I'm laying on the table after my iui and this one was a million times easier and no pain. It was a different nurse and I went with a full bladder this time. Hoping something gets fertilized! Now on to 2ww.

@vnegron87 i am sorry to hear that. I also didnot have any growth in follies . They just called me and wanted me to come in on Saturday but didnot increase the dose. I hope our bodies respond soon.
When are you scheduled to go back for u/s? We were planning to have a trip with some friends over the weekend , hoping that this will be the weekend after IUI. We booked everything etc. My dr said it is okay if i just go back on Monday but the nurse was worried that i might miss the growth over the weekend. I am so confused about my cycle and this whole process, it s hard to decide.

@katie121209 it s great that you had an easy IUI ! Fx for you and i hope to hear good news in 2w.
At the moment even being able to have the iui would feel a big success to me . But i think , deep down i have accepted that i cant have the iui this cycle. It s weird but i feel better this way than just being dissapointed every day.

I'm officially done for this cycle!  AF showed up right on time.  Starting next IUI cycle. Congratulations to all the ladies with BFPs!

@vnegron87 nope still waiting for AF. They said it could take three weeks so I'm coming up on my third week now. Hopefully it comes soon.

Is any one else disgusted or bleck about progesterone suppositories. The first 3 days was just a normal discharge. Now it's like a constant white flow.... Blech.

@mummysmomma Yeah after the second day of progesterone it's panty liners without question. It's like a constant stream all day...

@ZoeFer I'm so sorry to hear your follies didn't grow.  Did you end up going in over the weekend or today?  How did things end up working out?  I am scheduled to go back in for u/s on Friday the 6th.  I finished my 5th day of 100MG Clomid today but I've also been freaking out about potentially missing O.  I called this morning to see if I could go in tomorrow because when I checked CM last night it was a little creamy but also EW stretchy.  I'm not a usual CM checker but my fears of being so far into my cycle without checking in between CD15 and CD23 has got me a little crazed.  They said that I can come in tomorrow to double check...so you know that I will lol.

@vnegron87 I was also little worried about missing O and ended up having u/s on Saturday morning. But my follicles were still around 9-11 mm and lining is around 4.5mm thick. So no response yet. They scheduled me to go back on Tuesday. I am surprised that they wanted you to wait until Friday, I agree with you I think it is better to be monitored frequently rather than freaking out and trying to check every symptom . I was thinking about you yesterday, please let me know how your treatment goes. Good luck and FX !

I go in for my hcg blood test on Wednesday if AF hasn't shown up by then. I took a test on Sunday 11 dpiui and BFN. I was pretty much expecting it but I was still disappointed. I was hoping I would get some hint of a positive. DH doesn't get it. He just keeps telling me to be patient.  I'm just feeling discouraged right now- hoping for some serious patience the rest of today and tomorrow.

I hope you get your BFP @roxygibbons , FX for you ! I think men deal with this very differently than women. My DH does not understand why i am nervous or discouraged most of the time. But I am so tired of listening everyone tell me to relax and to be patient.

Thanks @ZoeFer!  Yeah- relaxing is not as easy as everyone thinks, plus the emotional journey. I think what most people don't get is that especially when you are in this stage of IUIs and IVF, so many things have to go right in order to actually do a cycle and then it's the waiting game. Good luck on your ultrasound on Tuesday!

Had my beta this morning 14 dpiui- BFN. I'm just waiting to start my period now so we can go on to IUI #2. I am so incredibly disappointed.

Thanks ladies- I was feeling optimistic- so it's been a let down. My friend reminded me this morning it took her 5 times to get her BFP via IUI- so there is hope.

I have my 2nd IUI tomorrow and Friday. I feel differently about this one for so many reasons. First, I went into the 1st round prepared for it not to work, so I was emotionally ready when it didn't. Second, my estrogen and follicles weren't cooperating. 

Fast forward to this round.... we seem to have found the right combo of drugs (Gonal-F and Menopur) and things are working much better. I have an 18 and a 19 follicle and my estrogen levels are almost double what they were last time. So, now I think it could work. But I am scared to get too excited. I hate the unknown...
