@jynjer91 They increased our bill by like $25 a month and didn't tell us. We didn't have any billing issues luckily but DH only noticed bc he was looking at our bank history for something else. We also have the lowest option and wouldn't give us a new promotional rate.
I actually didn't mind Comcast when we lived near Philly. But I suspect being closer to HQ leads to a better service level. They're not offered out here, and I'm not particularly sad about it.
Comcast is THE WORST. We got rid of them last year. It was a major pain and our internet through another provider sucks now, but it's the principle of the matter.
@sliztee they didn't, but I know how to do and read ultrasounds, so I just answered it for myself (posterior! And at 12 weeks mine was anterior, so it can change from earlier). But I did ask a few other questions and they answered everything easily. I will say though, mine was with a perinatologist and not an u/s tech since my kid was IVF, so mine was a bit of a more detailed 20 week AS since they needed extra shots of certain things, so I don't know how much a normal u/s tech can tell you. But they should easily be able to tell if anterior or posterior placenta.
Well I just left the eye doctor where I also left a butt sweat mark on their cloth seat. I’m not one to embarrass easily... but how embarrassing! Guess I need to start wearing liners for sweat on hot days?!?! Plus side, when you are pregnant they don’t dilate your eyes!
@cagncoo12 OMG they really don't dilate your eyes?! Hmmm that calls for a trip to the eye doctor, because I literally pass out from anxiety when they dilate my eyes. I hate going to the eye doctor!

Ugh yes to comcast/xfinity being the worst. I’ll give it to them that we get fast internet, but we pay a fricking arm and a leg for it, and they always raise the bill when the “promotion” ends until we call to fight them on it.
@chyvie yep, my doctor said the drops are c grade drugs and there haven’t been studies on the effects on pregnancy. As long as you aren’t diabetic he said they just do without!
At my US today they told me everything they we're looking at. I asked at the end about my place to, she told me it was against the back almost right in the middle. I also asked if my Dr would go over the results and she said everything looked good and if there was an issue I'd see the Dr right after. He's about 9oz, 47%. She said nice and average.
I'm glad we have a few options for internet/cable. We can do WOW, Comcast, or ATT. We have wow and I'm pretty happy with it.
I'm so glad my eye Dr does photos of my eyes instead of dilation. I spend a little bit more I think, but I get to see the comparison to the previous years. And no eye drops!
Comcast is the worst! They upped our rates too almost $40/mo! We calncelled our service and they said to drop the boxes off at a local Comcast whenever convenient for us. 4 days later we received a bill for over $800 for unreturned boxes!! We have since returned the boxes and they owe us a refund, but of course we have not seen that yet and it’s been over a month...quick to send the bill but takes forever to get the $114 they owe us...
I just had a consult with an accuputurist who specializes in fertility/pregnancy. She thinks she might be able to help prevent preterm delivery, which would be fantastic. My oldest was 13 weeks early, and my other twins were 7 weeks early, so everyone had a fair amount of NICU time. If I could get these ones to 35/36 weeks, I’d be ecstatic!
So on Wednesdays, DD and I hang out in the cafeteria of DF's job site while he works (due to an agreement we have with our roommate). Today I saw a woman laugh as she watched me waddle-escort DD to the bathroom with my giant tub of Tuck's in one hand and my unicorn water bottle in the other.

Yep, mine won't dilate either! I went in a few months ago for a follow-up visit on a recurring eye problem (bless you pregnancy for shutting down my immune system and temporarily stopping that fun issue), and mentioned I was pregnant. They told me that they won't dilate this year, and I'm super happy. I only have to do it every 2 years anyway, which is great, because I get super dizzy and nauseous with dilation. So my routine checkup on Monday is going to be real quick. No, I don't need new contacts, or glasses. Yes, my vision is worse now. Remember I'm pregnant? Ok, cool. Let me go.
@DunkinDecaf I talk about poop way more than my husband, but that’s because I’m SO jealous of his flawlessly timed daily BMs. It’s been unfair to me long before pregnancy, unfortunately. Lucky bastard!
@DunkinDecaf I felt bad the other DH was in the shower and I barged into the bathroom knowing I was finally going to poop! Luckily DH and I are pretty open about all aspects of our lives and he was equally happy for me and disgusted
We definitely don't poop in front of each other, but talking about our poops is nothing new in our house. Also, my H farts in front of me at least twice per day. I've only farted in front of him like twice in the 12 years we've bren together, and only because it's been an accident. He has no shame though.
DF has no problem peeing, pooping, farting and anything else in front of me. I'm a more private person but I don't care if he sees me pee.

@SawyerRichardson yep, poop somehow always comes up frequently. I've dealt with constipation since birth practically (my lucky side effect when I eat gluten), so within 6 months of dating DH, my brother tells him "hey did you know she went a month without pooping?" Brothers...
We talk about poop all the time and we have seen each other poop by accident a couple times. I pee in front of him all the time because I pee so much it's hard not too! Farting is a must because I'm a gassy person. Years ago I had an ex bf that I didn't fart in front of and ended up in hospital from unexplainable pains after the Dr. Examining me for hours she finally said I think you have gas pains and gave me a muscle relaxer and I farted at Christmas dinner with his family for three hours! It was so embarrassing so now I just let it rip when I need to! Lesson learned

This is definitely a poop joke household. I’ve clogged way too many toilets and we both have a very crass sense of humor. We never pee or poop in front of each other but if one of us hears the other one taking a noisy shit the other one immediately starts laughing from the other room. He swears I didn’t poop during either labor but I don’t necessarily believe him.
@sammierose464 I used to think it was funny. I remember so clearly thinking “people who don’t think farts are funny are such tight wads”. Idk if I changed or his farts did but they’re terrible now. Absolutely not funny. If he farts in our bedroom as I’m getting ready to go to sleep I get genuinely mad.
Wow now I feel so uncouth!! When DH farts close to me he knows full well he’s getting one back! Lately I win because I’m soooo gassy. Belching contests have also happened. As far as the poop part.. we mostly shut the door if the other walks by and it’s not already closed. If it’s particularly raunchy the door gets fully closed though! He has even sent me pics of a particularly impressive/disturbing shit he took. It was so disturbing but he was very proud. I’m not sure making another one of him was the best idea! Edit to add: I do have manners in public!!
my DH farted on our first date. And I made the mistake of laughing about it! So now he does it on purpose to try to make me laugh. I have always thought farts are funny. Not as funny once my nose became super sensitive!!! I never really did it much in front of him but now that I'm pregnant all bets are off!
Re: Randoms 5/11
I had my AS today and baby boy was perfect! Measuring on the larger side but nice and spread out and they could see everything. My H was so excited!
