Hi, due March 9th. I have a 13 month old. I've been married almost 11 years. I'm 36 husband is 38. It took us a long time to get pregnant with our first. I'm excited but not telling anyone until 12 weeks. First appointment is on the 23rd and I'm praying for a heartbeat. Glad to be here, I hope I get to stay.
Hiii everyone! :] I'm Riley and I'm a secretary by day, author by night. My little poppy seed is due March 8th and it'll be my first. After 3 months of trying, my husband and I are super excited/anxious/feeling like this is all so surreal. We're going to wait until we're further along to tell family and friends, but the secrecy is already so tough.
Looking forward to sharing and learning from you all!
Hi Ladies, I finally got my BFP almost two weeks ago (EDD 2 nd March) after more than two years of TTC. I used Chlomephine to get pregnant as my cycles were really messed up. This is my first baby and I’m also a midwife
Hi, I’m Tamara! I’m a physical therapist and am expecting my husband’s and my first child. I won’t go to the doctor until 7/24 as my doctor waits until approximately 8 weeks. Per my LMP, I would be due Feb 23 but I tracked ovulation this month and ovulated late this month, which would put me around March 4. Either way, we’re super excited. Super nervous waiting for our first appointment. Prayers to all for a happy and healthy pregnancy!
Hi @_patty_ ! I write young adult / coming of age / romance stories with big twists! My first book, Use Somebody, is out now and I hope to finish my second by the time little Poppy Seed here is due :] If anyone is interested, you can find it on Amazon under Riley Jean. Hope that doesn't break any rules, of course there's absolutely no obligation and it's under a pen name.
Reading and chai tea are my favorite things! I mostly love women's fiction but I'll devour anything with solid characters! Anybody else love to read?
Found out on July 4 that I am pregnant! It was a big shock for us. We were going to start IF treatments in the next few months so this is a huge relief (hoping baby sticks) that we can skip that road again. This baby took about a year to conceive and the first time around was 14 months with a loss and two IUIs. This is our second baby, third pregnancy. We have a little girl who is just shy of 15 months.
Based on LMP, my DD is March 12. Skipping betas this go around because they cause me serious anxiety. Going to call the OB in the morning to set up our first appt!
H&H 9 months to you all

@rj_records that’s so exciting that you have a book out and are working on your second! I do love to read but have a hard time finding the time with my DD. I also really hate starting and ending a book lol. I’m really only happy when I’m in the middle of a great one!
Hi! I'm 43 and pregnant for the first time in my life. I'm being a realist and not getting really excited about it because chances are really high of it not sticking, but I'm hopeful it will. I had always planned on starting a family around the age of 35, but things don't always go your way. Everything says my due date would be around 3/9/19.
Hi! So I'm pregnant! This is my 6th pregnancy but hopefully my third and final take home baby! We started this journey in 2009 when I was 28. I had two miscarriages in 2010. In 2011 I had an ectopic pregnancy and lost my right fallopian tube and during surgery my doctor discovered that my remaining tube was in pretty bad shape. He did some repair work to it but warned us that we probably had a 60% chance of another ectopic IF we ever even got pregnant again. He guessed that I'd gotten an infection after my 2nd miscarriage that led to a lot of scar tissue on my tubes. Yay me.
Fast forward to 2012 and we moved on to IVF and were blessed enough to conceive my daughter. She was born 8/14/13.
In 2015 we were ready to try again for another baby and literally days after finishing up all the preliminary tests and putting down a deposit I found out I was pregnant. That 60% chance of ectopic rung in my ears until we had our first scan and saw a little sac right where it was supposed to me. We also learned that day that I had ovulated from my right ovary and the egg traveled to my left fallopian tube (as it was the only tube I had). My son was born 10/20/15.
In October 2017 we decided to try this one more time. No fertility treatments. And here we are. Almost a whole decade older than when we started. And I'm pregnant for the 6th time. I'm cautiously optimistic that things will work out and we'll welcome home our third baby in March 2019!
@Kateriee: I'm doing the same, only telling really close friends and family for now. My OBGYN office first said I can't come in until I'm 10 weeks, but my NP there who I messaged separately told me to come in after 6 weeks, which is late next week, to do a confirmation and ultrasound already. I was surprised that they didn't want me to come in sooner because of my age, which I see other people in similar circumstances saying on here, as well. I thought I was going to be treated more special
Good afternoon yall! I’m Mona. I’m an attorney in Atlanta. This will be my first baby if everything works out but not my first pregnancy. I’m 37 and father to be is in California - so I’m freaking out. Due date according to lmp is 3/13 but I’m pretty sure that’s wrong. My first appt is 7/25 and I’m just trying to break all my bad habits and wrap my mind around all this. It was totally unplanned and I was pretty sure I’d never be a mom....
I guess I get to join this club, for now. I'm also cautiously optimistic. This is my third pregnancy and will be my first baby, if it sticks. I had a CP in April and a 21 week loss back in December. Beta came back today looking very good, but the real test will be the numbers that come back on Monday. I'm hopeful. EDD is 3/13
I also spent a (very) short time in the TTC boards. I miss them already Glad to see ya @navete and @JLaVO888
I'm 29 and husband is 31. I work in marketing and husband runs a race team. We have two fur-babies who are a total clowns and keep me entertained.
@navete, @JLaVO888, @nomangos23 Congrats ladies!!! Creepy internet hugs for everyone!! So truly happy for you all - I hope you have the most boring 9 months ever and look forward to seeing your little ones!

