I am excitedly expecting my fourth child. DH and I have been talking about this for about a year now and finally decided in December that we would start TTC in March. Neither my husband nor I ever thought we'd want a big family but we love our children and both of us struggled to accept we were done. Well, we had a date night the first weekend of feb and after getting all drunk and mushy gushy romantic we DTD and tadah!
Only slight dilemma is that our health insurance is not active until may 1.
Good Morning ladies! It looks like I am cautiously joining you all this morning after a faint positive on a cheapie. EDD is November 20th! This is Baby #3 for us. Our tie-breaker as we have a daughter and son already.
I am part of my BMB from 2012 still and I'm really looking forward to joining you all on this journey.
I am so happy to be joining you. We found out yesterday that we are officially expecting baby #2. EDD is Nov. 14th. I have a DS who is 3 and keeps us very busy. Am also a member of the Jan14 group which was very supportive with my first. I am an IVFer and our first beta draw yesterday yielded #323, so we are pretty excited. I am 41 and DH is 45, so yes I am in the advanced maternal age group, but after years of trying we are happy to be adding to our family again. I am a FTM and am a speech pathologist at a local elementary school which keeps me very busy. So looking forward to a new journey.
Hi everyone! I just got a positive digital test yesterday after faint lines the day before. LMP puts my due date at 11/17! I am a 28 year old STM, I have a 15 month old boy. Looking forward to sharing this journey with you!
Cautious, anxious, nervous FTM here with an EDD of Nov. 15/2017. New to posting, threads and forums of any kind, but extremely grateful to find you all here and thankful to be in this together. ❤
Hi! I've been debating joining a bump month club, but it is nice to go through it with others and I'm hopeful this one will stick, so here I am. I've known for a couple of weeks and went in for betas right away, due to a history of miscarriage. Betas and progesterone looked good, so I will go in for another blood test on Monday, and a scan about a week after that if those numbers look good. I'm cautiously optimistic. I'm due 11/5, which is very close to my due date for my loss 2 years ago. I was part of the Nov. '15 moms. My first miscarriage was a partial molar pregnancy, which is pretty rare and required a lot of follow up care. I did not find out about that one until 12 weeks. My second was in October of '16 and I only knew about that one for a couple days. I found out I would lose the pregnancy because the 48 hour beta levels weren't good. I'm now feeling a mix of terror and elation and it's definitely messing with me. I'm just enjoying each day of this pregnancy and having baby with me.
I'm also feeling super sick and welcome any strategies for picking yourself up by your bootstraps and getting into work on time anyways. Other symptoms include sore boobs, smell aversions are starting here and there, and I'm just exhausted and run out of breath really easily.
I'm 34 and H is just a few months behind me in age. We have no outside babies yet, but do have an adorable english bulldog that is a little spunk. Looking forward to getting to know all of you!
I think I may be ready to say this is happening and introduce myself! I've read all the other intros and I'm looking forward to getting to know this group. I've participated in TTGP and birth month boards in the past (TTGP within the last year but not the last few months, August 2011 and January 2014).
I had very faint lines on internet cheapies the last two days... but went on lunch today and got a test at the dollar store and it is an obvious line. I'm 13DPO and so baby would be due Nov. 17/17.
This will be #3 for my husband and I. I have a 5 1/2 year old DS and a 3 year old DS. *trigger warning* We had a surprise +ive which turned to an early miscarriage last June and it really set us on a path to trying ever since. I'm 35 and will turn 36 right before this due date ... so advanced maternal age for me this time around. I also had gestational diabetes the last two pregnancies and most likely will again so maybe we could have a discussion thread on GD for support/questions/meal planning etc. as things get going.
Truthfully, I'm a ball of mixed emotions right now (as I'm sure many of us are)! I'm elated about a new baby and everything that brings and worried about a million other things that I know won't seem important in the long-run (i.e. I'm in the process of trying for a new job...could get awkward).
In terms of symptoms - I feel like I can smell x100, acid reflux and nausea and throw in a little tiredness for good measure
Hi everyone. This will be my 3rd pregnancy and my husband's first and my first with a supportive father. I have a 5 year old at home, the first baby was adopted 14 years ago. I am not excited about a November baby (EDD 11/7) but maybe with how I usually go 3 weeks early I will have an October baby. Still don't like the fall. Sorry to sound so annoyed. I'm a full time RN working 12's on a critical care unit, hoping to survive as long as I can working those. Happy pregnancy to us all!!
I know there is a link to add a ticker - but I'm having trouble after trying a number of times - when I put the URL in my signature block it appears as a code and not a picture - what am I doing wrong? I swear I did this before with no problems???
Cautiously posting an intro here. Got a very faint BFP this morning on Wondfo. I've been active on the TTGP board and loved it there (Hey @slaven@kyersten@jess0211@adirat@DuchessOfCambridge@NYTino24!) I'm 28 and DH is 31. FTM here. We had an early loss in December so we're cautiously excited about this LO.

