@brookert615 yes! My parents had it at their house and it sounded so gross that I had to try it. It was actually pretty good! I’m sure they got it at GE. I think it was Edy brand

My computer doesn't seem to want to load to the login screen. This is a sign I should just go home instead of being at work right?

@inthewoods23 My computer also is having login problems for work. Additionally, the remote login site has already crashed once. I'd say I will go home too, but I'm already AT home trying to telework!  Fingers crossed for better technology (or at least less tech issues) the rest of the day?

@dpchickens ugh computer problems when working from home is the worse because you know you're only feet away from your couch to chill instead of working!

Fun work update, we recently switched providers for our spam filtering and it doesn't recognize us so any external emails with attachments are getting automatically rejected but emails without attachments are fine. Transitions in business are never smooth eh? Lol

I'm at the DMV and they're short staffed the Friday before a holiday weekend, and I'm probably going to die of old age here.

Has anyone else been hearing a really annoying Sonic commercial on the radio lately? It seriously hurts me in the mornings.  **TW pregnancy**

The main woman talks about how she and her husband are making some changes. Sonic nights are back and you can get ice cream cookie sandwiches. How exciting. The friend says, “So, you’re not pregnant?” The main woman says, as if it is an afterthought, “Oh right, yeah, and I’m pregnant.” Everyone cheers. 

I really hate that ad and no longer want to try the Sonic ice cream cookie sandwiches.

SO I was just thinking--if we intend to start weekly randoms the w/o June 3, there will be a three-day period where there will be no "right" place to post randoms--so someone should just make that weekly one on June 1? Even though it won't yet be the third? So we don't wind up with a June Randoms thread? Not that a million of us are here over the weekend, but--still.

Thanking my lucky stars today. DH played golf with his dad yesterday and decided to go back to his parents’ after rather than drive straight home. When he was turning into their driveway, his axle broke. I shudder to think of what could’ve happened on the highway at 70 mph if he had hit a pothole or something. Annoyed that we have yet another expense but I’m so glad he’s ok - plus his car is a ‘98 (legal to drink! Haha) so we can’t really say we haven’t gotten full use out of it.

@b_1029 I read "axle" as "ankle" bc I just woke up & had to reread the sentence. SO GLAD it was in the driveway--& that turning into a driveway did not cause an ankle to break. But sorry about the added expense. =/

@kagesstarshroom thank goodness it wasn’t an ankle, the car I can handle but taking care of an immobile, whiny DH....? Neither of us would probably survive.

@b_1029 @kagesstarshroom it used to be weekly and I don’t remember anyone voting to change it to monthly. It’s not like it’s a new thread. I think someone can just post it on Mondays. Don’t stress over it!
