Did someone ask about the twilight turtle changing colors on its own? I figured it out if so. You have to hold down the power button and it will automatically start changing colors.

IT CAN DO THAT?! Two years I've had this damn thing and I had no idea. Mind blown.

Yup @bluebird2318 I held down the power button and it started changing colors. We stood there for a minute and watched it. I wish I had one for my room.
DH decided to go into work early today. Going in early apparently means waking the baby up every time he hit snooze on his alarm. I need all the coffee today.
I have to AW the onesie @jodibolivar ordered me for the exchange and @Vinny424 made me! I love it and it's perfect This is the way we will announce when the time is right!

Duncan is learning to hold his own! The boys were wrestling around, and D caught C's finger and got it in his mouth. Cue toddler drama queen shriek of outrage, and C running over to me distraught, holding his finger. "What happened, Mommy? What happened?!"
I'm now thinking "Charlie bit me! Ouch, Charlie! That really hurt! Charlie bit my finger."
I forgot about that video! It was kind of like that, only more confused. Poor toddler is not ready for a mobile baby with motor skills. He also flipped out because Duncan grabbed his shirt yesterday.
I never really pondered this before, but the two year old has no concept of people growing, so he has no expectation the baby will do anything other than just lie there and be a baby. Duncan suddenly doing things, and doing things to HIM - that's like the freaky stuff of horror movies in his mind! Poor little guy.
This makes me excited to have a second one! It'll be funny to see Edolie's reactions to those kinds of situations.

Losing my mind over here. Princess doesn't like prune juice. Ok kid, starve and continue to be full of shit, but I know you can't keep this up too much longer...
Wesley lays on top of Owen all the time and makes faces at him. The other day Owen grabbed his hair with both hands and pulled HARD. It was seriously a 5-minute melt down and ended with me having to put Owen in time out.
But why am I missing out? It's an extra $10 on top of my wellness membership at the spa. I'm happy to pay it but how does it work? Will they still be able to get the knots out or is it more of a extra relaxing thing?
@bluebird2318 my twilight turtle from 3 years ago doesn't change colors. Only the new one for this LO does it (couldn't hand me down cause the toddler still uses his turtle to go to sleep).
NOOO! Now I'm going to have to buy another one. I have to have it! My DD still uses hers too. I don't blame her. Hell, I'd use one if I had it.

They use hot rocks in addition to their hands. I think it helps get the kinks out because the heat relaxes your muscles. Sometimes they will rub the rock into your tight muscles to help ease them. I just like how the rocks are super hot and feel good on my skin.
DH was getting DD ready this morning and I hear "oh come on!" from her room and then bath water running (she gets a bath before bed). I walk over to the bathroom completely confused as to why he's washing her and then see the pee puddle on the changing pad in her room...lol. Not sure why, but she does this to him all the time! I can leave her hanging out without a diaper for 10 minutes and she won't go, but when it's daddy she's gotta go now!
So I don't know what the deal was, but M was miserable last night. He is usually a great sleeper but last night not so much. He slept fine until we got in bed at 11:30 and then he woke up and wanted to party all night! He was awake until somewhere around 1:30 and just talking and squeaking happily. Which would be less of a problem if he wasn't in our room. Then the toddler woke up at like 5 am with a wet bed. And then the baby woke back up at like 6 to eat again. I'm so flipping exhausted today.
On the plus side, DH went into work late so we had some nice sexy time this morning!

Yes! They are so awesome. DH booked me one for mother's day and and at first I was like...seriously DH, why couldn't you just book me a normal massage. I don't wanna waste any time on rocks! But then it was magical. And next massage I get will definitely include hot stones.

I think I've discovered the secret to guaranteed longer naps! \:D/ This morning she slept for 2 hours, last nap was 1.5, and she just fell asleep. I'm about to put her down on her side again instead of back, and hopefully that's the trick! [-O<

Am I the only one that stays in the car in the driveway while LO naps in the car seat? She's a wild card, if I being her inside sometimes she wakes up sometimes she stays asleep! DH thinks I'm crazy.
Yay! Made it to TX! A was great on the plane. Them cried the whole car ride to my friend's house.
Bumping and nursing...
Heyyy! :-h Where you at?
Houston.
My best friend lives here so we are staying with her. She has two boys and still has a nursery set up. So A gets to sleep in the guest crib.
Her younger (15months) has been trying to get A to play with his favorite toys. He keeps setting them in front of A and them putting them into his hand.
Depending on which part of Houston you're in, we're like less than an hour from each other. :-O

Talk about a grown mans temper tantrum.
So many crazies on the new boards. People are off their fucking rockers.
