Throwing kids birthday parties is so flipping exhausting. Hoping Lo wants to nap soon so I can too! But he does look cute with the leftover balloons!

I made the mistake of having a margarita during lunch. Now instead of going grocery shopping I'm lying in bed while DH puts LO down for a nap. I had to convince him he needed to do it so he wouldn't loose his skills.

Oh no, ladies! DH has a temp of 99.5. The world.is.ending. He took a 3 hour nap and is now moping around the kitchen, pouting while he makes a cup of tea. Awesome.

I woul just say something more dressed up than normal. O wore a dress/tights/cardigan. For a boy I say khakis and a sweater or button down.

I love that @cl8badb! If you can find it online they make baby ballet bars that you can put under the mirror so he can pull himself up to see him. One day I'll PIP our upstairs playroom. We basically have that setup

This is a vague vent and I'm sorry but I seriously need to get this off my chest before I hurt someone...

I don't understand how people can be so rude and disrespectful with a sleeping baby in the house. If you're asked to turn something down then you turn it down. You don't turn it up to be an asshole. This has been a problem since Grayson was born and I'm tired of it.
