Four weeks today and not too much to report. Just some gas, bloating - oh the bloat, swelling (already had to switch to my silicone wedding ring ), and fatigue. Definitely different from pregnancy #1, though. I didn't have any of these symptoms this early. The fatigue is unreal!

I feel the opposite - I have no bloat and no fatigue yet. I do remember the heavy, sore boobs from last time. And I’m hungry, but I’m always hungry so I’m not sure that’s an actual symptom, LOL.

I don’t think I have any real symptoms yet. It makes me nervous but I didn’t have any with DS until week 5 or 6 and then nausea and fatigue hit me like a ton of bricks.

I’ve had insane heartburn and bloating, mostly in the evening. I have also noticed it when it’s super hot. Im going to Disney in a few weeks, might have to break out the maternity shorts for that trip.

I’m waking at 4am with nausea and to pee and not able to go back to sleep. Then I’m pretty much ok all day. But when it hits 5pm my eyelids just close, before the nausea kicks in again at 9pm.
Oh and I’ve become a crier! I never normally cry but I’m tearing up at every small thing. DH is giving me a wide berth

4 weeks + 1 day here and zero symptoms except extreme anxiety (haha). I won't freak about no symptoms until 7 weeks or so. In my two healthy pregnancies I had severe morning sickness. How funny is it to say that I hope I am VERY sick and puking all day in three weeks??!?!?!

4w+3d. Fatigue (able to nap AND sleep thru the night, which I usually can't do), mildly tender boobs, many more bathroom trips, and *less* appetite.

@stassischroeder I’m also 4 weeks today. Funny that we “peed together” and have the same EDD. 

I’ve just has tender boobs, some flutters in my chest, and I’m super tired today. But that could also be from my general lack of sleep and the fact that it’s a million degrees.

I’m 4w+6d and I feel like I’ve got it all! Nausea comes and goes throughout the day, minimal to no appetite, tender boobs, peeing much more frequently, bloating, fatigue, moody... I have cramping too, which worried me until I read more about it and it seems pretty normal.

5 weeks today, baby #3,  no symptoms except terrible bloat! I think I’ve gained 2 pounds of bloat 😯  🤷🏼‍♀️ I had terrible morning sickness with my first two so I’m just waiting for that to start but maybe this pregnancy will be different !

I'm 4+2 today, off and on nausea, largely if I don't eat fast enough when I get hungry. And light cramping/bloated feeling and sore nipples. My poor nips!

I can’t believe how different this pregnancy is from my other two so far. With my previous pregnancies, I didn’t have symptoms until 6ish weeks and then it was intense nausea and fatigue. This time, my boobs are killing me, my stomach is a hot mess, heart burn, headaches, hot flashes, and intermittent nausea. Make me nervous for the rest of first tri! Lol

4w+3d:  other than being *really* tired and some headaches, I've really had no symptoms.  I'm way less stressed out about it than my last pregnancy where I also have very few symptoms for the first 8 weeks or so.  Last time I kept doubting that there was actually something growing in there - I'm mostly more chill about it this time around.

4w+4 based on LMP. The first few days of my missed AF my boobs were killing me. Couldn’t even wear a regular bra! That has since gone but I’ve had mild cramping and some light brown spotting. Freaks me out so I called my OB and she said it’s normal. I also have had to pee way more than usually. I’m just hoping nausea doesn’t kick in!!

5w today and not feeling much- hungry and tired sure, but is that really different?  No symptoms is nice, but also makes me a little nervous TBH. With my daughter I was exhausted and nauseous 24/7 for about 24 weeks so I felt pregnant. Now i just feel sober!

5w today - a little bloating, sore boobs, some nausea today (but might have been the heat).

@laurenm2123 hahaha, yes my most noticeable symptom is feeling sober, too   

@stacey6689 I had some light brown spotting for about 24 hrs too at 12-13 DPO. Thankfully it has since stopped, so I’m assuming and hoping it was old blood leftover from implantation. While it can be completely normal, it’s never fun to see spotting of any kind during pregnancy!

@stassischroeder Yes, the spotting has totally been freaking me out!!! It’s slowly going away but yeah not a fun experience.

