35w3d and ended up spending the night being monitored in the hospital. I started feeling feverish around 8pm and had some cramps which I thought were just digestive issues. So I wasn't thinking much of it, and after being unable to find a comfortable position to watch a movie, I was just going to go to bed. I had a mild fever (which I attributed to getting the TDaP shot on Thursday), but because of the abdominal pain, it was recommended that I go to L&D. Turns out I was having contractions every 2 min and was close to 2cm dilated. I ended up getting an IV and some morphine to calm my 'irritable uterus'. That helped and very much reduced the contractions. We were about to head out at 8am, and I ended up puking all the water I had drank in the 30 min prior, plus some of my dinner from last night. So they want memto come back gor a NST on Friday, and hopefully our little guy will decide to stay put til then at least. And now I have to take it easy for the next few days, although I'm not officially on bed rest.

@KidShrink sending good thoughts your way for baby to stay put!
3rd tried symptoms for me... BH, nausea and vomiting are back (strawberries are not my friends in the morning anymore and I am SAD), still tired and get worn out easily plus increased aches etc. I guess we can count the increased stress, anxiety, and depression, but that can be normal for me anyway I suppose. I am totally most bitter about the strawberries.

Hope everything is OK and baby stays put for longer!!
@missnc77 it's actually a pain like you have been riding a bicycle with an incredibly hard seat for days straight. Indie any hurt where the legs meet the pelvis- it's actually a soreness of the lady part herself.
Thanks everyone for the kind words! So far doing fine, but I've pretty much spent the day in bed catching up on sleep. FX he agrees to bake in there for at least another week or two.

Yes! I have been trying to think of a way to explain the discomfort and this is totally it!

Anyone experiencing some massive sweating? I slept pretty much the whole day after our hospital trip Saturday night, and then starting yesterday evening, I started getting these random bouts of sweat (as in completely drenched), even though I don't have a fever. I've had a few more contractions, but nothing regular. Called L&D again this morning, and they told me to check if my OB can see me in the office today as this doesn't sound baby-related, but more like I'm fighting something. I'm also feeling a bit nauseous...so that's fun...
@kidshrink I totally hear you on the sweating! My co-workers had a shower for me this past Friday, I was sweating like a little piglet. People were coming up to me to hug me and I was like ehhhhh I am really sweaty, you sure want to do that? LOL. I am just always hot- I am attributing this to the insane weather we have been having and the almost 50 pounds that I packed on so far, ouch
It seems like my all of a sudden extremely excessive sweating is from some bug I'm fighting (which may have caused the contractions on Saturday). I've been more sweaty for a few weeks, but this is a whole other level of sweatiness (think, river flowing between my boobs and soaked clothes kinda sweaty). It's been bad enough that I've felt a little dehydrated and have been peeing less- so working on hydration now.
I read all about diastasis recti and I don't think that's what this is, but I have been having pretty regular pain (kind of feels like stretching from the inside) in the middle of my belly about an inch or two above and below my bellybutton. I think there's even a bit of an indent there. So weird.
Okay this is gross but... I go to have my nice, massive, third tri poop, clean myself up (which is hard) and then will go to the bathroom later and find I did a less than stellar job at post poop clean up. It's really frustrating. Plus I've had the same bump (hemorrhoid?) on my butt for weeeeekkkkssss. Just my whole rear end situation is terrible.
@JoMunson you should try wet wipes! My H made fun of me when I first started using them back in the day but they're awesome and now we both prefer them for number twos.
One thing I've noticed recently: I've always struggled with those icky little skin tags, and I have a few freckles here and there, but the amount has really gone up lately. Like, exponentially so - my upper back/shoulders are just about covered in them. Sooooo not looking forward to the dermatology appointment after LO is born to get the tags off and the new freckles looked at.

This happened to me a few months ago and I feel the same way! I was sort of hoping they would disappear after the baby is born...

DH and I swear by wet wipes ... Only thing we use for #2 in our house as well . It will change your #2 experience

I'm doing it. Ive been using the preparation H wipes but I think they're just making things worse. I crave a positive #2 experience.

I thought this was just me but I'm so glad it's not. My neck is full as well and it's so gross!! I can't wait to get them taken cafe of once LO arrives.
A jug of warm water and a lovely smelling shower gel inside is the way to go, not only do you feel fresh as a daisy afterwards but it stops any odours(and ladies u get to rinse down said butt crack too). Oh and make sure to have a small hand towel afterward for drying. Since I've been cleaning myself this way I haven't experienced thrush in years, plus if you do have a yeast problem wet wipes can make it worse and they have always caused me problems, like stinging. But u can substitute the shower gel for a feminine wash.
Using soap and shower gel internally can greatly upset your vaginal pH levels. Soaps and gels ( even very mild ones ) get rid of not only bad bacteria but also the good bacteria that helps ward off the baddies.
Besides the back and pelvic pain I expected my fingers have been killing me! All the knuckles are so sore and my ring and pinky finger on my left hand always feel like they are half asleep.
PT has seriously improved my pelvic pain situation. However, I have had nearly constant BH since literally the day after I hit 28 weeks. My swelling is out of control and has been for weeks (but BP is good, thank goodness). And on Sunday I had some brown spotting, along with worse than usual BH. Almost went in to L&D, that one scared me. But the spotting stopped on its own and after getting 6 BH in an hour for about 2 hours, they calmed down. Ugh. I'm not quite 33 weeks, this baby needs to keep cooking!
Anyone have funky smelling sweat lately? Seriously I smell like a loaf of bread or a yeasty beer. It's kinda gross. It's mostly under boob sweat and I don't have any sort of yeast infection there at all but honestly I just feel like I stink! I'm sure wearing my bra for weeks on end doesn't help but it comes back even after a fresh wash...I'm giving up on the issue and resigning to smelling like bread!!! Yuck

I've been getting the boob sweat...being quite busty I have had boob sweat before. I can't tell if my sweat smells or it's just my super pregnancy smell levels but It's annoying. I use Lush brand vanillary dusting powder and it works wonders. Less sweat and I smell lovely.

I'm definitely sweating more and having to reapply my deodorant throughout the day in general. If I didn't I would definitely have a little bit of a smell midday.
