39yrs old this month. Previous 2 miscarriages and no children currently. Was about to start iui. With initial blood test found out I was already pregnant. Last year on my birthday I found out I had my 2nd miscarriage. I am truly hopeful this birthday will be different. Well wishes and good luck with your pregnancy ladies
- EDD (Estimated Due Date) June 3 - How you found out - squinter that has progressively gotten darker! - Hobbies, Job, Etc. Middle school language arts teacher - Spouse, Partner, Kids, or Furbabies Husband, 2 boys ages 5 and 3, and a dog! - Anything you’d like us to know 🙂 I'm excited the June BMB is finally here! My first was due in June 14 so it's fun to be on a June BMB again. Also, I've been hanging around May for the past week so I'm glad they finally set this one up. I may or may not have e-mailed about it last night haha. I've had my BFP for a week and a half already!
EDD June 7th Found out on CD19 after having a gut feeling. This is pregnancy#3, we have a 4.5 year old son and daughter turned 2 in August. I'm a former math teacher, now a SAHM. We always wanted 3 kids, so I'm super excited for this pregnancy. Hoping to enjoy every second, knowing this will be our last baby.
We weren’t planning to try until January but werent being super careful. I had some ovulation symptoms earlier than expected, so i checked around a week and a half later and got a positive! We’re thrilled. *TW* I lost my pregnancy at 12 weeks due to Down syndrome on June 20. Even though we planned to wait longer, I’m really happy our due date is before that anniversary.
I stay at home with my 2 and 4 year old boys. They keep me pretty busy!
DH and I have been trying to have our second child for 4 years! We have been through 3 IUI’s, 4 rounds of IVF and were starting paperwork to adopt. I am a few days late and decided to test. I am still in shock that it was positive. We have had to MC’s so I am very cautiously optimistic!
Im excited to get to know you ladies! I am still friends with a lot ignored girls from my sons BMB and it’s such a great way to find support during a crazy time! ❤️
This will be our third baby! We have two daughters; the oldest is 3.5 and the youngest will be 2 in December. I was a teacher but have been a SAHM since having our first.
My husband is a firefighter and has a very sporadic schedule. He was on duty when I got my positive ovulation test and I literally cried thinking we missed our window this month. On a whim I took a pregnancy test 5 days before my missed period, it was my last one so I figured why not. Little did I know that dtd a few days before my LH surge would lead to a positive pregnancy test. We were shocked and pleasantly surprised!
I’m so excited to begin this journey again and to get to know everyone!
My wife and I have a three-year-old son conceived via IUI (I carried him too) and this time we did reciprocal IVF- so it’s my wife’s egg! We only had one embryo so we are ecstatic that it took. When the fertility center called to tell me I was pregnant, I drove to my wife’s work and waited out front with a big bunch of pink and blue balloons. I’m 41 so we were running out of time!
I work at the courthouse in Seattle in family law, and my wife works in the animal shelter industry. We love to hike and we are sober in AA (many years) and vegan. Looking forward to going on this journey with all of you!
i found out i was pregnant last night so not confirmed by a dr with a due date but the 13 ish is a guess. My husband and I have been gearing up to have our second for a while now so it is a very welcomed answer. We have an almost 4 year old son and I was last a part of the dec/Jan 2015/2016 boards. I say two groups because I was on the 2016 board and then my son came a week early and snuck in December. I am Very much looking forward to a spring baby. i am a sahm but I also teach pottery classes and am an art therapist. I am a chronic migraine sufferer so interested (and scared) to see what pregnancy does. I was told it could help!
wishing everyone and their pregnancy’s the best. Looking forward to getting to know you.
Hi everyone! Excited to join you all in June! We have been trying for about six months for baby #2, our first is 22 months old.
My EDD is 6/7 but based on my last delivery, my doctor is planning to do a repeat c-section at 37 weeks to avoid any risk of me going into labor, so (if all goes well) this little one will actually be born in May.
