Hello! I I did an intro before this post (or at least before I knew about it), sorry. DH and I are both 28 (I will be in a few weeks). This is #2 for us. Our daughter is 1.5 years old and a S13 baby. We met in elementary school, dated at the end of high school and through college, and now we are both teachers and coaches. I currently teach second grade and coach high school track. I don't know my due date yet, but I'm guessing very end of January. If this LO is anything like his/her sister, that means we will meet sometime in February. Our daughter was 10 days late after moving our due date back a week and almost 4 days of induction! I'll be hanging out here unless I find out I'm due much earlier. Can't wait to go through this journey with you all.
28 y/o from California here. DH is 32 y/o. Married 8/25/12, started TTC 1/1/14, finally got preggers almost a year and half later (felt like 5 years with the way our families kept asking lol) and I am so happy and scared! We haven't told anyone because its been a long year of getting people's hopes up so it's just you guys for now!
Sorry I've been so silent on the board lately. Last week of school so things have been nutso.
I'm 31, my husband turns 33 next week. We have one kiddo who will be 5 next month. With him we got pregnant in the first cycle. This second one took a bit longer, plus I found out I wasn't always ovulating. We wanted our kids spaced apart (who can afford two in childcare?!) but didn't expect it would be THIS spaced apart. We're happy and know he'll make a great big brother.
I am a board certified music therapist with a speciality in neurologic music therapy. I work at a therapeutic day school for children with Autism. My job is one of the most life giving and fulfilling things in my world (second only to my little family). My husband is in sales and might be the most supportive person I've ever met!
I'm not always able to check The Bump during the week, but hope to be on a bit more Now that I'm on a summer schedule. But, still excited to be here!
I love to read, cook, drink wine and coffee (going to miss that!!!), and obviously love music. Can't wait to get to know you all!
I'm Ashley. I'm 30. I have a 3 year old. I'm a pediatric nurse. I recently had a health scare where we thought I had cancer so my doctor had me discontinue all my meds except my insulin injections (I'm a type 1 diabetic) and I ended up pregnant. This is my bf's first child. We are excited but very nervous because my diabetes is not well under control but I am being super strict and doing a lot of diet modifications. I am due Feb 11th, but I will be induced Feb 4th due to my diabetes.
My name is Ashley, DH and I were married in February. We have a 4 year old DS. His name is Knox. I am 28 and DH is 26. From Alberta, Canada. This is our third pregnancy, I was on the November boards but unfortunately I experienced a mmc on Easter of this year. Praying for an uneventful pregnancy this time!
Look forward to chatting with all of you lovely ladies!!
Hi! DH and I are both 28. Together 8 years and married 5. We live on the east coast and this is our first pregnancy. Very excited and nervous! I work in communications for a TV company and DH is a lawyer. We have three very clingy and loving fur-babies, one dog and two cats. Nice to meet you all!
Hi! My name is Courtney and I'm 33. My DH is 31. We have a 10 month old DD and will meet this new little one around February 8th (if I counted the weeks correctly). We live in Florida along with our two fur babies. I lurked in the background of my last birth month board- but plan on being more active this time around :-) I look forward to The next 8 to 9 months with you all!
Hello! I'm Amanda. I have a little boy turning 3 this month, and a daughter who turned 1 year in February. DH and I have been married since 2009, and I have been a SAHM since my first LO was born. We are excited to have a third little one, and complete our family.

I'm 22 and have been with my OH since school 5 years ago. We're actually getting married in July 2016 so hopefully will have a LO at the wedding (shoots down our idea of South East Asia honeymoon but I'm sure he/she will be more than worth it ) and if all works out I'm going to have to get in a wedding dress 5 months after giving birth...eek!
I have just finished my degree and will be graduating this summer. I work part time but would like to get some form of graduate job before baby is born as we have a lot of saving to do!
We're so surprised/excited/happy that I've fallen pregnant so unexpectedly but see it as a massive blessing and are just hoping that things will go well with the pregnancy.
Hello! I'm Ashley, 27, NYC. This will be the first baby for my husband and I. We've been together for ten years and married for 8 months I'm currently in grad school for social work and will be graduating this December. We are super excited/and (a good) nervous about this pregnancy!!
Looks like I may be the oldest in the group! I'm Kristen and am 34, DH is 36. This is our second. We have a five year old daughter, Ainsley.
I work from home and have 1 five year old daughter too! At least I'm not the only one with an older single child, yay! North Carolina is my home, so not far at all from you.
That's awesome! My two will be almost the exact distance apart as me and my little sister.

