Had a dream last night where I drank half a glass of wine and then instantly felt guilty about it, trying to hide the evidence from judge-y family members, etc... I can't even carefree drink in my dreams? Sigh.

I feel you, I held my DH glasses of wine and just sniffed it for ever, I felt like some druggy trying to give one last hit.
@kswiger06 Thanks!! We're going out to dinner tonight and maybe see a movie. I have to work and H worked last night so he's at home sleeping. But it's nice just to be together
Last night baby was knocking hard enough on the outside that I thought I could feel him from the outside. I was home with just the girls and my oldest daughter came right over to feel. I am kind of in love with the fact that my seven year old, who calls it our baby, who is so happy about it all was the first one to feel it.

Not making a whole post for WTF Wednesday but there are people working on something in the hall outside my office and lab. Three times now, someone from that crew has come in my locked doors, grabbed something (a dustpan, paper towel, and a trash can) and not said a freaking word to me. The guy getting the paper towel I said hello to and he just stared. WTF

It seems like a really bad idea to give people blanket permission to go into an occupied locked room without knocking, etc. What if you were pumping or something?
@raptormomma I watched the first episode and loved it!! We missed it last night, but will try to watch it on Hulu tonight. I'm really curious to see how it progresses.
Last night I had a pretty full bladder and accidentally sneeze pee'd...so I jumped up and ran to the bathroom. Hubby got concerned and came in to find me on the toilet with my undies completely off and thrown to the side. He asked "What happened??" So then I had to explain...that I pee'd myself...as I'm sitting there on the toilet...still peeing....it was not my best moment lol. I told him this situation was kinda humiliating and he just chuckled and said ok and left...
Eek! DH has officially gotten word that he is interviewing for the Supervisor position he applied for next week. If he gets this job, this would be a major life improvement for us. No more late night calls to run out and fix something until 3 AM, no more constant on-call, and no more being stuck working late without notice! This is obviously a great career move for him, and I just really hope he gets it! It could not come at a better time, right before our first baby and me quitting in February to stay home...
Also, @scifichick09 that has happened to me, too. So embarrassing!
I just found my old Hooters (no judging I was poor!) and BWW uniforms from when I was 18 and in college... Slightly curious to see if I can still fit into those horrible orange shorts...

Pics or it didn't happen.
I'll add in a dare to be a pregnant Hooters girl for Halloween
And zero judgments from me, I've actually always wanted a pair of those orange shorts- they're my fave color and I'm all about showing off the booty since my (pre pregnancy) boobs are mosquito bites
Update: Hooters shorts are a no-go. I couldn't even get them past my thighs. I was a lot smaller back then though. I'll see if I can find a throwback picture to AW myself to you all though. I really wanted to do a Hooters HDBD!
@raptormomma I haven't watched the show but I did see an interview with Hillary Duff or Mandy Moore (I get so confused between the two) and she stated that there are twists in the show but not all the time.
@scifichick09 ever since I got the BFP, I've been leaving the bathroom door unlocked for husband in case I pass out or something. (My aunt passed out in the bathroom with the door locked once while she was pregnant. Took my uncle and paramedics a while to get in. So that's my irrational fear of the day.) Husband used this as an excuse to start barging in for stupid stuff like to ask me where one of the spices were. Last time I was on the toilet when he did this and he got an earful. Had to explain to him what an "EMERGENCY" means. Doesn't do it anymore.
@Afkash haha that's funny. I'm not that concerned about bathroom privacy per se, I pee and poop with the door open all the time. I was mostly just embarrassed that I pee'd myself and then there he was asking me about it while I was still trying to recover.
Ahhh I don't know how you ladies pee/poo with the door open! I just can't. When I fell and broke my nose and was in the ER, they had me in a cervical collar in case I might have broken my neck. They wouldn't let me get up to use the bathroom until they got my CT results back. And of course, being pregnant, I couldn't hold it in. So they brought me a bed pan. Even though I had to go SO freaking bad, I couldn't go! The nurse was helping me hold it while I was on the bed, but I couldn't do it. So eventually she brought be a bedside commode (even though it wasn't against policy to let me get up) and I still couldn't go. I finally peed when she left and stood outside my room. Clearly, I have performance anxiety, too.
Team don't no open-door policy here. Married 6 years, together 12. We've never even peed with the door open or the other person in the room or on the other side of a shower curtain. We've discussed, recently, how we're both quite happy with our arrangement
Yea I can't go with the door open either. I don't lock it when it's just DH and I home but it's shut. Also I'm totally with you on the bedpans @AfKash! After one of my surgeries they tried telling me I had to use the bedpan b/c they didn't have a nurse to escort me to the bathroom and I couldn't do it. I ended up trying to get up by myself and that didn't go so well and they freaked and made sure I had someone to take me to the bathroom when I needed to after that. I'm not the best patient... but I really had to pee!

Same here! No open door bathroom for us either, and we've been together 11 years. We were at a party with some couples we know and the conversation turned to the first time your partner farted in front of you (charming cocktail party discussion, yes). And, we don't do that either! Everyone was horrified! I didn't think it was that strange, but maybe I am a little focused on keeping some of the mystery/sexiness that I worry would erode if we let it all hang out all the time.
+1 for the closed bathroom door, sometimes my husband will leave it open when he pees & i can hear it & have to shout for him to close it. I just find it unnecessary

I have a Samsung washing machine and I'm doing laundry right now. I really hope it doesn't explode cause that would definitely ruin my day.
