My dog STINKS!!! Ugghh! She hates bathing! I can't get her in the tub, she'll freak out. I've tried with a hose and she tries to attack me. I can't take her to a bathing place because shes a liability! I'm going to have to spray her with fabreeze.
I've got a stinky dog too and I just bathed him 2 weeks ago. The darn dog pees on his front leg almost everyday, I wish he would just lift to pee but because he is a giant breed he probably never will. So now he smells like pee. I just sprayed him with doggy perfume.

You all are talking about feeling your baby high up. I could not be feeling my baby any lower. I swear, all the movements feel like they're coming at the bottom of my uterus. Sometimes baby will venture up as far as my bellybutton, but that's about it. Does this mean baby is feet down still? There's no way it could still be sideways at this point, could it? I only ask because it feels like I get movements all along the bottom of my uterus, not just in one place. So I don't know if my baby is head left faced down, or head up, feet down, and just doing the splits a lot. Any ideas?

My baby is spread out like a starfish. I'm not sure in which direction. But sometimes i'm lopsided, so I think maybe the head is still to the right, which would still make her sideways. I'm so confused!!!
Day 1 of no poo method. I'm not sure if I can get passed the smell of apple cider vinegar but we will see once my hair dries.
I also just have myself a pedicure and holy cow, that was tiring.
@biggerinreallife, I can't help you. I swear I feel both of mine dancing on my cervix, while at the same time making themselves at home behind my rib cage, like standing up. So, I assume one is high and one is low. Maybe your babe is laying sideways, so is always a little lower?

It took me a minute of thinking about how constipation, the smell of apple cider vinegar and wet hair went together. THEN I figured it out! Genius over here!
@BiggerinRealLife I only feel my baby really low belly button and below and at my appt Thursday (27 weeks) she said he already flipped head down and it's unlikely he will flip again. So... Well idk if that helps but that's my experience with a low moving babe haha

Haha! I know, I kind of hate the name but that's what it's called!
@biggerinreallife that's me too! I've felt baby up near my ribs a couple times and only when I wake up in the morning. But most of the time, she's down low with lots of kicks to my cervix. But are they kicks or punches?! People always ask me how she's positioned. Uhh yeah, I ask myself that all the time!

I'm curious about this. I had an ultrasound last Thursday too (28 weeks, 1 day) and the tech told me LO was head down but that she could flip back and forth all the way up to delivery, so not to count on her current position. I wonder which is right? I prefer your way, obviously

Same here! Here's a related question: is anyone else's hair staying incredibly clean during pregnancy? Usually I can't go more than a day without washing it but I can pretty much go a week without washing it lately.
Ugh I hate this point of pregnancy. I'm having intense pain across my stomach, but mainly at my belly button and below. It makes me have to stop walking and bend over because it's so intense and happens so quick. It's only happened 3 times in a hour and half but I'm having constant back pain since it began. BH? Contractions? Weird pregnancy growing pains? I'm so clueless!! I didn't know I was having contractions with my son, I thought I had food poisoning and then they stopped them right away and sent me off to a csection.
I told my midwife about the blackouts and she gave me the take it easy spiel as well as took blood to check for anemia. Ill take your advice about snacks and try not to over do it even though thats hard to do with a two year old! Thanks ladies!

My hair is actually pretty clean. I switched to a tea tree shampoo and conditioner and that helped a lot. I'm just trying this out.
This reminds me of the time my college roommates heard that not washing your hair for a week would make it more healthy because of the build up of natural oils. So they figured if one week was good, four would be even better! They smelled so bad, and looked like dirty hippies. Well, one was from Humbolt...

@biggerinreallife Are you feeling hiccups? If you feel them really low like almost in your vagina it's a good chance baby is head down. If you feel them higher then its probably not. Another thing to try is to lay on your back and feel around at your public hair line. That's about where baby's head would be if its head down. You should be able to take your thumb and pointer finger and feel the sides of the head. If you can't feel te head it doesn't mean baby isn't head down though- sometimes it can be hard to find!!

@BiggerinRealLife I have never felt my baby by my ribs. At my appointment a yesterday, the nurse felt for baby's positioning and the baby is basically transverse with its butt in the air above my belly button. I feel the most movement on my lower right side which is where the legs are right now.

Anyone else having more road rage than normal? I have had to stop myself on several occasions from getting out of my car at a red light and screaming at some dumb ass, which is something I would never ever think about doing usually.
This!! I got stuck in DC during rush hour tonight and people were cutting me off like crazy! I wanted to get out of my car and start bashing in windows! Pregnancy road rage is scary stuff.
I heard if you have to put the Doppler up by your ribs to hear the heartbeat, baby is breech. If its down under the belly button you're good. Don't remember where I heard that not do I know the truth of it... But seems logical.
Why do my boobs look so good? Then I peed on a stick...
I feel like I haven't posted here in so long... So I'll sum up a bunch of things I would have posted in the last few days:
1) today was dd's FIFTH birthday. It made me teary that my first baby is 5.
2) I seriously want to TP every single person on my fb who posts articles about not having kids, why having kids suck, why they DONT want kids and DONT have to, etc. STFU already. If you don't want em, don't have em. You would probably be a shitty parent anyways.
3) I also want to TP all the preggos (acquaintances) on my fb who do nothing but complain about their pregnancy or life. Bonus piss off points to the one who doesn't want her baby to bake the whole way, and wants him to come early because she's uncfortable. *facepalm*
Anyways that's all I've got!
ETA: NOT all I got actually! I picked up 26 CDs today and I'm so happy with them!

Fuck that chick that doesn't want a full term baby! She probably shouldn't be allowed to be a parent! There are so many of us counting our blessings every day that baby doesn't come. Milestone days, goal weeks it's so stressful! Yes I'm extremely uncomfortable, yes I want this baby out, but not until April. I will continue to thank god everyday my baby stays inside. What a hoe bag.

Haha! I could never go 4 weeks without washing my hair. Although, I do get called a hippy by DH regularly.
