Ugh I am so mad at work right now. I go on mat leave in less than three months and they aren't planning on replacing me for the year--just dividing my duties between the other girls. This WONT work because I am consistently completing the other girls work because they can't keep up plus my own duties, so last week we decided I would no longer take on ANY duties but my own so they can see how they can handle their own duties before adding mine. Of course after one week we are soo behind on paperwork and mail/courier ect. Now they are leaving me alone all morning to take a course (which I need before mat leave because I need my hours but everyone keeps signing up for them before I can! So I guess I have to figure that out) and I am sitting here looking at how behind we are and its taking everything in me to NOT do the work.

So I texted my sister weeks ago that she should get the flu shot to visit when the babies are due, per my doctor.. I'm not going make her, just what my doc said. It will be winter, they will probably be weeks early and she will be staying w/ us for at least 3 weeks. So she sends me this article...

My family is originally from NE Pennsylvaina. I never ate a perogie that wasn't handmade by a little Russian church lady.

If I didn't know any better I would think today was Monday...MH lost his job, he's been battling depression and last night decided to just not go in and was FIRED! Layer on the stress because he was the only one working so I could focus on school, and now it looks like we will be stuck living with his parents after the baby is born!!!! His parents and I DO NOT get along! We're ok living here right now because they're working in Dallas but they will be back in a couple months. I'm going to have to find a job, and I don't know how easy it'll be to get one at 5 months pregnant (BIG belly bump here) and he's going to have to find a new job, we have no insurance now so I have to cancel all upcoming OBGYN appointments....AHHHHHHH! Ok rant over, sorry

So I finally enrolled myself for prenatal fitness classes. The trainer seemed quite nice. But I hate exercising and dieting in general. I am not a very health conscious person. I am so not lookin forward for these classes.

I'm loving the pics of everyone's adorable little babes! So cute! Also, and I mean this in the least creepy way possible, @nomnomasaur0426 & @musicgirl524 your DHs are hotties! Hotties? Is that a word a 27 year old woman can use in the 21st century?

Anyway...found out at my appointment I'm slightly anemic so I have to start taking an iron supplement. Whatever, no big deal. Just not looking forward to the constipation that accompanies the supplement.

hey it was close enough lol.

also dd wont be wearing hers until halloween. Id say post one a day or so before halloween in case some places trick or treat sooner than others.

THANK GOD my friend is visiting. Ella is having a major off day and threw a huge fit while we were trying to get sandwiches at Wawa today. So we just left and she was crying and screaming. That was my first have-to-leave-a-store-tantrum. I guess I should count myself lucky.

Anyways, when we got home my friend and Ella came into the house and Ella said "Im sorry Mommy..." after the girls had a little chat out in the garage. Just melted my cold, angry heart.

Is anyone else super annoyed with their non pregnant friends right now? I feel like that song "pregnant women are smug" but I just DGAF. I was texting my friends about my fluid discharge situation this morning and their responses were "Eww", "ummmm gross" and "eek". Helpful guys. It definitely sucks being the only one in your friend group that's married and pregnant. So glad I have you guys!!!

Chocolate coconut peanut butter sounds amazing. I'm sick of sunflower seed butter (ate waaaaay too much of it when I first discovered it years ago), so maybe that's affecting my choice.

Mine has been with her on again off again boyfriend for like three years, they break up once a month. She has been trying to get pregnant since sept last year. She is extremely unhealthy, drinks, smokes, smokes pot, eats take out all day ect. And is always super upset that I am pregnant and she isn't. I know infertility sucks but it kind of makes me a little ragey because a) they hardly have sex (maybe once a month) because they are always breaking up but she thinks once should be enough b) they live in her boyfriends parents basement and he doesn't work so maybe she should focus on getting her life together first c) I tell her alllll the time to quit smoking/cut down on drinking and start eating healthy/exercising and I would help her with it but she refuses as I didn't have to do any of that to get pregnant (Actually I did quit smoking years ago, cut down on drinking and tried to be healthy 6 months before trying) and anytime I complain about my extreme morning sickness (once or twice in six months) she sends me this long text about how I am sooo lucky I am pregnant and I am not allowed to complain about anything. I will remember this when she is pregnant.

Like I said, I get pregnant easy and I know infertility is super hard and painful but if I have to listen to you and your break up every three weeks then you can hear about my morning sickness that I have been hospitalized once or twice in 9 months! I feel like the friendship is so onesided now that I might have to distance myself.

