CD3 baseline ultrasound today everything looked great. RE will keep me on same treatment plan and start Clomid 100mg days 3-7 and HCG Trigger. We started clomid days 5-9 last month and I ovulated way later than my normal unmedicated cycles so hopefully starting today won't extend my cycle as much as last time. Follow up ultrasound next thrs 2/18 to see growth :)

@emgem819 - I've never been told I have PCOS, always had normal results on the fertility testing and have regular cycles. I did have a slightly high AMH though at 4.5 but my doctor didn't say anything about it. I hope you're right that they won't all mature and/or my RE will trigger me before they do so it won't be an issue. I feel like my appointment tomorrow can't come soon enough because I'm really curious about what's going on in there! I'm so bloated and I feel pains in my abdomen as I move around. GL with your IUI on Friday!! I hope it's successful and you won't have to make that decision about doing another IUI or moving to IVF. After this one we get one more IUI covered under our insurance and then we will be in a similar boat.

FX @wifeinraleigh28! I still need to call my insurance company. I think their max amount covers whatever we want, but I need to confirm and see how much is left. I've read that they have negotiated rates with providers so the IUIs and IVFs don't cost as much through them as they would OOP.

11 DPO/12 DPIUI today. I tested late in the day 8DPO just to see if the trigger was out and it was. I've held off testing because I'm worried I'll be disappointed. I'm using prog sup at night and this morning noticed a tiny bit of brownish tinged discharge on the liner. It made me worried I was about to start AF, but no other signs. I haven't gone to the gym the whole TWW but decided to go to my pilates class last evening...I hope I didn't prevent a possible implantation. I've been having some slight cramping on and off the past few days.

@MorganL925 - FX for you!!! I know how you feel, getting to the point where you want to test so badly and also wanting to avoid disappointment. You have 2 days to go! Doing your pilates was probably a good thing for your body so I wouldn't worry about that!! Please keep us posted! :)

@emgem819 - I made a joke with my husband this morning that I feel like my body is an oven with a cake rising in it or something boiling inside haha. I know it's probably mostly psychological but even before I knew about my litter of follies I was feeling quite uncomfortable! I would love to have some technology to monitor this stuff myself :)

Good luck @cmm012 and @arbasham!

I triggered last night at 8pm, and this morning I'm feeling really weird sharp pains just underneath my right rib cage. It seems like a weird spot for it to be related in any way, but odd that I'm feeling that right after taking the trigger shot last night. It hurt so bad when I lifted my arms this morning that I screamed out in pain. It's better now but I'm also trying not to move much. I'm hoping it will just go away!

Good luck, ladies!! @wifeinraleigh28 that's strange! I don't remember any sharp pains after the trigger. Bodies are weird.

Possible BFP Warning......

Yesterday was 12DPO (13DPIUI) I decided to use a Wondfo and after 2 minutes there was a light second line. I did a FRER this morning and there's a definite second line. It's lighter than the control line, but not a squinter at all. I can't believe it's real - to the point that I keep finding myself thinking it's not real. I called the RE and they had me come in for a blood test this morning. I haven't heard from them yet. I'm semi-freaking out that it will be some fluke and the blood test will be negative or something.

We just had our IUI. I felt really confident going in but was a little disheartened when my doctor said my husband's post wash count was 9 million. It's higher than our first IUI but considerably less than his SA two weeks ago so we were hoping for more. I can tell my husband is disappointed. The clinic also made us wait a good 20 minutes before collecting the specimen (they said they didn't realize we were dropping off, are you kidding me?!?!) so I'm a little worried that maybe that could have affected it? My doctor said everything looked really good though so not losing hope for this cycle and planning to take it easy today!

Right, @ultratomato?! I mean really, here we are holding this awkward little bag and you think we're just an hour early for our IUI just for fun? I also didn't like that it wasn't the usual lab tech handling the sperm, maybe because it's Saturday. Oh well, nothing I can do about it now. Just going to wait for two long weeks and hope for the best!

Hi ladies! Had my iui on Friday and Friday night and all day today I'm feeling super crampy and uncomfortable. I took Tylenol and have been using a heating pad but it's weird because my last iui I barely felt anything afterwards. The nurse did it this time and last time it was the doctor so thinking maybe that's why? Does anyone else ever get crampy after their iui? I'm hoping nothing is wrong.

@bbkidz Good luck to you!! We are cycle buddies :) I'm testing on the 27th.

@emgem819 I had a nurse do my IUI the first time and today it was my doctor. Cramping occurred both times. I think some of it is also from the trigger shot and really feeling ovulation with more than one follicle. But the IUI itself can also cause cramping. I had it pretty bad earlier today but now I'm feeling a little better. Definitely still sore though. I hope you feel better soon!

@Lin&say Thank you!! Still trying to stay hopeful :)

@emgem819 I had cramping for a day and a half after my first IUI. I think it might be a combo of ovulation and the IUI itself.
@wifeinraleigh28 good luck with your TWW.
My IUI #2 is coming up fast on Tuesday.

GL @MarlyHC sounds like your numbers were good and you are in the TWW like us now! Fx that this is your time!
Thanks @wifeinraleigh28 and @arbasham good to know you both had cramps and that it wasn't just the nurse! I just didn't think it would last this long so I was worried something ruptured. The nurse said there was some spotting when she went in because at this time in my cycle things are fragile in there. Yikes! Then take it easy in there and get out quick lol!

Good luck @MarlyHC! I'm not sure why my RE doesn't do back to back IUIs like others do. It's always just the one 36 hours post trigger. If this one doesn't work I might ask about that for our 3rd and final IUI.

@wifeinraleigh28 it's all about timing. I came in day after my HCG trigger and hadn't ovulated so here was time for two. If you've already ovulated by the time you do your first IUI then a second one 24 hrs later likely wouldn't help because your follicle wouldn't still be around. I read that IUI is most successful 6 hours on either side of ovulation...I went in for the first one about 24 hrs post trigger.
