Choosing to stay fairly anonymous here for the time being (as I was here when TB imploded). I'm 27, DH is 31 and we have a 1 year old daughter (B, Miss Bee, Chickie). Dh and I have been together for 6 years, married for 3 this August. We live in the Seattle area.
My name is Karen, and I'm a FTM at 40 years old. My hubs and I have been together for 18 years in April, and we decided (okay, *I* decided) that if we were ever going to TTC, it had to be now. Well, I got KU on the first try. We're both still in a state of shock. Blissful, ecstatic, terrified shock.
I'm also still coming to terms with being considered of "Advanced Maternal Age." Ironically, I'm actually in the best shape of my life since before puberty (damn you, Doritos!), and I'm hoping that the fact I still get carded means that my eggs look young too.
As for my life before a pea in the pod...I was an Account Exec and Director in advertising and entertainment design for 15 years before ditching all the stress three years ago to pursue my dream of screenwriting. Lucky for me, my hubs is a working screenwriter and producer, so he can pay the bills while I get to focus on writing and this big surprise brewing inside me. I love horror books and movies (although I'm not above a good Jane Austen fest) and have a bevy of cats (all rescues) who knew I was KU before I did.
It's such a pleasure to meet all of you! And because hubs and I are waiting to spread the news, you're the first ones to know I'm preggers!
Okay, so I'm pretty sure you're my idol. LOL I'm a copywriter now, but I've worked in an ad agency as an Account Exec and Broadcast Producer before. And... I always used to tell my dad that I was going to write a screenplay and win an Oscar. And... I love horror everything. And cats!

I am currently 6 months away from graduating from physical therapy school and will be enjoying my pregnancy time while preparing for my national lis ensure exam in October. So along with being first time parents I will be worried about school related items as well. And yes we planned this pregnancy maybe slightly crazy, but super excited! I'm Rachel, 23 years old and from Ohio. My husband and I were just married this past September, but we already have a spunky little girl who will be 3 in August. We were both in college when we found out I was pregnant with our daughter. Being far away, we both opted to drop out and move back home. I later resumed classes, earned a degree in agriculture, and currently work as a secretary for a landscaping company. My husband was happy to quit school, as it gave him the opportunity to focus on his love of farming. He now works as a dairy nutritionist, but also grain farms and raises hogs. Our love of agriculture is something we love to share with our daughter and soon-to-be baby #2!

Hi! My name is Shannon and I'm 25. I've been with my boyfriend for almost a year. This pregnancy wasn't planned but we are very excited. I am super nervous as we aren't married about what my family is going to say. We plan on getting engaged (haven't decided when yet, I still would like to be surprised!). My "morning" sickness has been constant everyday from about 2-4 and it's terrible. I go to my car during my lunch break at work around noon to sleep and then I feel good until around 2. I honestly don't know how people work when they get morning sickness all I want to do is curl up in my bed! I told my boss and he has been good about letting me leave around 4 since I commute from the suburbs of Chicago to downtown where I live. I'm super lucky to have flexibility with work but I just wish I could control the sickness! Anyways I am very excited for this pregnancy and feel so blessed! My due date is February 2 and I can't wait to meet my new baby!

My husband works in Human Resources for an insurance company, and I am a legal asst/paralegal at a plaintiff's person injury law firm, with some federal criminal defense. I used to be an elementary school teacher. I want to stay at home with my baby for at least the first year, if not the first 2-3 years, but I don't know if that will work out. I may see if I can work part time, or from home part time, as my husband is able to work from home a few days a week.
Hi everyone! Not sure if I'll jump into posting yet but figured I'd post an intro. I'm Ashley. My DH and I live in Colorado with 2 cats and a dog. This is our 6th pregnancy and hopefully our first take home baby. I had 3 spontaneous m/c's, 1 m/c from trying to induce a period with Provera and ovulating instead, and our most recent m/c was from our first IUI. I had a lap surgery to take out my fallopian tube in Feb 2015 due to hydrosalpinx but when my Dr got in, she couldn't find it so opted for a chromtubation and just looked around. We switched fertility Drs and have done 3 more IUI's since surgery and finally got a BFP from IUI #4. Feeling cautiously optimistic as I've now passed my typical loss dates. I have my first u/s on Tuesday 6/16. I really hope to get to stick around with you all!

Hello! Im Mika and am finally joining you ladies after my required few days to lurk, per Bumpie guidelines! The Hubs and I have been together for over 11 years, married for almost 8 (9/8/07). He has 2 handsome teenage sons (Austin and Quillian) and together we have 2 handsome fellas Ayden(8) and Ramsey (19months). We just found out we are pregnant with our 5th little one last friday with an EDD of 2/17/16. We had been TTC since Ramsey was born but we had actually began talking about stopping due to many things but mainly how much of a handful the littlest is with his now toddler tantrums and BAM! Im Pregnant. I have to admit I cried. Kinda crazy I know. He was my miracle baby, my "one more". We went through 2 miscarriages, one that ended in a ruptured tubal, before we finally got pregnant with him.
I am a Medical Assistant at our small town Drs office and hubs does HVAC. Ayden is going into 4th grade and is one helluva baseball player. Ramsey? Well, Ramsey is just my little photogenic, personality for days, mini me. I love to read, Instagram-it-up and Blog (www.TheBeggsBunch.com). We love to hike, camp and chase waterfalls as a family. Thats about sums it up.
We are truly over the moon about this pregnancy and it will def. be our last. Look forward to getting to know all you ladies!

He finished his 4 years active duty and now only does reserves, but is considering going back because he misses it so much.
