I was sitting on the couch in my bathrobe and I had to fart, so I did and well there was more than just that (this whole situation has given a new meaning to the word shart). It's never happened before ever and I don't even know what to say. Is linked away to the bathroom to shower and DH just kinda laughs when he sees me lol. Obviously drinking with out a gallbladder is not the business. X_X

OMG! My boobs have been feeling particularly full the last couple of days, even after Edolie eats, so I decided to pump. I have 9 of 20 minutes left and have almost pumped 6 ounces. @-) The most I've ever gotten out of a session was 5, and that was after the 20 minutes was up. What the heck, boobs!?

Also, I told my husband about how some of you pumping moms imagine your pumps are saying something, and I laughed and gave an example of someone saying, "we pump." So then he's like, "It just sounds like it's saying, 'Rape her!'"

Would you keep this milk? It's from Oct. 8th, and I had sent it with my MIL (in a lunch bag(?) filled with ice) in case Edolie was still hungry. She wasn't, so I brought it home. It had thawed a little but was still mostly frozen, so I put it back in the freezer. It's only 2 ounces, so I'm thinking I should just chunk it as to not risk anything. Just wanted opinions though.

My bro and his wife are home from the hospital. Their baby is gone but I guess the surgery went "well" (his words). :-( she was able to be under general anesthesia so at least she wasn't awake for the procedure. Ugh.

What a shitty couple of weeks. Now I'm on vacation- we leave for tx tomorrow! It will be nice to unwind!

Haha these are taking it a bit far for my tastes, and are mildly (quite?) disturbing, but, @dani+california‌ never even a fart?!?! I can't even imagine the logistics of that.
While we don't necessarily flaunt our bodily functions, for us it's no big to poop with the door open, or to be doing my makeup while he takes a leak. Heck, some of our best conversations happen when one of us is on the can lol.

My husband gave me an enema while I was pregnant, has literally seen my guts so I'm positive seeing my poop is one of the least "disturbing" things on the list.

I need to vent. FIL just called. Apparently my SIL (16) told her doctor yesterday that FIL pushed her. Well, he did guide her out of his room when they were in a heated discussion because she was being childish and wouldn't leave her parents room. He didn't forcefully push her or leave a mark. MIL was in the room and would never let that happen. Because she told her doctor, CPS is coming to their house and he was told to get a lawyer and there may be consequences. I'm beyond livid. I've always stood up for her, but she is an AW and it's gone too far. He didn't hurt her and didn't even push her. A hand on the back to guide her out of the room is not abuse. I'm so angry. She doesn't even know what she caused and what this will do to her family. I don't even want to see her face I'm so angry. He's been more of a father to me than my own father. I trust him more than most men in my life. I understand she was angry, but I don't care. It's terrible situation. Thanks for the vent.

@ambarnett1‌ that's awful she's now made a small argument into a huge ordeal that leaves long term consequences. I hope she learns that her actions have serious consequences that can affect many.

I don't believe in beating/spanking kids but I feel like the amount of intervention from society regarding when people spanked in the past is why she did this. Kids hear all the time that they should call 911 if their parents are abusive but then there are those who abuse this and shit like this happens. I really hope this gets worked out.

It might have been a questionnaire or just a standard question the doctor asked, and a teenager who doesn't have a ton of perspective answers how they feel is honestly, not grasping what it triggers. Then even if the doc thinks it's probably not serious, they're legally obligated to report it.

I know it's super stressful to be caught up in, but the system's designed to be overly cautious on purpose. And this stuff can happen without anyone being malicious.

I work with adults, but I've made reports based on people answering forms, not realizing what their answers would trigger. I mean, I talk to them about it, it's not like, surprise! No one expects the Spanish Inquisition! Sorry, my brain went all Monty Python for a sec. But it's generally shocking and scary when I explain CPS has to be involved.

My point is just she might not have walked and been all omg my dad shoved me, she might have mentioned something answering questions. The kid is probably freaking out and scared herself.

I can appreciate you looking at a different perspective. This is possible.

Thanks ladies. I calmed down. I see her point of view, but I know how she is. She pushes and pushes and he was trying to avoid snapping and saying mean things to her (holy run on sentence). I hope it just gets dealt with fast and my FIL and SIL hash it out soon. I know he is afraid to talk to her because she may use it against him when talking to CPS. it's all just sad and sucky. Plus we found out on DH's birthday. Hugs to all of you.

@3crazykitties‌ that's a negative on the tour. I get the feeling they are going to find a creative way to release it on dvd in the foreseeable future. They can't just leave us hanging

In our county, CPS doesn't automatically investigate every report that comes in. I'm a mandatory reporter and have made dozens of reports, and it shocks me how few of them (serious ones) they don't respond to. :-( Seems like a report so minor would not meet their minimum criteria for investigation.