- EDD (Estimated Due Date) 6/1 - How you found out My boobs were killing me so I took a test 3 days before my period was due! - Hobbies, Job, Etc. Business analyst, no time for much other than work, house stuff, and my 9 month old lately. - Spouse, Partner, Kids, or Furbabies Me and my husband have been married two years and have a son who will be 10 months next week. We also have a dog and two cats - Anything you’d like us to know 🙂 So glad the June board is finally up!! @diagonalley I emailed then last week too!
@diagonalley haha I emailed too. 🙈 edited to add: Thanks for getting more discussion boards running. I felt a bit lost. I’ve never found out before a BMB was well established.
@julievdm12 I've never been around that early, either, but I also think TB just isn't nearly as busy as it was with my first. I'm sure lots of random posts will turn up eventually
- How you found out: POAS addict. Tested too early & thought I saw a line so kept testing to see some progression!!
- Hobbies, Job, Etc. I am a high school math teacher!! My husband is a nurse. We love to host family & friends at our house for football parties.
- Spouse, Partner, Kids, or Furbabies: Married to my high school sweetheart for 7 years. We have a 4yo son *TW* lost a babe at 10 weeks in July, & 1 dog!
- EDD (Estimated Due Date) June 1st or 2nd. I’m on my 3rd with 2 csection so possibly end of May. - How you found out - felt sick 10 dpo. Took a test - Spouse, Partner, Kids, - husband, 2 boys ages 9 and 6 - Anything you’d like us to know 🙂. It’s been a weird start to this pregnancy. 5 days light hpt before it got super dark. low progesterone in week 4 but hcg started doubling and I’m feeling hopefully optimistic and hoping the progesterone helps. I also have had hypermesis with both my boys. So I’m waiting to throw up. Just light nausea on and off now. Maybe I’ll be lucky 😀
6/2/20 We've been trying for a few months now, after a miscarriage in March. We're both over the moon, but cautious. This will be his first, my second, I have a 6 year old son I'm the head bartender/server full time, and a movie junkie😊
Very nice to be in a group early! With my son, I was on babybump.. I don't know if this is the same but different name? Lol
Tentatively joining in. I have had multiple positive hpts and have bloodwork scheduled for this afternoon. I couldn't wait and tested early (10 dpo today) because I had the same cramping with implantation as I did last time. Based on lmp my due date is the 12th but I am thinking probably closer to the 18th based on ovulation. Granted, my son was 3 weeks early so who knows if I will make it to June.
Found out: ran out of my progesterone tablets for the cycle so had to test on 12 DPO. It was super positive-confirmed by blood test later that day! I can hardly believe it.
My husband and I have been married for almost four years and this will be sweet baby #2. Our daughter is 17 months old and I had just finished breastfeeding her at the beginning of September.
*TW I had some crazy postpartum complications with her delivery resulting in many surgeries and days of hospital stay. we’ve been praying for 16 months now we’d be able to have more babies so I seriously bawled when I saw the test. Now hoping so hard that my body can do this right this time and for a healthy 9 months!
Married: 12/19/15
BFP: 9/4/17 EDD: 5/16/18 DD born 5/10/18 Postpartum Complications
EDD is June 4th
I found out because I am a poas addict and I just felt different this month somehow I knew before a test was positive. I am a nanny for a family in my town they have 3 children and my husband is a CPA. We have a black labrador fur baby and we have been trying for our first for the past 2 years. I can't believe this is actually happening. First appointment is the 29th.
The night before I took a test, we were sitting down with our realtor going over offers on our place and one of the offers included a personal letter that made me super teary-eyed. I figured I should probably take a test the next day!
I’m a surgical nurse at a couple of local hospitals- I’m a casual employee so I’m able to schedule my own hours around holidays, birthdays and other events, which works so well with having two little ones already.
I’ve been married to my husband for 5 years now, we have two daughters (2 and almost 4) and we have a schnoodle puppy! Right now we live in a tiny house under 900 sq ft, so we have it listed right now so we can upsize and settle before baby 3 arrives.