@kefttsc‌ my DS's actually broke like the first time I tried to use it with him.. I wanna say it was like lambs and ivy or something like that (it matched the bedding set) I returned it and got my 50 bucks back and never got another.

Guys I am going to LOSE my shit. Back story, one of my friends who is kinda lazy and I should have known better was looking for a one day a week position to maintain her license. When we opened this new office I talked my boss into hiring her. That was a year ago, now after all the stuff with crazy male coworker (she is his assistant) she deleted me off facebook and all this stuff and I have NO IDEA WHY. Anyways. She asked me to get her some hours to work from home, I told her that was fine, I was working on a training binder and she could complete it from home and charge us for the time it took. She had a previous training binder + my training binder + coworkers training notes. She charged us 8 hours back in july but hasn't completed it, OBV this needs to be done before I leave for mat leave. In sept we had a meeting and it was decided since she isn't finishing it in time that I would finish it. This was early sept, she still hasn't broughten it despite numerous requests from me and others. So I send her an email today and Cc'd the boss and her home email since she only works one day a week. this is what it said and her reply.

I have talked to MANAGER regarding this and will not be providing your office with this at this time. I feel if you would like a training manual the way your office has procedures in place and you yourself took on the task to complete this. Then do so.

Thank you & I would appreciate no more harassing emails regarding this especially afterwork hours.

WTF. First off she has charged us 8 hours for this binder, AND worked on it here. So I called my boss and told her she has ALL my notes and material and the boss said she is pretty sure that she is quitting and that's why and that she will have to pay back all hours used towards the manual. I don't get wtf I did wrong this girl has a total hate on for me (was my friend for 7 years) because my crazycoworker tried to get me fired and didn't succeed and she wanted to work from home doing my job and now she is screwed and needs to find another job where she gets more hours. Whatever. I am done. My boss said she is having a meeting with her this afternoon and will ask for our paperwork back and basically tell her to shit or get off the pot. Never ever hiring friends again.

I'm totally AWing, because my kid in her costume this year is crazy flat-out adorable, but would this be something that would garner interest? And if so, how close to Halloween would people have pics? (we're totally milking it this year, so we've been to events with her in costume already, haha!)

@mrsclark731 I'm with @mrdcle (not surprising, since I'm from Cleveland!) -- your picture made me straight-up drool. I miss pierogis SO much (they have them in LA... SO not the same) and it's my only must-do besides seeing my family (haha) when I go home. Omg, when I visited home while pregnant with my daughter, I had PIEROGI PIZZA (caps so necessary). I was in heaven!!! Your nana's pierogis look amazing!

OK, my spam is from over the weekend, but I've been in-and-out: I think we finally finalized a name! My husband has been VERY pro-Keira for ages (aka it was his #2 choice for our first daughter), and I love it but just had issues with the spelling. Over the weekend, for some reason, I thought, "hey, wait, can we just drop the E?" and while I honestly detest youneek spellings of names, I both realized that Kira is totally a valid spelling of the name, and is easy to quickly spell out for people who don't know which spelling to use. Plus, and I know this is silly, but: I think a half-Asian, half-Caucasian girl/woman named Kira makes more sense than Keira (I said to my husband... that spelling looks more Asian to me! Him: That's... a good thing, right? )

So Kira Noelle it is! I'm SO excited to be able to start thinking about my girl with an actual name!

GTKY: I hate how stereotypically girly this is, but: I cannot deal with bugs. I wouldn't call it as strong as a phobia, but if they're in my house, I especially can't deal. We had a fly infestation about a month ago and I was ready to go live in a hotel. We get the house sprayed quarterly for ants and I would happily eat ramen every day before giving up paying for that. UGH.

I suggested the thread when you mentioned your DD's owl costume.

Would love to see everyone's cuties in their Halloween outfits!

GTKY: Another non-fan of animals loudly licking themselves. I haven't let our cat sleep in the bed with us since being pregnant with DDs because his licking would annoy me so freaking much. It was like he knew it was obnoxious to me and he'd save up all his grooming "needs" for when he was on our bed. Jerk.

I think it all depends on your babies' personalities. My girls loved chilling out watching and listening to their mobiles, but they wouldn't fall asleep to them.
