I think I am going to try to shave my legs. I'm not entirely sure I will be successful.  Someone please wish me luck.

I know most of us hate when others talk about their sex lives on here but am I the only one who can't wait til the first time I do it NOT pregnant? I'm kind of lazy in the sack so that's the only thing I truly appreciate about pregnant sex but god the things I'm going to do to that man when this baby is out if me and I'm up to it.

So... DH is talking me down. But I am feeling the full effect of the mother guilt raining down on me for ruining my mom's life keeping her from being at my labor. I told her we want it to be just us and we would keep her updated and want her to be here to meet her grandson after a few days etc. She went from "omg I WILL be there you're gonna have a baby! If you let me I want to watch! Your aunt watched your cousins baby being born and said it was amazing!! Baby!!!" to "cool. I will adjust. Don't see how your mom alone in the waiting room is a big production but whatever you want."

Sigh. Cause stressing about how my mother is doing just dangling on a string in hysterics "alone in the waiting room" is how I want to labor. Smh.

Don't let her manipulate you. If you don't want her there she has to deal with it.

So for as long as I have known about Girl Scout cookies I've always avoided caramel delights because of the name and the fact that I hate caramel. This year, I bought a box for my bf because he has a sweet tooth but when I brought them home I found out he doesn't like GSC so of course I'm like "screw it, I'll eat em". I ate a caramel delight and am now kicking myself for all the years that I have missed out on this awesome cookie!

Get it girl. I feel guilty everytime we do it because he does all the work. He says he doesn't mind because I'm carrying our baby 24/7 but I still wish I was up to doing more. He's in for a surprise this spring though

Annnnnnnnd now we are skipping birth class tonight because of DH not feeling well. I know he feels guilty, but he looks miserable.
Our instructor is going to let us make it up next week.
Now I need to find a quiet activity for the evening, because we live in a 1 bedroom apartment and DH is on the couch!! Perhaps reading in bed....

Amen to that. The only upside is hearing the HB and that's not that thrilling anymore because I feel movement. Before when I couldn't feel anything the HB was so reassuring, now it's like yea...cool tickin away in there.

Currently trying to figure out how to successfully eat Chinese food and yogurt after unknowingly putting every piece of silverware I own in the dishwasher. :-/

Our 3 and half year old neice is getting her tonsils removed Friday. I said we should send her flowers. (Yep, we're the aunt and uncle who do stupid stuff like that. Is it bribery? Probably. But we don't care). DH pointed out its valentines day so they'll be super expensive so that's out. He said candy but I know she won't be able to eat that.

Any STM have any ideas on what to send her? We don't live close so it has to be sent.

Call me an asshole, I don't care! As happy as I am for new moms, I'm annoyed that people who NEVER participate on the board post birth stories. Idk about anyone else but I'm not sharing my birth experience OR pics of my newborn with people I don't know at all. That's just nuts.

Just finished DDs 2nd bday cake for tomorrow- funfetti and prob will have her bouncing off the walls but she's cute & worth it:)