I'm Ayla from South Africa, living in Houston, recently (6 months ago) married DH, we are both 30 years old. This month is our first TTC, and we are really excited and are currently undergoing the TWW. DH is a Mariner and most of the time offshore so we don't always have the opportunity to procreate...hopefully this is our month
Hey Y'all! My name is Crystal and I'm a STM! I'm 30 and my BF is 29. We have been together for over 2 years and are over the moon excited for a new baby in our lives!
I have a DD that is five and she is my whole heart. Her dad and I started dating in HS and as life would have it we went our separate ways in early 2013. He's a fantastic father, but not so much a DH. Hey, you win some you lose some. This will be my BFs first born, but he treats my daughter as his own already, so I have no worries.
I work from home at a pharmaceutical company that deals primarily with people that have stage four terminal colon and kidney cancer. It may sound like a horrible job, but it is very rewarding. I plan on going back to work FT after the LO arrives as I work from home already. My BF is a warehouse manager and he's my biggest supporter. He wants me to be a SAHM but I believe that I can have the best of both worlds since I already work from home - we shall see!
Hello! My name is Ashley and I'm 32. My dh is 35. We've been married almost 4 years and we got pregnant our first month trying - lucky us! I'm a wedding photographer and have my own business - the timing of this pregnancy is really perfect for me work wise so I really hope it sticks (knock on wood). We are really excited! We have a 9.5 year old beagle and we also foster dogs for a local rescue so we have other dogs in and out of our home as well. I love to travel, cook, bake, eat, read, and spend time with my husband and friends (I have the personality of an 80 year old I think haha).
Hello, I'm Danielle I am 19 years old. I have a son named kayden he is 1 year and now pregnant 5 weeks aalong. I hope to see positive things on here and if I have questions get great feed back from everyone. It will be great interacting with you all!

Glad I'm not the youngest one anymore! I'm 19 too!
Hi ladies! My name is Vanessa and I'm 27, this is my first pregnancy! It was definitely a surprise after believing that I was unable to conceive due to PCOS. Well, after delaying my BC I thought "a couple of weeks won't make a difference" lo and behold I missed my period and got a "yes +" on the test! Right now I am just over 5 weeks, I'm excited/terrified.
Hubby and I have been married for just under a year and this was totally unexpected, but definitely welcomed! My DH is in the USAF and we are currently stationed in Vegas. I also served for 7 years and separated last year to pursue the civilian life. I work as a physical therapy tech and I am going to school to become a physical therapist assistant. My DH has a 5 yr old daughter from a previous marriage and we have 2 dogs, Dunder Mifflin and Regina George.
@PitterPatter2015 - there is a TTC board. This board is for people with confirmed pregnancies. They have a two week wait (TWW) board that would be great for you. Good luck.
Finally I can leave comments! I was so excited to introduce myself and didn't want to wait lol. My name is Alyssa and this is my first pregnancy. We are both so excited but I am scared! My boyfriend has 2 little ones from a previous marriage, and I absolutely love them to death, but one of them is super jealous so I'm afraid of how he will react. Anyways, I look forward to talking with you all and I'm so happy for all of us!
Hey everyone! I'm Lindsay and my edd looks like feb 16th. I'm 30, husband is 31 and we have a 21 month old son. Im an ER nurse but only work a couple of days a month since becoming a mom.
My name is Karen, and I'm a FTM at 40 years old. My hubs and I have been together for 18 years in April, and we decided (okay, *I* decided) that if we were ever going to TTC, it had to be now. Well, I got KU on the first try. We're both still in a state of shock. Blissful, ecstatic, terrified shock.
I'm also still coming to terms with being considered of "Advanced Maternal Age." Ironically, I'm actually in the best shape of my life since before puberty (damn you, Doritos!), and I'm hoping that the fact I still get carded means that my eggs look young too.
As for my life before a pea in the pod...I was an Account Exec and Director in advertising and entertainment design for 15 years before ditching all the stress three years ago to pursue my dream of screenwriting. Lucky for me, my hubs is a working screenwriter and producer, so he can pay the bills while I get to focus on writing and this big surprise brewing inside me. I love horror books and movies (although I'm not above a good Jane Austen fest) and have a bevy of cats (all rescues) who knew I was KU before I did.
It's such a pleasure to meet all of you! And because hubs and I are waiting to spread the news, you're the first ones to know I'm preggers!
Hi ladies! My name is Rachel and this is my second pregnancy. I am 31 and I have a son who is turning 2 in August. My husband and I have been married for 5 years and we are both lawyers-we met in law school, how romantic:)
Hi all, kat here from New Zealand, 4th pregnancy but all previous ones ended in miscarriage with my ex-husband who I had antibodies to. My new partner and I have part time care of his 2 year old son, and now all going well this new bean. I'm in for early scans and lots of tests with my history, already starting to feel like a pincushion but all worth it. We live in a little village in the middle of nowhere with 13 pet birds inside, lizard, dogs and cats and aviaries and Chooks outside. This baby will be an animal lover whether they like it or not lol!
