    DH asked me to make taco meat for him before he woke up tonight. I agreed, but I can't stand the smell of cooking meat. Waaaahhh why did I agree to do this!??

    Side note: he's working 12 hours every day plus Friday nights, otherwise I would say make it yourself douche.

    It has just occurred to me that despite plenty of sneezing, I have not snissed in over a week.  Is this something that normally goes away at some point, or am I just exceedingly lucky that it stopped?!

    My mom gets gifts from the companies that she works with all the time and one of them sent her a whole basket full of brownies for the holidays. They are from a bakery in NY called Greyston Bakery. Anyway, they are so amazingly good. The best brownies I've ever had EVER!

    @Pineconey I might go that route. Although, he's got a binge sweet tooth. He can go a while without sweets but then I bake something sweet and he devours the whole tray. Then he'll blame me when he feels guilty lol

    maybe it was just my crappy day, but i'm desperate for a change.  hoping that DH and i get to move next spring/summer- a little bitter that if i hadn't lost my first i'd be a month from giving birth and we could move sooner.
    also missing school- wishing i could go back sooner than later. i'd really like to get a master's, but i told DH he could (SHOULD!) get a BA first. *grump grump*

    i've been sitting here like a bum for the past hour, daydreaming about doing new things in life and making "plans" and wondering how the hell i'm going to accomplish these life goals with a LO, let alone all of the LOs i hope to have in the next 3-5 years.

    Thought I'd share some CAKE HEAVEN with you ladies. Seriously so effing delicious. "Pig licking cake" and I'd lick a pig for this cake.

    Just a box of yellow cake mix. Two large cans of mandarin oranges. One egg. 1/4 cup oil. Blend that together for a few mins and cook the cake like the box says. It'll come out really moist and that's okay.
    The topping is one package of vanilla pudding, container of cool whip and large can of crushed pineapple. Whip that together and make sure all of the pudding mix is dissolved. Top after cake cools. Refrigerate. And heaven in your mouth.
    You can google "pig licking cake" and a few different versions come up. I did the basic and it was seriously so yum.

    Edit: picture says to drain the pineapple, I didn't. I found it needs the extra liquid to dissolve pudding mix.

    I don't know about @colleenswerb but my DH gave me my Christmas presents and he did really well too! I got a snoogle and a fancy camera!

    (However he would be pissed to know that he could've gotten sex as a thank you. But didn't)
