The exact same thing happened to me. Now it seems like the baby isn't growing at the right rate. How is yours going? I'm meant to be 8 weeks but I'm measuring at 6 wks 3 days.
Has anyone else been worried about the amount of water your meant to drink before your ultrasound i have my first scan coming up in 2 days and i dont think i can drink this much water. My first 2 pregnancies i had no problems drinking water before scans but this time i know it will be a struggle for me.

I was told to drink to bring comfortably full. They didn’t give me a set amount. It is so uncomfortable if you drink too much!
Had an amazing ultrasound today! Baby measured 10w4d which is two days ahead of schedule. Heartbeat of 167. Baby was very wiggly at the start so we even got a really cool video showing the arms and legs! The pic isn't the best because it's a picture of my computer screen...
@robyn2201 So glad to hear your experience! We had our first us Friday, when I thought I was 7w1d. The radiologist had a hard time getting a good look (apparently my uterus was far up and away so hard to get a great look), but I was measuring 5w6d and they pushed my dd to 6/1. That timing didn't make sense to me because it would have had me getting a positive hgc test only 1 week after conception. I'm wondering if future scans may show that it just wasn't as good a look? And I'm totally staying here with all you!
I had my first appointment this past Friday. As of Saturday (10/6), I measured 8 weeks. Little peanut had a heart rate of 144 and the technician said that was good. I go back in 2 weeks for the NT ultrasound and bloodwork. It was so assuring to see my baby and hear the heartbeat - brought happy tears to my eyes.

I had some water in me but when they did an abdominal ultrasound, the view wasn't so clear so they had me empty my bladder and do a vaginal ultrasound.

Thanks @mrskoz428 and @fifthemperorofthesea! I was so relieved to see the little bean! It felt like this first US was so long in the making this time around. Last time I was spotting so much and made enough of a fuss that at 6 weeks they had me in and then again at 10 and 13 weeks. I ended up with 5 US with DS after all was said and done. @mrskoz428 continue making a fuss. I just want you to have peace of mind so badly!
So I wasn’t going to post this because it just looks like a blob at this point, but I was staring at it and realized that baby looks like Eve from Wall-E and now I can’t unsee it or stop laughing. Looks like we have a new nickname for babe until we find out the sex!
We saw our little bean today! Measuring at around 10 weeks with a heart rate of 182! We can see it’s little hand waving at us. Everything looked great!
Hello ladies,. My name is Malaika. My husband and I had our first ultrasound this morning. We're measuring right on track at 8 w 6 d and the HR was 176. This is our first child. It was such a beautiful surprise seeing the baby move. We're so excited and looking forward to seeing baby again 💕
We had our first ultrasound today. I have a tilted uterus, which she assured me will straighten itself out as it grows. Baby was perfect with a HB of 170. 8 weeks and 2 days
My first ultrasound is today (6 weeks 6 days) and I am so freaking nervous!!!!!! It'll be at 1:30 this afternoon. The moment of truth: did one or two embryos take???
9w by lmp, measuring 10w. HR 167. We went to an elective place and they live streamed so my mom and out of state friends got to watch, which was awesome.

Good news is little etrog is measuring about 8 weeks with an HR of 170!
*TW* Bad news is one of the twins stopped growing and has been reabsorbed in vanishing twin syndrome.
We have one very healthy baby and are thrilled with that.
And I'm totally staying here with all you!