Hi @diagonalley! He sure is! His full name is Dumbledore's entire name, I can't recall it all right now. He's been a bright spot in our lives the past 3 years - fur baby #2. Thank you so much for the welcome! It certainly has been a journey.
Eek! Cautiously introducing, as *TW* I have had a few losses in the last year and a half.
- EDD (Estimated Due Date) June 1 - How you found POAS addict. I totally didnt expect to be pregnant this time, as timing wasnt good and I hadnt been eating as healthy and taking as many supplements as I had for the last year. - Hobbies, Job, Etc. I work with kids. - Spouse, Partner, Kids, or Furbabies Live with my DH, 6 year old daughter, and my Bichon. - Anything you’d like us to know 🙂 *TW I was pretty sure I was having another loss two nights ago. I had a low initial beta (rose well, but started low) and then spotting. After getting my 3rd beta today, with a doubling time of 27 hours. I feel a bit better.
EDD (Estimated Due Date): June 12th! How you found out: I had IVF so I would have found out today at the latest when I had my beta but I started testing on Monday just to see what happened. Got my first positive on Tuesday and have been watching the line get darker all week! Hobbies, Job, Etc.: I work in IT! I do the knowledge base and quality assurance for the help desk at my company! I love knitting in my spare time but I am also going to school for a second degree (computer science)! Spouse, Partner, Kids, or Furbabies: I've been married to my husband for a bit over 6 years and we have one son (also conceived via IVF) and he will be 1 year next Tuesday! We also have a dog, River who is our first baby! Anything you’d like us to know: My son was born 6 weeks premature due to preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome so it's gonna be something we keep a keen eye out for this time!
As the (current) resident IT person I would be happy to start up a Spreadsheet for us if everyone would like one! We had one in my previous BMB and it made it easier to keep track of everyone's due dates and everything!

@marfi236 My first son was born 6 weeks prematurely as well, but we have no idea why. My second was almost born on his due date and it was a world of a difference having a full term baby after a preemie. I hope you're able to make it further this time around! Congratulations
How you found out: HPTs... so many HPTs. 😅 Followed by betas. 214 then 467 *TW* I had two miscarriages and went through fertility treatments prior to my last pregnancy (March ‘18 BMB) that gave us our son.
Hobbies, Job, Etc.: I work in marketing. For hobbies, I love riding the Peloton, walking the dog in the forest, hiking, kayaking, beach combing, and watching a mix of really crappy reality TV (hello 90 Day Fiancé and Below Deck!) and decent TV, traveling, airplanes, and I’m always up for trying new things!
Spouse, Partner, Kids, or Fur babies: My husband and I have a crazy cattledog mix and a 19mo little boy.
Edit: Posted too soon.

Hey ladies! I haven't been on Bump in awhile, but I'm super happy to be here.
Wishing us all super sticky June babies and easy pregnancies!
- EDD June 3rd
- How you found out: POAS two days after AF was due. I didn't expect it to be positive (see history below) but DH was leaving for a month and a half for work and I didn't want to find out alone (again). - Hobbies, Job, etc: Aside from my work as a Nurse Practitioner, it's mainly just hanging out with our fur babies and taking advantage of everything the beautiful PNW has to offer!
- Anything you’d like us to know: See below
****TW****
My story thus far: we've been actively TTC for about 6 years.
At least 5 IUIs - nada.
IVF round #1 - MC at 7wks d/t triploidy
IVF round #2 - nada
Spontaneous pregnancy Jan 2019 - MC at 5 and 6 wks (the second needed a D&C), leading us to believe it was a twin gestation
"Expectation is the mother of all frustration" -Antonio Banderas
How you found out: husband and I were on a 10 day honeymoon. on the last day I noticed my boobs were sore and that it was a little earlier than usual for regular PMS. I had a gut feeling then and had two positive home pregnancy tests on first day of missed period
Hobbies, Job, Etc.: work as home physical therapist, coach high school basketball, love doing escape rooms, reading, watching movies, yoga
Spouse, Partner, Kids, or Furbabies: married for almost 4 months, together 7 years. we have 2 cats that we are obsessed with. we were waiting on a dog until we fenced in our yard, but now we will wait a bit longer
Anything you’d like us to know: first pregnancy and terrified (normal, right?)
