Jumping into the board as well, tentatively optimistic!!
I will be a FTM at 42, DH is 45, with an expected due date based on LMP of 6/5. The last couple of years have been a rollercoaster when it comes to fertility, to say the very least...
*TW losses mentioned* We've had two MC, one 7/16 (11 weeks) and one 8/17 (growth stopped at 5 1/2 weeks), so went the RE route. We knew at least one MC was chromosomal, so went straight to IVF with PGS testing. After two rounds of IVF this year, we had one PGS normal embryo frozen and planned to transfer in November. However, fate had another plan for us because instead of AF last week l got a BFP!! *end TW*
My first two betas look good, so all I can be is cautiously optimistic that our first ultrasound will go well and this is an unexpected miracle! Looking forward to getting to know other women in this group.
Hi friend! There's a special visitor here to let you know that no matter what, everything is going to be okay
I know that this is a scary time for you. I pray for peace, joy, and send you so much love. You are pregnant right now and I am so thrilled for you guys. Copious amounts of hugs coming at ya!
People think we become mothers when we give birth but the truth is we become mothers the moment we start calling our babies to us in our thoughts, dreams and prayers. Some paths are short and some are so long that you can easily forget where you were headed.

@prpl11butterfly - Wow, this is awesome!!!!! Congratulations!!!!
I'm barely ahead of you ladies on this BMB with my EDD being June 1st but I'm hanging on the May BMB due to my history of preterm labor. I'll be lurking and cheering you on!
***TW***I’m out ladies. Had a bad feeling about this and when I got a beta of 28 at 16 DPO, I knew it was only a matter of time. H&H 9 months to each and every one of you and I hope to see none of you back on the TTC board. ✌🏻💜
Also on the cautiously optimistic train. Hi all, this is my 4th pregnancy and hopefully my second little squish. I have an almost 1.5 DD, 5 yo Alaskan Malamute and a 6 yo Samoyed. H is 36 and I’m 31 living in the midwest. I was very active on the May17 board and still talk with them daily and we have our first meet up next weekend. EDD 9/14 but it might change to 9/8 depending on the Dr. We have success with IUIs as I have pcos and last time they went off lmp not ovulation date so we’ll see. Had my first beta today at 13dpo which was pretty high so I’m anxious to see if it’s twins or not at our first US in 2 weeks. Excited to get to know you all.
I'm a STM to a 21month old son. I was really active on the J17 board and we moved over to a FB group.
Last month DH and I discussed trying for #2 because we had wanted them 2.5 yrs apart. I thought we were out because I thought I had already ovulated and my temp was completely off because of being sick. But last weekend after being a few days late I decided to test. I used two tests from DS and even though they were expired by a year they still popped positive.
DH is in the military and I'm an IT project manager we have one dog, a beagle. We currently live in Florida.
Hey all! I am happy to be here but also feeling a little nervous and shy so I thought introducing myself might bring me out of my shell! This is my first pregnancy, EDD 6/10. I am 33 and just got married in June, my husband is 27.
I thought I was out this cycle as I was doing a bad job with temping and I never confirmed ovulation with an OPK. My husband unexpectedly had to have a wisdom tooth pulled, then I went out of town for work, and when I returned I had a nasty cold. I figured I better take a test before I drowned myself in NyQuil, just in case, and what do you know, it was positive!
My first appointment is at 8 weeks on 10/29 and we are waiting to tell anyone until then so I am excited to meet you ladies and talk about it here!
Hey All! I got my BFP this morning. I have a DS who is about 2.5. *TW* I had a miscarriage at 9.5 weeks a few months ago so I am trying to stay positive. I was very active in my last BMB and made the jump to FB after my son was born. Those ladies are still some of my best friends and I have met a majority of them IRL. I am excited to be joining you all!
Just got my BFP this morning! It’s actually quite early - 9 maybe 10 DPO. I really wasn’t expecting to see a line! Hoping it sticks! My name is Kate, I am 37 and my EDD is June 20. I have a two year old son and am so excited to hopefully give him a sibling ❤️
Hi!! I'm pregnant with #3! EDD June 7. Our two girls are 5 (sept 13) and 2 (jan 16). I had my IUD taken out mid-August and now here I am. It all happened fast, but I'm excited!
Hi ladies! I’m so happy to be here. My EDD is 6/13. We have a 2 year old son. When I was pregnant with him I lurked my BMB but I’ve decided to join in this time.
