Has anyone put a little bit of food coloring in their body scrub? I wonder if it will turn your skin the color of the scrub.

Credit cards are the only way I've been able to establish credit because I've never had a student loan, care loan, mortgage etc. I just pay off the balance every month and reap the benefits of cash back!! For some people credit cards can be evil, but for some they make sense.

This. I never use cash or debit cards. Only credit cards. And I have zero debt besides a mortgage. And I get loads of rewards from my credit cards! I put as much as I can on those suckers.

Same boat. I try to put everything on our Amex card for the rewards and the benefit of 100% reimbursement if someone gets a hold of our information. We pay it off at the end of every month.

This. And if you haven't sent them the screenshots already its a good idea to delete the contact so it shows the actual phone number rather than the person's name. Then she can't lie her way out of it even if she deleted the conversation on her phone already.

We ended up buying half of our Christmas gifts with giftcards we got from rewards on our credit cards. I definitely agree they can be used smartly, but a lot of people use them poorly. You'd be surprised how many clients we had with $1mil+ in assets who were still carrying thousands of dollars on credit card balances.

Yet another reason I want to start explaining money to my kids beginning at a young age. My sister and I were from a family that never talked about money, and it got us into a bit of trouble in college. Luckily, we both ended up in finance and learned a few things

DH got me one for my birthday, and I do love it! I notice it does a better job of getting my face clean than anything else, and it helps keep my weird dry skin patches at bay.

So I just had a girl come in that is due in September and plans to take 12 hrs in flex classes so that shes done with the semester by her due date!!! (ps flex classes are 8 week courses but 12 hrs all at once is INSANE) I tried to take her out of it and leaned more toward online classes that we self paced... she didn't want to hear it... I tried

I would think this would stain your skin. I make DH a red velvet cake for his birthday every year and food coloring is a total pain to remove from just about anything. Plus, and this creeps me out a bit, most food colorings I've found have parabens in them, which seems to negate the delightfully crunchy effect of making your own body scrub. Just my two cents!

Baby Pabst is grounded.

Went in for the NST this morning and I was expecting it to go like the last 2 have and I would be out of there by 10. Wrong. Her heart rate was 175-180 and wouldn't go down. They had me do the NST for about 2 hours, trying IV fluids, me drinking water and it would go down a little and then go right back up. Then they did a bio-physical profile, before they started, they said passing is 10-20 points, under 10, you get admitted. She got a 10.8.

The game plan now is literally one day at a time, obviously keeping me pregnant as long as possible is ideal, but there may be a point soon where they have to decide if keeping her in is healthier than delivery and NICU.

I have never been in this situation before, I'm totally freaking out and crying and realizing my house is out of fucking control. We would have been FUCKED if I was admitted today. There is no clean laundry, there were no groceries and I had no back up plans for kid pick up for schools.

The next NST is set for Friday morning, please send thoughts, prayers, juujuu, whatever that today was just a fluke and everything goes well on Friday. In the meantime, I need to have my hospital bag packed and with me on Friday (OB's orders for every NST and appt from now on) and have everything squared away with childcare.
