👩👧👦 Hi mamas,
I know how hard it can be to balance childcare with everything else life throws our way. That’s why I created J’s Care LLC, a childcare service designed to give parents peace of mind 💜.
We offer:
✨ Hourly, daily, and monthly care
✨ Flexible, background-checked sitters
✨ Event Nannies for weddings, birthdays & even corporate events 🎀
If you’ve ever wished you could enjoy your event or take a breather knowing your kids are safe, that’s exactly why J’s Care exists.
👉 You can learn more or book at myjscare.com.
And of course, feel free to DM me anytime with questions 💕

Re: Post Partum Thread
Anything I can do to help? I know getting off the phone but I'll literally lay there and think about life for hours and not sleep. *cries*
Sorry no advice just commiseration.

In order to help to get back to sleep, I tend to focus on slow breathing and sometimes I'll say a prayer in my head or something else that requires focus, but not much original thought. It helps to get me sleepy again.
This is probably odd, but I think it helps that we have all of our bedroom ceilings painted a very light gray which doesn't seem bright at night like white does, so you can look at it and it's soothing rather than jarring.
It's only started recently to be honest. I already have anxiety thinking about the daycare list and what I need to pack and how I need to defrost and pack breast milk or if I'm bringing all the right things so he's comfortable and happy at daycare (holy run-on sentence but that's how my thoughts are being processed). Literally all I can think of is what I need to do so it keeps me up.
