*lurker* kstitt0830 You might want to edit the picture out of your post. Posting pictures of a pregnancy test is against forum rules except in the "What does a positive pregnancy test really look like" thread.
kstitt0830 Since you pee on the stick, some people would think that's gross to see pictures of. So the mods made one particular thread where it's allowed.
EDD is March 2nd. We have been TTC for 6 months but health issues got in the way. This is my fourth pregnancy and hopefully *TW* my 3rd take home baby. We have 2 DD's. Very happy and hopeful to be here!
I got a positive this morning, and my due date will probably be March 2. Based on 280 days after my last cycle, my due date would be February 25th. However, I have long cycles, and with my last pregnancy, my midwives adjusted my due date later based on that. So assuming they do the same, it will be March 2 or thereabouts.
I was a fairly active member of the June '17 BMB, but I did not move to Facebook by choice.
I'm married, and we had our first, a girl, last June. So yes, 2 under 2, and, yes, it was planned! This was our first month off BC since having our daughter.
I had a freestanding birth center birth last time. We loved it, and I plan to stay at the same practice this time, assuming I remain low risk.
ETA: Regarding photos of HPTs. I think the issue and reason for the rule is less about one person posting a known positive in an intro thread and more about what generally happens, which is people posting and asking if their test is positive, which then floods the forum with individual posts asking because they don't look for past threads to post to. So it's easier to just have a blanket ban. This forum gets plenty of those posts even though it's against the rules. It's a fundamentally silly question. If they can't tell if it's positive, how is anyone else supposed to be able to tell? And just because one or a dozen people say "yup, it's positive" or "no, it's negative" doesn't affect whether or not someone actually is pregnant. Additionally, they can find out by just waiting a couple more days and testing again. Also, if someone does know they're pregnant, there's really no reason to post an HPT as proof. We'll take your word for it.
It's not a huge deal to break the rules when you're new. Plenty of people do, and get corrected and life goes on.
Another March 2 person here! Actually, that's a fairly rough estimate, even for an EDD. I went off the pill in the middle of the pack on May 11th so my LMP is actually April 25th, but I've tested fairly regularly since I never had any kind of withdrawal bleed after discontinuing birth control. Got a SUPER faint (like, evap) line on Wednesday, then a real BFP on Friday. The tests I've been using are the ones that are early response-type, so they may work up to 4 days before a missed period, and that makes things even harder to pin down. Guess I'll have to wait at least a few weeks for some kind of dating U/S.
If all goes well, this will be #6 for us. Yes, we are crazy. Yes, we know what's causing it. Haha.
I’m very very hesitantly introducing myself here. I have a beautiful 1.5 year old and we’ve been trying for #2 since she turned one. *TW Loss* I had a CP in January and a MC in April. I’m really hoping this little bean sticks around or we might just be done with one. *End TW*
EDD this time is 3/1, but I’ll probably have a repeat c-section at 39 weeks. I’m happy to be here with you ladies and also terrified that this one won’t stick.
Hi everyone. Also, very hesitantly posting as I know it's super early. EDD is 3/3. This is our second month trying. Like, @lovesclimbing, we will also have two under two and it was planned. Our first was born May 2017.
@andreahernandez6 I probably won't tell anyone until I hear the heartbeat. I think that's around 8-10 weeks. Last time, I told my mom at around 7 weeks.
Hi @andreahernandez6! I have only told 2 really close friends other than my husband. I am going to hide this one for as long as I can just in case it doesn't stick. *TW, the last one didn't and it was really hard to untell people. End TW*.
That said, I think it just depends on your preferences! I tend to keep things close to my chest until there is no hiding it anymore. I kept being pregnant with twins under wraps for 17 weeks last go around!
Hi. My name is Morgan and I'm from Australia. DH and I are both 26, and have been married for 4 years. I'm due 8 March, but I'll be likely having a repeat C-section so will probably deliver in February. This is my third pregnancy, hopefully my second take home baby (TW DS1 was a tfmr End TW). DS2 is 23 months, and firmly entering the terrible twos. I was very sick last pregnancy, so I'm worried how I'll deal with being sick and a toddler. This could get interesting.
In theory, we'd wait until 8-9 weeks to tell parents and then 10-12 or so to tell everyone else. However, we'll actually be telling our parents this weekend probably. We're taking a vacation with my in-laws, and I've already felt the first twinges of morning sickness, and I expect they'll figure it out right away when I'm puking. And then, we'll call mine around the same time. We'll probably hold off until 10 weeks or so for other relatives and family.
@Lillambie, having bad nausea/vomiting when you also have a toddler is hard but you can do it. Do you have somebody you can call and ask to come over when it’s really bad?
