I just did a mandatory online training that taught me that lying to the government is illegal.

And if I find out that anyone else lies to the government, I should tell my manager.

The training was riveting.

@PoppySeedWindsor‌, just your run-of-the-mill large US diversified industrial corporation. They do these dinky little trainings as CYA so that if someone does break the law, the company can say "see, we told all our employees not to do this in this training, so this is just one bad person not a bad company." I kind of understand; with 50,000 employees, there's bound to be a loose cannon somewhere.

@mamrotu73‌ yes, we also do one on not putting passwords on sticky notes and not handing out confidential info to strangers. That one was earlier in the year, though. FUN!

Seriously, I hate this statement, too. Between heartburn and sore joints and DH grinding his teeth, I don't sleep at all now.

Our rain finally stopped last night too. Went for a walk but only made it about 15 minutes. Feel crappy and down because I'm so exhausted and don't want to do anything but veg on the sofa. I want to be nesting and having contractions and all of those pre-labor things. Argh!

Another RTTer having her baby! My labor buddy @cgoldian had her scheduled C-section moved to today at 2pm (due to low fluids at her 39 week checkup)!! We could have an outside baby in 20 minutes

I'm feeling like tiday was officially my last dog walk. 2.5 weeks from EDD and Im so uncomfortable. I seriously can't believe what a difference a week makes in the end here, and fathom how much worse if will be next week and the week after that. I've had a super easy pregnancy overall, but the end just blows. I've officially joined the "I'm done" club. Lots of whining to come.

Dude, that's exactly the wall I hit last week. I was feeling pretty darn fine and confident about my ability to kick pregnancy's ass while taking names and then BLAMO, all of a sudden, everything WASN'T awesome anymore. 

It sucks to hear as much as it sucks to say it: Hang in there. You won't always feel like this. I promise you that.

Yes! I told them I'm there to try and induce labor, and she told me she'd focus on the right pressure points

Now I KNOW I made a big mistake trying to paint my own toenails this morning. Pedicure is officially booked for Friday! Fingers crossed for you @MrsStanton87

Hi RTT!! :-h I don't have a labor buddy so I'm just going to update here if you don't mind.

30 minutes after my dr broke my water I couldn't handle the constant pressure with the contractions so I asked for an epi. Not my original plan but I feel so much better and she is progressing much better! And we are already 10 hours in!

Got a pedi and shellac manicure, yesss!

I also got an eyebrow and kini wax... At one point I had to confess, "I am so sorry I am sweating like a pig." She responded with, "oh no, that's ok, it's actually just blood." "Oh.........."

10 days from now, I'll be traveling 10 hours to AL to visit DH family. In 26 days, I'll be moving 11 hours away to FL without DH for 4 months. I'm not ready for all this!!

It's not jinxing anything to start the baby book now, is it? Got this adorable Peter Rabbit baby book and it's asking questions about family trees and when we found out we were pregnant. Maybe it'll make the baby want to get out faster??

Do you think aveno baby lotion is ok to put on Luke's face? I have a rule that I never put regular lotion on my face, so I've been following the same rule for him. He has such dry skin though!

I woke up from a nap earlier and I seriously didn't know whether my pelvis would hold it together when I took my first step. Awesome!!

Coconut oil worked well for us. I used eucerin as he got older but as a newborn I was really reluctant to use any lotions. If he seems really irritated by it though I would try it.

Appt in 2 hours. NST to make sure peanut is still doing ok in there. Fingers crossed everything is good and I am showing SOME progress that we might get this show on the road without having to induce! Come on cervix! Do your job!
