@AB34 and @joleri23 - glad to know others have had this too! Agreed, no pain, and baby is moving like crazy, so I'm not really worried, just find it funny that my OB didn't really know what I was talking about :-)
@LadyFleck They're back below the 6 in an hour range, so I think we're safe for now. But I am enjoying making DH bring me snacks in bed. How about you?
Doctor told me to stop timing them and pay attention to intensity now. They've definitely gotten worse. Just got out of the bath tub and they are still painful and frequent. I really don't want to call again until it's unbearable and/or paired with other labor signs.
My my game plan is to try to sleep and if I can't (I'm a really good sleeper so it would have to be some serious pain) I'll call.
ETA to add actual tag!
@shanparadise I am glad to hear yours have subsided. Keep those lil babes in there awhile longer :-)
@TigerLilly1988 It's mostly when I'm completely still so I know joints isn't really a good explanation for the noise but saying it's just joints puts my mind at ease. My initial thoughts were that it's the baby's joints and I scared myself thinking about the possibility of baby breaking his own bones I know it's super irrational but I mean you've seen the crazy explanations from Google lol.
So I thought I was lucky and missed all the painful jabs and kicks... Nope I was wrong. I teach vacation bible school every year and he must of been over it at the end because whatever he was doing hurt SO bad!! 36 weeks down tomorrow, just want it to be over and him to be here.
Been up ALL night! Literally feel like someone shoved an energizer battery up my a**! Can only imagine what today will be like with a crazy 9 month old running around!
On the plus side I got ALL LOs clothes washed and hung and reorganized my whole closet!
Just a DH rave here that I forgot to mention on Sunday. We only have a 2-bedroom apartment and the "nursery" was DH's office. I've been asking him for weeks to get his desk moved out so we can move the crib in sometime in the next few weeks. Well, apparently he didn't want me to help so when I was at work on Sunday he had his brother come over and do it. I was so touched when I got home from work and it was all finished
I was reading a sad article about a whale that's in captivity (this random is not about animal cruelty, just info for background purposes, stick with me) that beached itself and wasn't moving. I guess I never actually knew that when a whale is beached it's the weight of the animal that crushes its internal organs and kills it.
After a a week of nausea and vomiting, and having my doctor tell me it's all normal from the pressure of my baby/uterus, I feel that I can somewhat relate. Get me in a pool for the next month please.
This is completely random but why is this Randoms thread titled week of 6/2 Randoms? 6/2 was last Thursday? Don't we usually start a new thread on Mondays? Not that it matters...was just curious.

Wow, I didn't even notice. I think I'm personally in denial that time is moving that quick towards July!
@Heathereaddy CONGRATS!!!!! Time to sort of celebrate and really celebrate in a few weeks! @simplymizzj I was wondering the same thing, but just went with it LOL!

@schaze I completely forgot my time clock code last night and after 5 minutes of entering incorrect codes just left a note for HR! This baby is sucking all of my brain cells out!
