    I'll be there at the end of February for NCA Cheerleading Nationals. I get in Thursday, and that night or Friday would probably be my best bet. Saturday and Sunday will be crazy days for me.

    @joytomylifex‌ I'm not far from Dallas either, but wouldn't be able to do a Friday. If the plans change let me know!

    My child has been asleep for 2 hrs. I should probably get something accomplished for work but I napped with her for a little bit and she'll probably wake up before I'm finished.

    DH vent: He's allowed to go on a fishing trip 4+ hours away, drink all night, sleep when he wants, then come home, but I can't get a massage, have $3 worth of food from taco bell, or do anything by myself. I do everything except go to work. All housework is mine along with dinner and the dog. He does nothing and I don't push him anymore, but he's being a fucking dick about everything lately because he's tired. I'm so fucking tired and I don't bitch as much as he does. I just want to do something for myself and I'm not allowed. Bullshit.

    Okay I'm done! Hugs to everyone.

    Sounds like my husband- just because he gets home later than me doesn't excuse him from doing stuff around the house. On the weekends he will just take off to do whatever. I think this weekend I'm just going to leave without permission. Just because I have boobs doesn't mean I'm the sole parent! Also my hubby said I couldn't buy a new broom but he can spend whatever on cigars and other non essentials. Should we do a husband vent thread?!!!!?

    For what it's worth I didn't ask to buy a broom- I was sweeping and the floor got dirty as DH must have been sweeping up the garage with the same broom- I was frustrated and said "I'm going to run to Target quick and buy a new broom" to which he said "oh no you're not"' or something; then we got in an argument over spending then I just stayed home and didn't get the broom. Either way he can be a PIA.

    I'll be in Dallas from February 26-March 2.  We have competition Saturday and Sunday, but I believe on Friday all I have is one practice, and I don't know what time I'll be in Thursday.  There is potential for Sat/Sun night, but I'd be pushing it because I believe we will be expected to go to the performances of all teams from my gym (which has 7 different locations aka million hour days for me). 

    Super far away, but we are making plans for the entire season now which made me think about it!  I'll also be in So Cal a bunch, but that's not as much of a big trip for us obviously.

    Papa Murphy's pizza is the deal!   Both DH and I will get that over any pizza place in our town every single time.  The chicken bacon artichoke is my favorite pizza ever in all the land of pizza goodness.

    I'm a dumbass because at one point I thought it would be a good idea to use my fabric scissors as wire cutters and now I can't start my Halloween costume until I buy a new pair. Sometimes I use our steak knives to open boxes when I'm feeling lazy. There is really no excuse for this as there are box cutters and wire cutters in the garage.

    Morning! I feel very democratic today! 

    Its election day here and I have voted, yay me! now I can piss and moan about how crap the government is if it doesn't change!

    On another note, home from our disastrous trip. DD has bounced right back to her usual self, thank god! She seems a little sleepier than usual but no complaints about that! 

    Knitters: I used to knit but haven't for YEARS! its something I keep thinking I would like to take up again but haven't gotten around to yet! Since my cross-stitch is languishing in the corner of the lounge since DD was born, I miss crafts!

    I'm the shocking one who uses my embroidery scissors to cut my nails. Since they are rubbish anyway and I want to buy a new pair I don't mind atm but will be upgrading once I can craft again.