I had some spotting this morning. It was just once so far but now I’m trying to decide if I should buy more tests or just try and wait it out 😢

@varimama if you tell your OB maybe they’ll do a couple betas? Was it brown, pink, or red?

@stassischroeder it was pink but on the darker side. If it happens again I’ll call but unfortunately I’m stuck without a car until Tuesday so not much I could do anyways. It was a pretty small amount it just made me nervous as I didn’t have any last time.

@emmasemm I’ve also been crying at everything. My husband just hugs me then walks away laughing. 🤦🏻‍♀️

4w+5 today. Tired mostly and bloated. Very mild nausea. I am hoping for less nausea than I had with my second pregnancy. I have to travel for work this week and have a few long flights, so I am hoping I continue to feel decent.

5w and I’m tired all the time. I can’t get through the day without at least 1 nap! And also my boobs are sore and have definitely grown half a cup in the past week. (Not complaining, I can now fully fill out a b-cup. 😂)

5w and 6d today. Sore boobs has been the worst symptom but that's finally starting to improve. Having mild nausea mostly in the mornings and nearly every day when I look at my lunch (and am starving but suddenly don't want it). Ginger chews and cinnamon gum are helping! No bloating or heartburn yet, and weirdly my mood swings have all been creepily positive. Anyone else finding themselves laughing instead of crying?

@varimama I’m glad it’s only happened once! I know it can be from about a dozen normal things - sex, BM, friable cervix, SCH, etc. But fingers still crossed that it doesn’t return.

Anyone else freezing? I’m not even 5 weeks yet and for the last 36 hours I’ve been so cold. I made the mistake of googling it and I’m hoping it’s not indicative of hypothyroidism. Ugh, I’m going to be THAT person messaging my RE first thing tomorrow morning because I’m paranoid.

@stassischroeder I just add the extra blood tests for whatever I’m paranoid about onto my beta draws... my RE doesn’t even bat an eyelid these days when he sees the list of results...

@stassischroeder I had that early on in pregnancy with my daughter. It was just hormones going crazy, nothing serious for me!

@emmasemm girl, I'm lucky that my doc is the same way! I have another beta today so I'm hoping they'll at least add a TSH for my peace of mind. *ETA yup, they happily added a TSH and even said that it's smart to do it now instead of waiting lol. They might be blowing smoke up my paranoid ass, but I appreciate their willingness to placate me for peace of mind!

@stassischroeder I got cold too during my first pregnancy, and I’m noticing it a bit now too. I usually run hot, so this sticks out to me, but I don’t think it’s serious.

Ever since my first pregnancy I get cold so much easier. I’ve never thought much of it.

@varimama has the spotting stayed away?

@momoftoddlers @MrsVP614 thank you for sharing your experience! It really makes me feel better. I both love and hate google at this point because, on one hand, it's given me a wealth of information, but, on the other hand, no matter what you search for you can find someone who had a negative outcome and blames it on XYZ symptom.

@stassischroeder Yep, I have to try very hard not to google because once you fall down the rabbit hole and read every possible random explanation, it’s hard to get those anxieties out of your mind.

@stassischroeder yes no more spotting so far and I found another test at home and it was darker! Also sorry you’re feeling cold, I hope it’s nothing but an odd pregnancy symptom! As someone with thyroid issues though it is manageable during pregnancy!

Have been having some shooting pain in my left ovary on and off the last few hours... has anyone experienced this before?

@rs0806 When I had shooting ovary pain it turned out to be a few cysts and it went away once they all burst. I wasn’t pregnant at the time though. I don’t think they were harmful just painful. I did go to the ER with it but I was pretty young so I didn’t know much about my body and it was on the same side as my appendix so my dr had wanted to make sure it wasn’t that. If it’s still happening today I’d call for sure just to see what your ob/Midwife says

@rs0806 with this pregnancy and my first I've had all variations of cramping and shooting pains. This time its been some shooting pains on my left side, too, but they're not consistent and seem to have subsided. It's definitely worth mentioning to your doctor, but is likely no big deal IMO

Thanks @varimama & @stassischroeder! Called my OB who is out of town and she sent me to ER. I have a few cysts but nothing that’s concerning. They’re unsure of why I’m having pain, but everything looks good for it being so early!
