AFM i’m likely going to trigger Wednesday for Friday retrieval. 4 follies growing together sort of and one way behind. I worry the largest is going to over cook but I’m done analyzing this stuff because I’ve had so many surprises like worrying about over cooking and ending up with empty follicles instead so I’m just going along for the ride. Back in a Wednesday morning. Literally woke up to do shots (HGH and cetrotide) and then had to get on a train into the city, quick monitoring with my RE, back on a train out of the city, when I get home I need to drive to Jersey where the HGH is legal for my refil and then drive home and go back to the train station to go into the city for therapy (I found a fertility therapist to take the rest of my money, lol). I mean...what a journey. We sure are warriors!
Me: Hashimoto Autoimune Disease Homozygous MTHFR Cr677 DOR - AMH .27 High FSH (don't even know how high) 2 iui's to start - BFN IVF 1 -3 made it do day 5! 2 5AA 1 6BB PGS results = all abnormal IVF 2 - stimmed for 19 days. insanity. Had 5 follicles that looked mature but only 2 contained mature eggs the others were empty. Nothing made it to day 5 IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 6 - 3 mature, 2 fertalized 1 made it to day 5 and sent for PGS
Sent in IVF round 3 and 6 (4 embryos) for PGS testing and got 2 normal embryos!!! 1Boy and 1Girl. Took a little over a year to get those two embryos so demanded all sorts of test prior to attempting transfer. Did EFT, ERA and NK Cells testing.
FET#1 - Intralipid drips, Prednisone, and did a depot lupron shot before starting the FET protocol Chemical pregnancy FET#2 - PGS normal boy - BFN Natural pregnancy - cycle following the FET2???? Miscarriage at 8 weeks. viability scan had shown an enlarged yolk sac so I had been warned that it was likely not chromosonally normal
DEIVF cycle - picked a donor who is willing to be open! Her cycle resulted in in 4 PGS Normal embryos 1st transfer - chemical pregnancy 2nd transfer - success, May 17 2020 due date!

Needing an RE was a must.....IUI#1 Sept 2015,,, BFN IUI#2 Oct 2015,,,BFN IUI#3 Dec 2015,,BFN IVF#1 2/1/16- BFN IVF# on 3/29/16 retrieval only - 1 healthy chromosome tested embryo. IVF#3 retrieval 4/23/16- 0 healthy embryos. IVF#4 retrieval 6/17/16- 1 healthy embryo. FET#1-Transferred Both Healthy Embryos on 9/6/16 BFP!! 9/15/16 Beta 22.3, 9/17/16 Beta 60.5 & 9/19/16 Beta 195! 1st US on 9/23/16, only 1 Gast Sac & Yolk Sac found, US 9/30/16 US 6wk 1day saw and heard Heartbeat 120bpm!! EDD 5/25/2017 Had a healthy baby girl via CSection on 5/18/17 8lbs 15oz. Then four months later got pregnant naturally and had a healthy baby boy on 6/13/18 7lbs 6oz (at age 38). I’ll move to fresh transfers depending on what happens here. If I get all abnormals when I test my 3 untested embryos then I will decide if I think I should keep going or throw myself into adoption because maybe I just don’t make normies. We shall see:)

@jamieH2000 I am! 11:30pm . I have 3 on the left... 20, 19, 19 and on the right 2. One at 22 (yikes) and a 13. My estrogen is actually really high for me this time. It’s 1529?! When I got 4 mature last time it was only 819. So it probably doesn’t mean anything but I’m trying to tell myself it means there will not be mostly empty follicles:)

@hopefuljj- omg that is great news! I think the higher estrogen suggests there should be eggs in all of those. The rule of thumb is 200 per mature follicle, so I am crossing everything you can get 5 eggs! I will be on pins and needles for you tomorrow!

Officially 20weeks ladies woohoo!!! Had my anatomy scan, the tech doing my scan was great she knew how scared I was and constantly kept telling me what she was doing and everything was perfect as she went!! I couldn't have asked for a better appointment even with the 10lbs I gained she even gave me a great pic since I mentioned I didn't have one. Now I look forward to the next hoping for the best!!

I’m doing ok most of the time. But now as the days go on the stress is creeping back in. I want to be positive, but I also want to be realistic, and don’t want to build up my hopes too much. And googling like a mad woman the stats of a HPT showing positive at each DPO... though the fear that the line will stay start white is very very real.
DH is sick with flu. So I’m kind of trying to stay a safe distance.Just in case. If its negative I will feel guilty for abandoning him in addition...

I can't tell you how many times I've gotten sick through the years and always suffered as I would never take anything as a just in case!!! Remember u are PUPO!!! are u testing everyday? @emmasemm- sorry your DH is sick! I agree its probably best to keep a safe distance. But if you do get sick, try not to worry, it really shouldn't effect anything since implantation should be almost done by now! So hoping for good news for yoU!
AFM- I had my lining check today and it was already 8.8mm after only 6 days of estrogen! I am thrilled! So I keep staying on estrogen and check next friday. Curious how thick it will get with 8 more days of estrogen. Just hoping I don't have mysterious fluid appear if my estrogen gets high again like my last medicated cycle in Oct...