This is my very first post My husband and I are both 30 and have been married almost 4 years. We started trying at the start of this year and this is my first pregnancy. We live in NYC (Manhattan). I work in television and he works in PR. We're both very excited!
Feb '16 Siggy Challenge: Favorite Thing About Fall: Haunted Houses and Scary Movies!
Hi everyone, this is my second pregnancy, however the first one ended in mmc back in August. So far so good with the help of a new doctor and progesterone pills! I am due Feb 7th. My husband and I will be celebrating our second wedding anniversary in August. We are cautiously excited at this point. Good luck to everyone. Xoxo
Hi everyone, I'm Mandy! I'm 26 and teach high school English alongside my husband who is a teacher as well. We've been married almost four years and together for ten. This is our first pregnancy! We are over the moon, but are keeping the news to ourselves for another 6 weeks. I love to draw, paint, shop, and hang out with my yorkie baby who is 3. I'm hoping for a group of positive and supportive women to share everything pregnancy related!
Hey y'all, I'm Savanna from the boot state ( Louisiana ) I'm 29 and Dh is 32. I am 5w2d preggers. This is my first pregnancy and I am really excited and also nervous. I have two amazing step boys whom I love like my own. We are waiting to tell them until the second trimester since the older boy has been wanting another sibling ( a girl specifically) my fist appointment is at the end of June! Praying for a safe pregnancy for myself and my little!
My name is Maddison! I'm 21 and my husband is 24. I'm actually due in January, but I switched groups because it was getting awful catty and negative over there. Meow! I have clinical anxiety so I needed to just move on. I chose February because my birthday is in February and figured this group had to be awesome I have a fur baby named Gus. We live in Texas, but both my husband and I are from Alabama. I love football (War Eagle!), Jesus, crocheting, teaching, and the beach!
Hi. I'm Stephanie. DH and I are both 33. Have one son who turned 4 in April.
New to the bump this go around, so apologies in advance for any oops I accidently make on posts! There seems to be some serious rules and regulations so please know I don't mean to do anything awful or rogue intentionally!
Due February 4. One loss before son was born so very anxious now! High risk due to blood clotting and MTHFR issue, which is the funniest medical acronym I'm absolutely convinced, but funny or not it's obnoxious.
Michigan born/raised (Go Green!) live in Colorado now. Work like crazy and love my career and will continue working after this little one comes along too.
Fingers crossed for a happy February for all on this board!
Hi! DH and I got married August 2014. He is a full-time engineer & law student, and I am a teacher. I'm currently working on my Masters degree in Educational Administration. This is our first pregnancy & our (or maybe just my) emotions are all over the place. Mostly excited, but a little nervous
Hi! My name is Megan, and I'm 30yo. My EDD is 2/1/15. I'm an NP in NYC and am married to my husband for a couple of years but we've been together for 10. This is our first pregnancy! We are super excited and nervous! My first prenatal appt showed I have low progesterone so I have a follow up on Monday to monitor whether my levels are increasing. Fingers crossed!
Hi my name is Victoria and I'm 31 this is my 4th pregnancy. I have two DD 5&7. I lost my last baby 3 months into the pregnancy so I'm very nervous for this baby. I'm due Feb 14th it will be a c-section because my last baby was an emergency and the hospital closest to me won't do a VBAC. The other closest hospital is over 2 1/2 hrs away. Sooo I guess here we go again I hope that it sticks.
Hi! I'm Kayla. I'm 25 and have been married to my husband for a little over 6 years. This is my second pregnancy but the first one ended in a miscarriage. We are so happy to be pregnant again and so far everything is looking phenomenal! I'm due February 4th.
Hello! I'm Clare - EED is technically the very end of Jan but everyone is so far ahead of me on that board that it felt very lonely over there. So here I am! I'm 29, DH is in his mid-30s and we live in NYC. We've been married a year. I run marketing for a tech start-up company and he works in real-estate; this is our first pregnancy.
I really have no idea how my company will handle maternity leave, etc - I was the first woman at my company, the oldest, and now I'll be the first pregnancy they've ever had.
My name is Jill. I am 31 and it is our first pregnancy. We have been TTC for 11 months and i was planning on starting meds next month. What a great surprise when I had the positive test! It has been a tough year of waiting. The hubs is 36 and ecstatic. Our due date is 2/2/16, but this is based on the web since our first real appt isn't for a few more weeks. I'm still very nervous on this whole process! I have a sonogram next week to check on everything. Praying things are on track! Nice meeting everyone!
Re: Everyone introduce yourselves!
