    I think tonight is the night we attempt the crib sleep. Kiddo is passing the hell out on my lap in his pjs with his bedtime bottle... And if it fails, we can always default to bouncy seat, right? Fingers crossed!

    You just reminded me of chocolate waffle cookies I used to make as a kid! I'll have to get my dad to look up the recipe in the old church cookbook and send it to me. Better yet, send me the cookbook. He sure doesn't use it.

    The air conditioner broke in the guest cottage at my parents house today. I packed the boys and myself up and moved into their house for the night. FX everyone sleeps wonderfully in their new rooms.

    @mamrotu73‌ I hope your DS sleeps well in his crib tonight! It looks like it's off to a good start.

    Good luck @JessieAlbin‌ on the crib transition. We are attempting a transition here tonight as well. I took the napper part out of the pnp and will attempt to have him sleep on the regular pnp mattress.

    Speaking of waffles, I saw a recipe a while back for pepperoni bread made using puff pastry and a waffle iron.  It looked epic.

    Probably an UO but I was never scared to put LO in his crib
    He s been in there since the second night he was home
    He's right next door to me and I can hear him. Also have video monitor and two large dogs watching him

    I'm fed up. This is the third time my co-workers have blatantly ignored me and I've been late pumping and/or had to pump in the bathroom. I already feel like I have thrush, let's maybe add some mastitis.

    Next jerkoff who asks why can't you just pump in the public bathrooms at work gets punched in the throat. My baby drinks this, dipshit.

    I've talked to my supervisor and was written off. Anyone know what step I need to take next? Because I'm angry and uncomfortable. Oh. And rushed.

    DH had a few drinks tonight (2-3 more than I thought). He put the baby down (if i knew he was feeling it i wouldn't have let him) and then came into the bedroom crying because he felt like he shouldn't have held the baby if he's been drinking. Now he's pouring out all the beer we have in the house and crying. This guy never cries and I know he's not drunk. I think he's on his period... Poor guy, I do feel bad for him because he feels like a bad dad.

    Speaking of references, I recently had an extremely long and thorough telephone interview regarding my friends eligibility to adopt a KITTEN. Sooooo many questions about her character, her family, the care of her home, etc. I said really nice things but honestly she gives away every pet she adopts.

    This.  I was also thinking something with the Better Business Bureau, but I think that may be only customer complaints.  DH suggested OSHA, though, which may give more options.  I was looking at this in an effort to find a way to help you:

    I skimmed but wanted to say good luck to everyone transitioning their babies to cribs/ new rooms etc. we're on night 3 in a row doing it here! She went 9pm -3:30 am the first night, 8:30-1:30 last night and was up until 10:30 tonight.... So we'll see what happens!