My husband and I are both teachers and we live in the Midwest. We’ve been married for six years and together for ten. I love to read and spend time with my family and our crazy dog.
I am looking forward to getting to know you. We are very excited for baby number 2!
I am VERY cautiously introducing myself here. I have a history of loss, but am trying to be optimistic! We did a fertility treatment and I was testing out the trigger shot. It got lighter, but never really disappeared and then in the past three days started getting darker. It was dark enough this morning at 11 DPO to know it for sure is not the trigger anymore. I went in for a blood test today and should know the results tomorrow and then go again Monday.
This will be our third child. We have a four year old son and
*TW* Loss
A daughter in Heaven. She was still born at 32 weeks this past March. She had a chromosome issue they said was not genetic, but seemed to be random crappy luck.
I also have had a chemical pregnancy and a miscarriage around 7 weeks.
A little about me: I’m 37 / Virgo / Married for 4yrs (together 12) This is baby #3 for us! We have 2 girls: April ‘15 & Feb ‘17 in addition to: 1 dog & 3 cats.
EDD: June 13th
Only person who knows, besides all of you now is my husband. Looks like we’re in for a wild ride!
My name is myka and I live in Cali with my husband sean our daughter Ryan and all our animals. About a week after ryans first birthday we found out we are exspecting #2, EDD june 6th it was a surprise. When my daughter was about 6 months old I got hurt at work and have been dealing with it since. I have stoped taking all the medication the docs have had me on, so if anyone knows some home remedies for pain it will be much appreciated. We are exsited to add to our family. I wish the best for everyone here.
I’m 26yo & my partner (DP - darling partner) is 35, both our first, though DP has taken on the father role to an 8yo of his previous relationship (the child was 3 when he entered the relationship with his ex) so I am now “step mum”.
I’m joining this forum cautiously as I had a scan at 5 weeks and there was no visible yolk sack, so I have to go for a follow up scan on the 15th (6w 4d) to confirm either way. EDD 7th of June.
We live in SW WA (Australia), I’m an engineer and DP is a concrete repairer. We have 3 fur babies - 2 cats and a dog.
Have just updated my name so hopefully it’s changed! Was “knottie” with several numbers and letters after. Ok it’s still not updating! I’ll try again later (have logged out & back in several times)
Hi! I’m Bianca. I’m 28 and pregnant with my second child. I have an almost 3 y/o son who is the absolute greatest joy in my life. I’m married to my husband of 2 years but we’ve been together for 9.
This is my second time being pregnant this year. Unfortunately i had a miscarriage in February. I’m very excited to be pregnant again but also cautious and a little nervous. I can’t wait til trimester 2!
I’m a very natural mama with holistic beliefs. I’m also a yoga teacher. I would love to meet other like minded mamas.
Hi mommas!!! Introduction time. I got my positive test yesterday at 12dpo. I believe edd is 6/17. I have 2 boys from a prior relationship and my SO has one son from a prior relationship. Ages are 8,5,4. This is our first together.
Hi All! Jumping on board as well I'm a STM with an EDD of June 8 (based on LMP). I'm so excited DH and I are both 28 and DS is 4.5. I was a lurker on my sons bmb and always wished that I had gotten involved. I love hiking, the mountains, baking (sourdough is life!), reading, fiber arts (mainly knitting and crochet) and all my nerdy tv shows I work as a nanny and my husband is currently getting his PhD. No animals, but I dream of having farm animals one day! Looking forward to the next nine months!
Hi. I'm a lot more nervous to post here than I thought I'd be. I got a BFP this morning at 14 DPO. I'm still in a bit of shock despite trying to get KU since April when I went off the NuvaRing.
This is my first pregnancy and I'm pretty scared, frankly. It's also the first grandchild on both sides of the family so things are gonna get wild. We don't plan on telling anyone until Christmas, probably.
H is military and I'm currently piecing together jobs here and there as we live in a very small rural town down south. I'm a garment seamstress, quilter, and knitter. I love to garden and hike. We have two rescue mutts.
Confession: I have been stalking you chart in the TWW and my personal opinion is you O'd on CD 15 (the 26th). Even though you had pos opk's two days before. This theory would make you 11 DPO. Might explain the negative two days ago at only 9DPO. Just my two cents to ease some of your FTM jitters. Congrats and welcome to June!
I think we need a TTGP grad thread next week for sure!
