Friends mom is house sup/informatics nurse. I am familiar. I need badly to finish my FNP but no funds=no school.

I had LASIK done in 2006, it was awesome! I'd highly recommend it to anyone. Well worth the money, I've never had issues since and my recovery went smoothly.

My DH used to wear glasses. He had LASIK done as well, in 2012, and said it was the best money he ever spent. He has 20/10 vision now as a result, meaning better than your average person's 20/20. He said it was slightly unnerving, but he is thoroughly pleased with the result and the recovery was not bad.

Enh they put drops in your eyes that freeze them, you don't feel anything. But I will say, when they laser your eyeballs it smells like burnt hair. Good times!

That's terrifying. I don't want my eyeballs smelling like burnt hair :-O

DD2 is uber ticklish. And she finds her own laugh funny, which leads to even more laughter. It's a vicious cycle.

@pineconey Mine only kind of giggles, and it's very very rare. I think I've only heard it 2 or 3 times. 

I'm not gonna lie, I kind of want to hang out with @Vinny424 now. Because she's awesome, yes, but also because I want to see what kind of digital disguise DS would have.

Merri has real laughed once. Otherwise we get giggles. Have you tried fart noises? Fart noises are always funny...

Awww thanks! I wish the pic would have been less fuzzy. Hubster finally saw the pics (I did them in secret because I thought he'd think I was super nerdy) and loves them and wants to do a more professional reshoot.

Good thing he just bought a camera I guess...

DH just found an old FRER and said he would be okay with having another baby soon since we just moved and he got a raise. I don't know how I feel about that. :-? I think he's a bit crazy.

Crazy thunder and lightning right now. We heard a crack of lightning and, sure enough out street got hit. Five minutes later, no power. I love me a good storm...I just hope my stash doesn't go bad!

The good: got white girl wasted on white wine, had a lovely time at wedding rehersal, good to see old friends and catch up. 

The bad: Apparently LO was a horror show for my Mom. Purple screaming, wild woman. Fortunately, my Mom is awesome and has owned a daycare for 25 years and is a pro at babies. 

The ugly: LO kicked a bottle over while my Mom was transferring milk from the breastmilk bag into it. Goodbye sweet, sweet 6 oz. 

The ugliest: Dairy Queen was closed early for some terrible reason and I did NOT get a Blizzard that I've been dreaming about.

Dani, sorry the plans fell through. Such a bummer. I don't have money, but I DO have a passport! :> And I've been meaning to tell you, up until a few days ago, I thought your picture was of you in a royal, high-neck collar thing that spouts out over the top. You know what I'm talking about? I don't even know if those are a real thing, maybe just a cartoon thing.

@pineconey Baby girl gets excited too, but she only does this gurgly squeal thing, and sometimes just squealing/shrieking. I love it! But she's only really laughed like 3 or 4 times in her sleep. It's so cute. I hope she laughs like that when she gets bigger (and she was born on 4/21).

Busy day. Spent hours making homemade crusts and pies for MIL's bday. Spontaneously decided to take family bowling, so off we went. Came home to find my asshole dog managed to hoist his huge self up onto the counter and nibble some of the crust off the top of one of the pies.

My DH said, "I don't give a fuck. I'll still eat it.

I think he might be pregnant.

So anyway, RIP delicious strawberry rhubarb pie with flaky butter crust. I hope you give my dog the shits.

We get a ton of silent laughs, noise pops out every once in a while. Usually when someone is talking about poop or underwear. My kid is going to be the dirty one...

My baby was born 4-17 and idk about the laughs because I guess I don't know what a baby laugh sounds like. He does this squeal/shriek thing and if that's not a laugh then nope.... My baby hates all things funny I guess!

Excuse my whining for a moment. I'm leaving my baby for four days in two hours and I'm so nervous. I'm already sad especially because I leave at 4:30 am so she will wake up without me there. I guarantee I will cry the whole drive to the airport. And I don't think my boyfriend understands the emotions because he leaves her for four days at a time every week so I'm worried he won't send me pictures even though I've already asked him to. I just keep telling myself she'll be so happy to see me when I'm back, but it still sucks!