Hugs, I’ve had two similar losses. Daughter at 32weeks and son at 16weeks. I’m here if you ever need to vent or talk. I’m trying really hard to get my anxiety in check this time around.
We have two sleeping beauties in heaven. Jack gained his wings on 09/02/2016. Kali gained her wings on 07/28/2015. They will be forever missed.
Hi! I am 5 weeks along with our first and depending on which tracker app I use my due date is either 3/6 or 3/11 (although baby comes when baby comes, right?!)
My first obgyn appointment is July 24 and I am so excited for that little heartbeat! We have been TTC since March so we feel pretty lucky that it only took a few months. Excited to be on this journey with you ladies!! Anyone have any thoughts on hospital vs birthing center?
I am an acupuncturist so if anyone is interested I can try to help with specific questions or find people local providers to ! see!
@JLaVO888 I used p tracker deluxe for years to track just periods, and when we started TTC I noticed that once I entered my period it would go back and change the date of my ovulation, so I also got fertility friend and started to track my BBT. Ironically the first month I started bbt it happened for us, when really I was just thinking I needed it for data to start. Not that I am complaining hopefully the doc can give me a more accurate idea when I go in. It is hard to be patient, though. My mom's birthday is 3/6 so I would love to be able to give her a grandbaby this year!!
@abbykwail FF is great! You should know your ovulation day since you were temping and that’s probably your most accurate thing to go off of for your DD unless your periods are pretty average in length then first day of tour last period is probably what your OB will go off of. They will only change it if your measurements in US don’t line up.
ETA: the baby center EDD calculator I have found to be very accurate. I used it for DD and got the same DD that OB gave me. And again same thing for when I called OB today. You can put in period date and ovulation date.
@JLaVO888 fertility friend says March 11. My cycles are a bit irregular so even with tracking I didn't know if I ovulated day 14, 17, or 20 (fertility friend says 20) because my temp peaked at 14 and then dropped at 17, and then peaked at 19 and dropped at 20 before going up and staying up at day 21 (except it dropped at day 26 before going up again, haha). My LMP started 5/30, so even a healthcare provider I am still confused. Haha yay for bodies!
Hello everyone! My name is Courtney and my due date is 3/5/18. This is my second pregnancy, my DS is going to be 4 on the 20th. My husband and I weren’t really trying but we also weren’t preventing. I’m excited for this pregnancy! I met with the OB nurse yesterday who went over family history and what not & wrote a script for blood work & urine sample. My husband and I just bought a house in March & finally starting to get settled in. My last pregnancy I used babycenter app & decided to change it up. Can’t wait to get to know all of you & experience this crazy ride! Congrats mamas!
Hi everybody! I’m Anne. I’m a lawyer, DH is a teacher, and we have two amazing daughters (6 and 4), and all things going well, this unprevented and welcome but not exactly planned for babe will join us somewhere around 3/19. My 1st was a week early and my second came on my due date, so we’ll see. I’m 43, so my AMA means my insurance will cover early testing at 10wks. This is definitely my last baby, and though we didn’t find out sex of the babe with the girls, I’m leaning towards it this time. 1st appointment is 7/23. Ahhhhhhh.
Welcome everyone, the board is filling up nicely now!
@rj_records : I love to read! I could sit and do it all day, unfortunately my time is limited thanks to my two small kiddos.
@bdesterhouse, @nomangos23: Count me in the late loss club. PM or ask me anytime, but I don't go into a lot of details unless I'm asked because it's a pretty big downer.

I use P tracker, too, and I have noticed that it adjusts your ovulation based on cycle length. However, it doesn't adjust your due date based on cycle length. Regardless, it projects the due date at 280 days after the first day of your last cycle. I manually entered what my due date will be based on how my midwives adjusted it last time.
Hello! You can call me MCB I’m 30 and this is my 6th pregnancy. EDD based on LMP is 3/8 but I've never popped "on time" so I'm guessing closer to 3/17 based on my 2 previous turds.

DH (30) and I (31) are from Austin and have a 2.5 yr old DD. I was a hard core lurker in the Jan 2016 BMB and I'd like to be more active this time! I got my BFP at 3am on my birthday! BEST. BIRTHDAY. So excited and grateful to be here! Happy & Healthy 9 months y'all!