@knottie325d07bee5a6b7c9 I'm not sure it matters what number pregnancy, they're all terrifying Welcome to the bump! It's a great place to get support and find others experiencing what you are! I find myself constantly thinking about this pregnancy but I'm pretty sure noone else does, lol, so it is nice to have a place to come and talk.
I'd recommend changing your username to something else that would be easier for others to use to refer to you by. Knottie blahblahblah is quite cumbersome and difficult to tag.
Hello! I’m cautiously joining in. I got a squinter positive test, followed by light then slightly darker tests for 5 days now. I also had betas tested on Thursday that only came back with an HCG level of 29 (pregnant range, but low) and my midwife wants to wait a week before testing again. I think I just got a positive test SUPER early, like 8 days DPO. I can’t accurately date this pregnancy since last month I had a miscarriage at around 6 weeks and didn’t get a period between. We were trying for a few months before the miscarriage, so we decided not to wait a cycle to try again. Really hoping this one sticks!
My husband and I have been married for 6 years, but together for 15 years. We have a 2 year old son.
Looking forward to getting to know everyone! Glad to see this board is getting more organized and established!
Hello all! I'm really excited the waiting period is over and I can finally post! I am brand new to the bumb and this is my very first pregnancy so Im a bit of a nervous wreck but also very excited! (cautiously since its still so early)
- EDD June 1st
- How you found out HPT...like 7 of them! I was having mild cramps for a day or so but no bleeding so I decided to test on the day I was suppose to start my period. Saw that faint little pink line, freaked out, went to buy more tests (and a pizza because why not?), saw more pink lines, blue plus signs and yes in the digital box. I also had an ultrasound a few days ago (5w-3d) and we were able to see the gestational sac hanging out in the uterus so we are definitely knocked up! YAY!
- Hobbies, Job, Etc. For work, Im a behavioral analyst and work with children on the Autism spectrum. For hobbies, I love to travel, music festivals and shows, hiking, flea/antique markets, recently have been getting into water coloring. My husband and I love to check out new restaurants and breweries (not anymore!).
- Spouse, Partner, Kids, or Furbabies - My husband and I have been married for about 2 and half years, we have been together for 11 years (since we were babies at 19). Our Maltipoo, Fitzgerald, is our insanely spoiled fur baby who is about to have a very rude awakening!
Really excited to get to know everyone and learn from all the experienced Momma's on this board!
Hey everyone! Posting in here pretty early- just took a test last night and was completely shocked that it was such a strong positive. Husband and I were not trying... I just had a feeling, and thought I was experiencing a few symptoms.... nausea, spotting, and my resting heart rate was going up significantly on my Apple Watch, which was weird because I have been running so much. My period was due in 4 days so I took the test... and here we are!! EDD is June 16 (not sure how accurate that is, my cycles have been a bit all over the place!)
I am a K-6 Music teacher, working two days a week and I love it. My biggest hobby is running, and I actually ran a 5k race this morning. I am signed up for a 16k race in a couple weeks... we'll see how that goes now lol.
I have been married to my husband for almost 10 years (anniversary is February!) We were both babies when we got married (20 lol) and I just turned 30 this year. We have two other little ones, my daughter who is 2.5 and my son who just turned 1. I am absolutely terrified right now.... we are going to have a busy family when this little one comes along!! 3 under 4 here we come.... oh man lol.
Nice to meet all of you... and excited to venture through this pregnancy with all of you

Anything you’d like us to know: first pregnancy and terrified (normal, right?)
I'm not sure it matters what number pregnancy, they're all terrifying Welcome to the bump!
My husband and I have been married for 6 years, but together for 15 years. We have a 2 year old son.
Looking forward to getting to know everyone! Glad to see this board is getting more organized and established!
