@davesgurl05 my IUIs haven't been painful at all. Had some discomfort and cramping afterwards but nothing bad. Just make sure you only take tylenol if you need anything for pain. FX for you and @dani4est

@davesgurl05 the actual IUI itself doesn't hurt at all....I get extremely crampy and bloated for the following few days after. I've always just gone on with my day though after the IUI, no real rest required (well I mean I wouldn't go run a marathon but you get the gist lol) this was my third round, so hoping for a BFP this time!
@amma31 I'm feeling better today. I was super sore yesterday a little after iui. My ovaries feel like they are going to explode. Today they seem to be settling down!
New to this! But figured I would chime in. Went in today ( CD 3) to start the process of my third IUI and found out there is a cyst on my right ovary 4 cm in size. Anyone else ever developed a cysts from femara? I'm nervous, depressed, scared and my doc says I can choose to take BC for one month or I can just let it go away on its own and Check back my next cycle. Any opinions?
@MaceyBroussard I had 5 large cycts from my last cycle on injectables. I was never told the sizes. I took BC for 14 days before I had a follow-up ultrasound, which showed the cysts went down. I was able to start a new cycle of injectables 2 days later. I think it's a bit strange you wouldn't go back for a while month even on BC. Maybe it's the size? I'm not really seeing the benefit of taking BC if you would lose a whole month anyway.

TI - 100 mg Clomid + prometrium (AM & PM) + vaginal estrace (AM & PM) 6-7/15 (monitored) --> no additional response and thinned lining - BFN
TI - Injectables (follistim + Gonal-F, Ganirelix, & 1/2 dose Pregnyl) + prometrium (AM & PM) 9/15 --> 3-7 mature follicles (3 definites and 4+ that could have matured due to trigger) @ O -->BFN + 5 large cysts
@MaceyBroussard I had the same thing happen to me from taking clomid. I chose to not do BC. I went in the next month for my baseline ultrasound and it was gone. I was really upset too because it wasted another month. Good luck!

Good luck to everyone either getting their first iuis or waiting for their bfps. :-) Someone asked me...sorry I forget who if I lost tubes. No I didn't lost any tubes during the ectopic. Only took methotrexate for it once which seems to be helping. My hcg levels are down to 237!!! Go back on Friday!!
@kimmie0812 - how was your test? I am told mine was good. It was 23.8. Dunno what that means besides not needing supplements. Trying not to read into how high it was! :-/
@davesgurl05 and @dani4est good luck with your first IUI! I had mine a week ago and my biggest words of advice are, if you can, have your DH there for a hand to squeeze. It's pretty crampy when they'rie putting the catheter in. Otherwise it's painless and you can resume your day. Also be sure to BD that night. Won't be the best sperm since it will be the second time in a day, but as well all know, it only takes one. Best of luck to you both!!!
@Drove2u I'm so glad you didn't lose your tube. I lost my tube from ectopic a few years back. I think that is my most struggle with TTC. I hope Friday goes well for you! Get right back in here!
@lilmissslp just woke up and this was the first thing I checked still not over until AF comes though.....that's why my RE has you test 18 days out. Don't lose hope yet!!!

@lilmissslp and @katie121209 - So sorry. ::hugs:: This part sucks so much. Here's to better days ahead for all of us! When I got my BFN this month, I confess I drank half a bottle of wine and binged on Buffy episodes all afternoon. Trying to dust myself off and find renewed optimism for November... but it feels forced. I guess that self-protective mechanism just kicks in....

@rmm1204 didn't ask the levels but had to start supplements, inserts. They are easy and don't have any side effects so it's okay. Going back in on the 19th for my test! Long tww and I have two weddings this weekend
@vssbrm yes IVF will be our next step. I have a consultation in a month. Our current dr doesn't do IVF. I'm thinking it will be next summer when I have off from work and that will give us time to save up too!

im 7 dpo & had sharp pains in my ovaries yesterday .. cramping very low started last night & kept me up a few times last night.. right b4 i went to bed i thought i saw a tiny speck of blood when i wiped.. my mind has been going crazy over these symptoms bec i feel like af is coming even tho i have another week. so many mind games.. i dont know if the ovary pain is still the aftermath of mild ohss or what the heck is going on.. hate this so much.. i feel like i dont even know if the cramping is better or worse this morning.. i am not a patient person when it comes to infertility & being on progesterone suppositories are the worst.. i dont know if what im feeling is bec of that too.. ahh going crazy lol 1 more week.. i can do this 8-}
