is indeed a baby in my uterus this time i had mild bleeding with spotting last friday at 6 weeks got checked and they detected a heartbeat 80bpm (I know its low but baby's heartbeat could have just started). Hcg levels were at 33,828 and I have another ultrasound this upcoming saturday and hoping my little nuggets hb has increased so please keep your fingers crossed! I am due Oct 26th 2018 ps my birthday is Oct 23 so what a wonderful present!
I'm a sahm with a two and a half years old. **TW we had three losses in between our tidier and this one, so I'm working through some of that anxiety** due date is 10/6
Mostly I'm excited and nervous to be doing this again. I have bipolar and anxiety and dealt with some fairly serious level ppd/a last time around so that's stressful. I'm doing this with my two primary partners ( we're non monogamoys/polyamorous and it's great) so we've been focusing on melding our family together and figuring out what cohabitating is going to look like (juneish?).
Hobby wise i love to sew and read ( currently reading When They Call You A Terrorist), I'm a part time art teacher assistant and I'm working on getting a home school preschool curriculum in place for my toddler before all the big changes happen later this year. I absolutely love being a mom and overall I'm just really excited to get to do this again.
Hooray for non conventional life choices! ;-) Honestly the biggest hurdle so far has been dating. I just started seeing this sweetie a couple weeks before the positive test and had to tell them I didn't feel comfortable moving forward... It was disappointing.
I can totally see how that would be difficult. One of my life changes has been to cut out participation in a particular set of hobbies that I have been active in for several years. I’m expecting one of my partners in this to reach out soon to see if I want to do stuff with them at the end of the month. I’m not sure yet what I’m going to tell them. We aren’t close enough for them to already know...
@knottieamusements i love reading your updates, and I think it's so awesome that baby will have a Guncle. Everybody needs a good gay friend in my opinion.
Hi! I'm due towards the end of the month with our 3rd, should nail down the date at our ultrasound coming up. We live in the Midwest and are very excited about growing our family!
Hello everyone! Congratulations! My name is Paige. My husband and I have been married for almost two years and this is our first baby! We are due October 24, and we are extremely excited! We call our baby Munchkin.

I call my SS munchkin! He loves his special nickname.
I'm a little late joining. Hey guys! DH and I expecting our second. First DD born sleeping August 11th at 23 weeks. Hoping things go as planned this time. Due 10/9, 3 days after my birthday. DH swears twin boys since I'm rounding so fast, I say it's bloat.
This is my first pregnancy at 32. Due date is Oct 8. We talked about not trying to prevent anymore and then got pregnant immediately, which I wasn't really expecting. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that at 9 weeks along this seems to really be happening. We saw a blob on the ultrasound last week with a heartbeat. So blob baby will be joining the two of us plus our mini schnauzer.
I am happy to be here! This is baby #3 (2 boys already) for me and DH. This pregnancy was a complete surprise... my husband got a call from the surgical coordinator for his vasectomy on the same day that we got a positive test!
EDD Oct 23
My first appointment is Tues 3/13 and I’ll be finding out if I need a MFM this time around as I am now on seizure meds that I didn’t have with my first two...
I was one TB with my oldest and the women I met through here are amazing. We broke off and have a Facebook group, have an annual meet up and get together locally regularly as well.
Hello to all! My name is Liz and this will be my 4th. My due date is Oct 26th so I'm only 7 weeks along. I had an early ultrasound that gave me my due date, but my first official Dr appt will be April 4th. My oldest boy is 7 and in 1st grade, next girl just turned 6 and started kindergarten this year. My youngest is 3 and she's a little snickle-fritz! This time, I've been dealing with a LOT of nausea! I've been laying around a lot, which doesn't work well with three kiddos. Hope everyone has good, un-exciting pregnancies!
Oh my goodness I am so excited to finally be able to post and start interacting with everyone!! My name is Chelsea I'm 22 from NH. This is my first pregnancy, I'm 10w3d I believe. EDD is October 5th. DH and I are so excited for this new journey! I've been lurking for a couple days now waiting to be able to participate and feel like I know so many of you already!!
Hi! I'm excited I just found this! This is my first pregnancy! I'm a PhD student, so my husband D and I decided to start trying at the beginning of the year, so that it work well with my school plans. We also have two adorable young cats, and live in Chicago. I love reading, organizing, cooking, and walking around my city.
Hi all! I am excited to be back to the Bump community. We have been TTC for over two years and I am happy to say that we are currently 8 weeks along. I made some great friendships when I was part of my April 2014 group and I am hoping to do the same this time around. I look forward to sharing this journey with everyone.
Hello everyone! I am due October 17th and have a 19 month old son. I'm very excited to be a part of the group and looking forward to getting to know you guys! My interests include: exercising, reading, eating ice cream, happy hour, and chasing my son and dog around the house.

For some reason, I’m only able to respond on the app so if my formatting sucks, I’m sorry!
As my screen names explains, I am a mom of two (DS is 3, and DD is 2) and expecting baby #3 on October 27. My husband and I have been married 4 years.
Our plan was an October baby since I’m a teacher and didn’t want to have a baby too close to Christmas break because I wanted a maternity leave!
I look forward to getting to know all of you!