@lovesclimbing, I’m starting to feel the beginning of the nausea, too, only at this stage it’s more like a mild heartburn and like I ate something that made me feel a little funny. I puked sooooo hard last pregnancy, so I’m pretty scared.
People think we become mothers when we give birth but the truth is we become mothers the moment we start calling our babies to us in our thoughts, dreams and prayers. Some paths are short and some are so long that you can easily forget where you were headed.

Hi everyone! My EDD is 2/28 so I felt like this club fit my timeline the best. First timer still trying to learn the lingo and keeping fingers crossed for a sticky baby!
Edit: My DH and I have been married for 1 year, and TTC for only 2 months, feeling very lucky so far!
Hi everyone! EDD is March 1st 2019. This is my 6th pregnancy and hopefully my 3rd take home baby, praying and crossing everything this little one sticks! This was our first month trying for our third and final member... We are so shocked it happened so quick this time around, it took over a year for us to conceive our 1st and 2nd child! Feeling so so blessed!
I’m very very hesitantly introducing myself here. I have a beautiful 1.5 year old and we’ve been trying for #2 since she turned one. *TW Loss* I had a CP in January and a MC in April. I’m really hoping this little bean sticks around or we might just be done with one. *End TW*

Wow, ok your story is my story! TW. I also had a CP in January, a MC in April. My first LO in 15 months so... close enough there. And you had a C section? So did I! Due March 2nd maybe... but also will probably do a c section because of the first (was an emergency C). Also... feeling very hesitant about posting on here and trying not to be overly excited.
Anyway, happy to see you here, hope all goes well. I know how you are feeling
Hey there ladies. Got a faint positive this afternoon. This is baby #6 for us and was very unplanned. We were supposed to be done after our last. I haven't told anyone. Not even my husband. Little nervous to do so actually. My youngest just turned 1 this last March. This one is due 3/5. My last was due 3/7 and he was born on the first. I might end up in the February group, or they could end up with the same bday. Who knows. I know he'll be a great dad and very supportive. I just know this isn't the best time for this. Such is life I suppose. Congrats to you all and best wishes.
Well surprise, surprise. I got two BFPs this morning after one drunken night and an early ovulation. Our plan was to TTC next June so I guess we’re just a year ahead of our plans. EDD looks to be 3/9 but my cycles are long (34ish days) and with ovulating earlier than normal, I'm looking forward to a dating scan to confirm!
A little about me - DH and I have been married almost 4 years. DS is 18m old. I was very active on my J17 board which eventually made the transition over to Facebook. I’m still really close with a few of the women and I'm looking forward to making friends on a new board! Fingers crossed this little seed sticks!
EDD 3/10 based on last period. Got a positive test on Tuesday after already feeling pretty sick. Hoping that my body is just super sensitive to hormonal changes (it was with my last pregnancy), but will go in for a dating ultrasound in a few weeks.
This will be our second (1st was an F16er, born in Jan). First pregnancy was 9 months of feeling sick followed by a traumatic birth so I’m not 100% happy to be here, but looking for some support and to share in everyone else’s happy moments.
Guess I'll jump in since I got a BFP this morning. EDD is 3/10 based on my last period and I'm pretty regular so I don't expect that to change much.
DH and I are coming up on our 5th anniversary next week. This will be our second baby - DS is 18 months old (I was active in D16). I'm a teacher so I'm on summer break right now and have lots of free time, but come August I'll be back into the craziness.
My name is Jennifer and I'm pregnant for the first time! I'm currently 4 weeks 5 days and my estimated due date is March 2nd. The hubby and I just had a prenatal confirmation appt and my first blood draw. I'm super excited, anxious, nervous and overall bursting with joy to be a first time mom!
@thedaint87 I’m a teacher too! I feel like it’s the perfect timing for teachers to be pregnant. Hoping nausea goes away more by second tri right when school starts again and then having the spring and summer off with new baby if all goes well!
@JScamelipardalis Yes, we are really glad our timing worked out this way! A December baby actually wasn't so bad but early spring is the way to go. Although, with our calendar I might have to go back for the last week of school depending on when I start my leave. But I'm not worrying about that yet and one week at the end is nothing .
@thedaint87 @JScamelipardalis I'm a teacher too and super nervous because I just accepted a job in April in a new district with a start date in September. I had been teaching at the same school for eight years, but we bought a house closer to my family which meant leaving my job and all of the sick time I had banked. I just hope it doesn't look horrible that I'm starting my new job pregnant. I thought about waiting a year, but I'm approaching 33 (I know that's not old) and you just never know how long something like this can take.