I was sad to read you aren't excited about a November baby. As someone who is fresh off a loss and with plenty of friends who would give anything to be pregnant, it hurt to read. I was praying for a baby whenever I was lucky enough to get pregnant.
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
So happy to FINALLY be able to post! I have been having some serious technology issues! Anyway, I am very glad to be joining you all! I am 30, and so is my DH,we have been married for almost 10 years and have a wonderful 5 year old DD, who has been asking for a baby for two years now. We finally decided in November to begin ttc and are blessed to be expecting baby#2 around the end of Nov! I am so excited to get to know you all and share this with you, especially now because we aren't telling anyone until after the first appointment at least and it's killing me!
DH: 31, Me: 27 Married May 2014 TTC #1: May 2015 September 2016-December 2016: Met with RE, fertility testing, diagnosis of tubal scarring, and plan of IVF *TW in spoiler boxes*
Surprise! Unexpected BFP 2/22/17 just when we were about to start fertility treatment!
@NYTino24 I'm sorry you're hurt but what I feel about my pregnancy should have nothing to do with yours. I can be excited to be pregnant but not about the month. Possible try asking why I'm not truly excited for it, because I didn't say we weren't happy to be expecting. It's my most stressful part of the year, that's my daughter's birth month, the month before is my nephews birth month, we have winter coming, work will be super busy when I go back thanks to the flu, pneumonia and sepsis, I have many functions before that and then there's Thanksgiving followed by my nieces birthday and Christmas.
Hi all, STM from NJ. I found out I was expecting #2 on my daughters third birthday 2/27 :0) I am super excited but also nervous because we were planning so many changes this year (new house, job). My due date is 11/5 as of now, my confirmation appt isn't for a couple weeks. I'm excited to get to know you all!

Is not everyone on this board pregnant?
@MaximumEffort Actually we have a couple of ladies who just posted losses today and yesterday that are no longer pregnant. In fact, read the top of this page. Plus there are plenty of lurkers who I'm sure will lovetit to show you they would love to switch places with you. I'm sure they'd love November babies no matter how hectic life could / does get. I'm sorry, but it's a little insensitive. You are entitled to your opinions, but it was a little disappointing to read. That being said, I'm looking forward to getting to know you and wish you a happy and healthy pregnancy!

Hello everyone. I am stm. DS is 18 months. Very excited but since this pregrnancy feels different ( not as hungry as the first, in fact have lost apetite) I hope everything is going well. My EDD is 11/7. Will have my first app on March 22... I think after that I'll feel more relaxed... i am so thankful for this group since I feel it's safe to talk to right now and share my feelings, so thank you !
@MaximumEffort I'm with @NYTino24 on this one. As someone who had to go through a lot to get pregnant I don't care when I'm due. Maybe you've never struggled to conceive so you are unable to see why your post was insensitive? Your feelings about when you get pregnant are your own, sure. It's still insensitive.
This will be my second as I have a sweet boy that's 2, going on 3 later this month. I was a hidden part of the March 2014 group - I mainly lurked. I hope to be more active in this group, but life gets so busy sometimes! I'm 31 and work full time as a mental health therapist. My hubby is 34 and works as a plumber. We are so excited!
I believe my EDD is 11/14. I knew I was pregnant for over a week, so it was hard for me to wait to test! We had a couple negatives, then on Tuesday we got a faint line! I retested today and that line was much darker! The only symptom I've had do far is bloating... so much bloating!
Glad to meet you all and I wish all of you luck on this journey!
I have been lurking for the past few days as waiting for my Beta's which came out fine. I have had a few losses so was waiting to be sure. I hate the first few weeks of the pregnancy journey and am hoping all will go well
About me- I am 38, live in NYC (AKA the net city in the world), have a 3 yr old boy and been married to DH almost 9 years! I am so excited to be bumping again. With my first my Feb14 group kept me sane. I work full time in Talent Management and love to travel. I look forward to getting to know everyone here- I am so excited about having this baby
PS: Did I say I HATE the first few weeks of pregnancy
Hey, I'm Kate. I'm pregnant with my second child and I'm a SAHM to my 20 month old son. I am worried about the delivery on this child as I have to have a C-section thanks to some really bad complications from my son's birth that were due to me being in labor for so long and giving birth to a ten pound baby- I had three surgeries over the past 2 years to correct the damage. I'm no longer able to have a vaginal birth and would love some reassurance and some sense of what to expect with a C-section as I desperately want an uneventful birth as possible this time around!
Hi all, i keep having crazy issues with my name on the bump. I had an old account, but couldn't recall the password, started a new one (tbm1124) but now my old one works . Because I'm going to be on this one, I want to reintroduce. I'm a stm, mommy of a 3 yo girl who lives in Nj. I work for Child protective services and am super excited about number 2. My EDD is 11/5. Bumping time during the day is seriously impeded by work craziness....and night by my desire to sleep all the time (yay pregnancy). Can't wait to get to know you all!
Hello Ladies, I'm glad to be connecting with you all here in the November group. Bare with me as I'm still getting use to all of these acronyms (So MANY). This is my first pregnancy after a MC in August 2014, no children and 7 years of marriage. It's been a REALLY long road for us, tons of ups and downs, and lots of praying. God works in a mysterious way, the day I went to start a second round of infertility diagnostics we were directed to take a pregnancy test anyway due to meds I would be taking. Turns out there was a BFP, I'm still shocked. At 5 weeks I had my first US and got to see a gestational sac. The tech was so excited for me but I found myself holding my breath. We were at 10 weeks when we MC so I just keep waiting for the bottom to hit again. I want to be excited... I am excited, but I know so many of you can relate to this feeling. I am certainly leaving this in God's hands and will continue to take this new journey week by week.
In other news, fatigue has hit me hard and at 5 weeks 5 days nausea seems to have set in full force. I crave sour patch kids on the daily and can't get enough of wearing leggings right now due to the bloat happening in my belly.
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" - Philippians 4:13
@Laurie Glad to have you! I'm right there with you giving this baby to God. Thankfully I've never dealt with a mc, so I'm no help there, but I am so sorry you've got that loss to slightly dampen your excitement over this LO. DH and I were married for 5 years before even trying, and then it took us 11 months to get DD, and three years (2 on and off, 1 full blown trying) to conceive this LO. I will definitely keep you in my prayers.
