Had my 8 week ultrasound today. I'm 8+1 and measuring at 8+4. Due date staying the same at July 11. Heart rate was 178 and I got to see my little peanut moving all over the place! Such a relief that everything looked good!
It felt like FOREVER, but we finally had our first OB appointment today and got to look at our little monkey. Seeing and hearing the heartbeat was amazing for this first-timer. Heart rate of 171 with an estimated due day of 7/7. (Sorry if the pic is huge)
Had an 8w ultrasound today for the twins! They are measuring at 8w1d and 8w with heart rates at 170 and 168. I am finally starting to believe we may just end up with two babies in July! Ahhh!! My RE reminded me that vanishing twin is still a possibility but I'm trying to stay optimistic. This is officially the longest I've gotten into a pregnancy after a lonnnng year of disappointments.

Well, today was Graduation Day from the RE/fertility doctor. The tiny human was measuring 8w6d (but they're keeping my EDD), so they kept saying that baby is tall. (Fine with me since my family is all 5.5 feet or less.) HB was 156 and the baby was moving a bit. I got a video of the heart beating.

Measuring spot on for 8 weeks 6 days with a heartbeat of 165! Fuzzy pic since ultrasound done over the abdomen, not internally. So joyful and relieved to have made it past the point of our last loss ❤️❤️❤️
Hi everyone- I've been away from the bump for a few weeks- just letting it all sink in cause I think I was just so shocked our first IUI worked- especially cause it wasn't an ideal IUI (RE was going out of town so we triggered kind of early) . Based on IUI date and LMP I am 9 weeks 2 days and u/s was done on exactly week 9 date - fetus was measuring 8 weeks 4 days but RE thinks this is probably because I probably didn't ovulate til day after the IUI- anyways all looked great- HR was 169 bpm - I go back next Friday for chromosomal blood test and they will do another u/s- wishing us all happy and healthy pregnancies!
First official OB appointment today - thank G-d everything continues to look great measuring 7w 2d right on schedule had a freak out moment yesterday with some spotting, so am especially happy to get the reassuring US today (thanks for the support @dancegurl1118 !)
This scan was taken 11-11-16 Both LOs were roughly the same size. Baby B is just sitting at a different angle. They both measured 6 weeks. I was so shocked I don't remember 6 weeks and how many days for each. I have another ultrasound scheduled for Dec 19th. I'll be better prepared and hopefully write down their stats. Still a little shocked.
We had our first ultrasound Thursday after our IUI. We found out we are having twins! One measured 6 weeks 5 days and the other 6 weeks 4 days. Heart rate 122 and 133.
Of course now we have been reading about vanishing twin. We really need to stop googling!
Love seeing everyone's little beans! Quick question, I'm going in for my first ultrasound tomorrow. I'll be 7+3, and I'm wondering if I need a full bladder for a good scan? My doc says that's she will have me empty my bladder before the scan, but I'm reading online that it should be full...any advice from those who have just done it? Thanks!

@vwsfy6 I think during my last pregnancy I wasn't asked to have a full bladder for my first tri ultrasound and I WAS asked not to pee before my 20 week anatomy scan. It might just depend on what your tech prefers so I'd bring a water bottle and ask them when you get there so that you aren't unnecessarily uncomfortable. GL tomorrow!
@vwsfy6 just a guess, but you may be getting a trans-vaginal ultrasound vs trans-abdominal since you're in early pregnancy. You only need a full bladder for the abdominal
@ebennett1007 I am also expecting twins and my RE has reminded me twice about vanishing twin even though they both are growing on track and have strong heartbeats. It is stressful but I'm trying to stay positive. Chances are everything will be fine!
Totally forgot to post my most recent U/S. This was last Wednesday. Finally starting to see the shape of baby!! I think I will get another on Friday! He/She was moving their arm during this U/S which was absolutely wonderful!

First ultrasound this morning. Measuring 9 weeks 1 day, HR 180s! Can't believe it. I go back in a couple of weeks for the early risk assessment, which includes another US, and some blood tests.
We had our first appointment and it didn't go so well. Started with an US and measured 6w2 (supposed to be 8w). Also no visible heartbeat. think I know when we conceived... B/w 10/19-10/21 but according to my last cycle, they est I should be 8w. I'm over here trying to figure out this math. I'm having cramping, nausea, breast tenderness, and I'm hungry nearly all the time. I don't have any spotting. So symptoms are good. They're saying it's 50/50 with a healthy pregnancy. I go back in a week and we're praying the baby grows and we see a Heartbeat. We'd appreciate any prayers you could say. Anyone else in this boat?
@MamaMarsee - FX and prayers for you! At my first ultrasound I was also measuring two full weeks behind based on my LMP And even though I suspected I ovulated late I was so confused and even panicked about being so far behind. My doctor had me do another u/s a week later though which showed that baby is progressing well and my doc says that sometimes we just can't predict based on LMP alone as every woman is different and sometimes cycles go way off! I hope this is the case for you and that you see a heartbeat on your next appt!
First ultrasound today at 7+3...and we got to see our TWINS!! We are just in a state of shock, and all around ecstatic. Both had strong heartbeats, and I'll make an appointment to get another scan soon for measurements and all that good stuff. Holy smokes! Now I have 4 kids!

Second u/s today measuring at 9 + 2 just one day behind what I originally thought. Baby had a good strong heartbeat of 160 baby was sleeping though not a lot of movement yet. So cute and amazing to see the growth in two weeks. Yay xx
Finally had my ultrasound today. I thought I was 7 weeks exactly but I'm measuring at 7+4. Got to see the little one and heartbeat at 140. This is my first pregnancy. I'm still awed that there's really a little one in there. We also saw my 2 fibroids but Dr doesn't think they'll pose a risk.
Yesterday was my first ultrasound, but they didn't find anything. The tech said that it might be too early and I might have conceived a bit later than thought in an attempt to comfort me. Tomorrow I see the doc. Let's see what he says. Please send your good vibes my way.
