Arrived safe and sound. DD was awsome! No crying at all. She was incredible! But my first flight got in 10 mins late, meaning my bags missed the flight, including our carseat! Fortunately the airline had spare seats and will courier my bag and seat to us in the morning.

DD was all smiles when she saw my mum, it was amazing!

Is anyone else's kid showing absolutely no readiness for solids? He's only a little over 5 months so I know a lot can change in a month but man....he doesn't give a crap about food. Or trying to sit up.

It'll happen when it happens!  My friend's first didn't even start until eight or nine months and she's a perfectly normal two year old now.

@hordol LO is 5.5 months and he doesn't really care if he gets solids or not. I've given him oatmeal mixed with BM and he liked that, tried a fruit and veggie mix yesterday and all he did was raspberry it out of his mouth. It'll happen when it happens and I'm not in a rush.

@deidremaria‌ I can! Not sure if I can find cool colored leaves (here in my area they are green, yellow, or dead. But I stores here sell pinecones with fall scent sprinkled on them (mostly cinnamon).

We have sugar pines here. The cones are 2 feet long! When they fall and hit your tent you believe the sky is falling. Giant Sequoia cones are very small.

I am super nervous about this phone interview.

We are just starting to wear 3-6. She is very long so footed pjs probably won't work. But we live in fl and she is a little heater like her daddy. She won't even wear socks for long
