Re: Names!
A boy is Charley Wayne, Charley after DH's grandpa and Wayne after my dad. We don't like the name Charles though, but if he grows up and thinks thats too "nicknamish" he can go by Wayne.
A girl will be Charlotte Noelle, I've always loved the name Charlotte and it goes well with Audrey. Noelle was the only other name DH suggested so we went with it.
so far we are at boys: Nicholas, Mason, Everett or Linus
girls: Alice, Amelia, Molly, Penelope, Casey, Evelyn
big brothers name is Silas

We just like it because it's soft but also masculine and both of us have Scotch/Irish heritage. DH also has an Uncle Bill that just passed away. At first I was a little put off that it's ranked number 2 but since we like it so much I decided that I really don't care. DH doesn't at all. I have a rather common name and never cared.

If it's a girl, I used to really want either Lily or Evelyn. Now both seem so overdone!
I was afraid to post these earlier... didn't want to jinx it. DH and I have fought about names before. But last night he admitted that I should get a heavier say in naming dibs because I'm doing the hard part of growing and birthing the baby. Thanks, morning sickness barf and eventual scary labor! lol

Had she been a boy it would have been Asher Crosby, and we are sticking with this name if this baby is a boy. Asher is a family name on DHs side, and Crosby is my maiden name. Colette Ann was our second favorite name if we had a second girl last time around, so we will use it if we have a girl this time around. Part of the reason we are sticking with both names is because they are names I had shared with my mom last time I was pregnant, and with Colette, she had picked a nickname that we could (and will be) use. Ann is also the middle name that I share with my mom and her mother. My mom passed away unexpectedly when I was 22 weeks pregnant with my DD, so it's nice to have the names have a connection to my mom.

If anyone can tell me a reason for that other than how it looks, I'd love to know. As far as I'm concerned, your just setting your kid up for a lifetime of puzzled looks when they have to correct people by saying, "oh, there is actually a period in the middle." Like, what?!?!?
What do you think of the names we chose?
