  Sorry for being so not involved recently. Work has been kicking my ass but my project got turned in today and I am taking Monday off (and going to see a movie into which I am sneaking booze!!)

  My 8 yr old stepson who has CP is running another 5k tomorrow. I'm so proud and amazed at this kid! I wish I could do it with him but I need a 2 level spine fusion and only run if someone's chasing me.
  
  Also, his mother sent his "racing clothes" over for him to wear tomorrow which consists of a pair if unlined wind pants and a thin short sleeved race shirt (the breathable kind). It's going to be 39 degrees in the morning and his race will take him about an hour 15. I'm thinking at best it will be 45 degrees when he's finished. Now I'm no runner but I'm pretty sure he needs warmer clothing than this. Right?! Am I missing something?! Cuz I kinda wanna say WTF?!!
  
  Eta: he has a beanie to wear as well but maybe shouldn't he wear some sort of long johns or will that be too hot?

  @gigglejiggle Awe- Thank you. And yes, thankfully he has a long sleeved shirt here he can wear and he's tall enough to wear my underarmour if need-be.

  Phoenix- Chloe plays soccer in very cold temps. I just put UnderArmour cold wear on her. She usually takes it off at halftime though bc she gets too hot.

  @jancandance was gettin ready to say don't waste your time right as I saw you stopped watching it. I love horror movies and was so excited to watch it and even though a couple spots made me jump by the end it was just corny. The story line was great but the last like 30 mins seem like they had no idea how to end the movie so they just threw that crap together.
