But like why? Why would someone find it entertaining to talk about hemorrhoids, swamp crotch, and toxic farts if they aren't going through that themselves? Someone has too much free time. I'm pregnant and I chat with y'all but it's still boring sometimes.

@kfren I'm gonna need to see a shirtless bump pic. before I send you any money for hemorrhoid cream.
On having things ready- don't hate me but I'm pretty much all set because we had all the stuff already from closely spaced babies. We even still had the crib set up from when DS moved to his big boy bed. DD was a summer baby so we have all the clothes for another summer girl.
The first 2 times I was much less prepared but baby doesn't need much the first couple months.
@silvergreen A likely story! First it's "Let me give you these skinny jeans," then it's "Really, I need this money for diapers. And wipes. And a new car..."
Seriously, Internet creepers are the reason I don't post pics on here or like... what state I live in...
Maybe it's paranoia but yeah... unsettling.
In other news, today I had to get on my knees, on the floor to plug in my phone charger at work to the outlet under my desk. I can't bend at the waist any more.
@sabby2 - right there with you. I had a box of documents I needed to go through but couldn't bend down to get them out of the box. I ended up sitting on my floor reviewing them and loudly grunted getting up.
@sabby2 I can bend but there's a lot of pressure. Like when I lean forward to get my boots. I've tried opening my legs, thinking it's just my belly needs space but nope! Just a nightmare lmao
Someone please send me warm weather so I can wear my slip on shoes outside.
I got some new tennis shoes last week. My feet are swollen and I can't tie them because the laces are too short for my wide-ass feet, so I tied knots towards the ends of the strings and just let my feet get comfy. No bending over, I can slip 'em right on!
@May14th2011 nooooo, be careful with your unbalanced preggy body! lol (also, every time -- literally, every time -- I try to tag you, I start to type "maythefourth" as if your username is overtly star wars related... sigh)
@doxiemoxie212 my last pregnancy I had to get surgery at 22 weeks and they gave me the super long compression tights that go to like mid thigh. What a freaking struggle those were
When we signed up for our gym membership last summer we were each given a free personal training session- I cashed that in today and met with a trainer and she customized a pregnancy safe workout routine for me to do. I’m definitely excited to start working out again. But holy heck I am out of shape. My legs are SO sore it’s kind of embarrassing.
And yes to the weather needs to (consistently) warm up so we can all just wear flip flops. Because boots and tennis shoes suck to put on right now. It was 72 here yesterday afternoon and then it rained all morning. Typical California weather being drunk and needing to go home.
My mum lent me boots that have no ties just cute and slip on, but they aren't warm enough Boo weather! I was enjoying not having winter boots and my coat was ready to get switched too!
@LaceyBee522 Glad you made it out of NYC in that crazy weather yesterday (saw some videos on IG of sideways rain/snow!) Hope you enjoy the sunshine!
@krashke I might have teared up just watching the preview! So dang relatable. I also cried watching Wonder the other night. Specifically the scene where they send their son to school for the first time (just imagining send DS to school in the future...hormones, I tell ya).
@kfren People are coocoo bananas to fake a pregnancy just for an online forum. Like you guys said, what on earth would you get out of that?
Re: planning for baby, I also feel so behind. Having kids so close together is interesting because I have a lot of things to reuse but a lot of the big stuff is still in use and I think I'm going to end up buying multiples (i.e. crib, monitor, high chair). But I'm waiting since we won't need those things right away and keeping the nursery as a guestroom for grandparents coming for the birth. We have DS's infant carseat and bassinet (full disclosure: its been hanging out in our bedroom since DS stopped using it a year ago!) and I feel like that's all we really need at the very beginning.
I'm struggling with uggs also. there's definitely some grunting happening during that process. tennis shoes, i wear adidas shell toes.. but i wear them loose. which I'm definitely leaning towards now cause i can slip my feet right in. but if winter could just leave to make that more appealing! I'd reeeeeally love some flipflop weather though.
.... annnnd i got busy this afternoon with meetings. and wanted to hurry and get some stuff done this last half hour. but now I need to go read up about this creepy nonpregnant lady instead. wtf?! Really hope none of you are that crazy.

@2589 I didn't mean to make you jealous! But also I haven't not worn flip flops in months. Heading to Maryland tomorrow and will probably still wear flip flops on the plane!
Not to continue to rub warm weather in your faces, but it's 82 here so I stopped for ice cream and there were 2 other women in front of me, all 3 of us very clearly pregnant. We got a good chuckle out of it.

I haven't been on TB all day because I was finally doing our taxes, now I come back to the talk about crazy fake users, wtf! People are crazy. Especially on the internet. Plz don't be crazy June ladies
+1 to difficulty bending over and also turning. This has only happened in the past week for me.
I'm definitely ready for warmer weather, but the cold didn't stop me from getting a Sonic milkshake last night (half price after 8 y'all!)
@sabby2 Right there with you with the pics and stuff, although I'm more scared to post my face or any personal details in the incredibly slim chance that someone who knows me finds me here and sees something I've written about SIL/MIL!!
@2589 I thought about it but I didn't have the energy, lol. I end up putting too much thought into debating the opinions even though ours are pretty tame. (I don't have the energy today to tell everyone why they are wrong about soda, thank you ettiquite etc.)
I'm going to be writing a super nice letter to the hospital my mother is in. They've made so many errors and wrong steps it's not even humorous.
But I really came here to say I may not be on that much if at all this weekend and next week. I'll be visiting with my mother over the weekend and making my parents some dinners they can just stick in the oven/reheat so they don't have to worry about that when they're home. Next week I'm back to classes, so between that and things with my mum, I wouldn't bank on being around. Just didn't want you guys to think I dropped off the face of the Earth.
Re: Random Ransoms (3/5)

SNEAKERS HOWEVER oh my god, the struggle.
Also compression socks? It's an effing joke they reco pregnant women ever use those. Take forever to put on and take off.
And I always start typing maythefourth when I try to tag @May14th2011 too!