@hopeful_mom yep I’m not taking anything and just trying to steer clear. I started testing yesterday, that was to check the batch of strips (ie no indents or crappy quality issues with the control line) and that was as expected (at 3dp4dt) stark white. Today’s too. Sunday is 6dp4dt and I guess the first possible chance to see anything. Monday I would really expect to see a very faint something if it’s going to work, or where I know I will be crushed if I don’t, so I’ve planned to work from home to have a chance to fall apart and put myself back together before facing the world. By the time of my beta I would be on CD4 of my next cycle, so it will be damn obvious by then! I’m not going to need a blood test or even a doctor to figure that one out!

@emmasemm- wayyy to early as you know, but I am hoping you start seeing something this weekend!! part of me wanted to ask if I could just start PIO, but I didn't ask if the lining was trilinear yet. I think they like two weeks of estrogen regardless of lining. I'm hoping it gets between 10-12 by next monitoring. Really hoping the fluid last time was just caused by the polyps, since I didn't have an issue with that during my stiumlated FET. It really should be fine, but of course we are all jaded after going through all this...

Me: Hashimoto Autoimune Disease Homozygous MTHFR Cr677 DOR - AMH .27 High FSH (don't even know how high) 2 iui's to start - BFN IVF 1 -3 made it do day 5! 2 5AA 1 6BB PGS results = all abnormal IVF 2 - stimmed for 19 days. insanity. Had 5 follicles that looked mature but only 2 contained mature eggs the others were empty. Nothing made it to day 5 IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 6 - 3 mature, 2 fertalized 1 made it to day 5 and sent for PGS
Sent in IVF round 3 and 6 (4 embryos) for PGS testing and got 2 normal embryos!!! 1Boy and 1Girl. Took a little over a year to get those two embryos so demanded all sorts of test prior to attempting transfer. Did EFT, ERA and NK Cells testing.
FET#1 - Intralipid drips, Prednisone, and did a depot lupron shot before starting the FET protocol Chemical pregnancy FET#2 - PGS normal boy - BFN Natural pregnancy - cycle following the FET2???? Miscarriage at 8 weeks. viability scan had shown an enlarged yolk sac so I had been warned that it was likely not chromosonally normal
DEIVF cycle - picked a donor who is willing to be open! Her cycle resulted in in 4 PGS Normal embryos 1st transfer - chemical pregnancy 2nd transfer - success, May 17 2020 due date!

@JamieH2000 I’m so glad to see it’s hopeefully going to be ERA time soon!!!! Do you know how long it takes to get those results? Is that just for testing when you are receptive to implantation or is it also to test for killer cells? I can’t remember if you explained this already, or did a biopsy for killer cells in the last.... I’m sorry.... I’m excited for you to get more answers to continue to put this puzzle together so you get your baby ASAP!
@hopeful_mom Thursday/Friday is when I should hear. It was my birthday today (ugh) so I was very grateful for no update today. Lol. Trying to just keep busy and prepare myself for whatever news comes my way. Ive been bleeding today....and that worries me but I also think maybe it’s ok?? I didn’t after ER. They did a saline sonogram after the ER, so maybe that is causing it? It’s just weird that it started today. Trying not to panick about that too;)
Me: Hashimoto Autoimune Disease Homozygous MTHFR Cr677 DOR - AMH .27 High FSH (don't even know how high) 2 iui's to start - BFN IVF 1 -3 made it do day 5! 2 5AA 1 6BB PGS results = all abnormal IVF 2 - stimmed for 19 days. insanity. Had 5 follicles that looked mature but only 2 contained mature eggs the others were empty. Nothing made it to day 5 IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 6 - 3 mature, 2 fertalized 1 made it to day 5 and sent for PGS
Sent in IVF round 3 and 6 (4 embryos) for PGS testing and got 2 normal embryos!!! 1Boy and 1Girl. Took a little over a year to get those two embryos so demanded all sorts of test prior to attempting transfer. Did EFT, ERA and NK Cells testing.
FET#1 - Intralipid drips, Prednisone, and did a depot lupron shot before starting the FET protocol Chemical pregnancy FET#2 - PGS normal boy - BFN Natural pregnancy - cycle following the FET2???? Miscarriage at 8 weeks. viability scan had shown an enlarged yolk sac so I had been warned that it was likely not chromosonally normal
DEIVF cycle - picked a donor who is willing to be open! Her cycle resulted in in 4 PGS Normal embryos 1st transfer - chemical pregnancy 2nd transfer - success, May 17 2020 due date!

@hopefuljj- THe ERA will just show if my lining is receptive or not. I have not done any killer cell testing or any advanced immune testing. If my next transfer after the ERA fails, I may consider going down the reproductive immunology path. Hopefully it won't come to that! Praying for 2 good blasts for you! @jamieh2000 I hope you don’t need it, but I just found out our insurance only had to pay 250euro for the full RPL autoimmune bloodwork panel including the genetic tests. Maybe they could just run that bit anyhow, one more blood draw is I’m sure no biggie. Just to cover all easy bases as I do not want to see you go through another failed transfer. No way.
And thanks to all especially all the ladies coming out of lurking @capps42613@kp214 - and of course my main pit crew @hopefuljj@hopeful_mom@JamieH2000 I know it’s early, but I’ve tested twice today too (morning and evening) at 8dp4dt and still f@#$ing whiter than Snow White white... I feel like I could be in the cast of frozen... In the morning I will use one of each of the four brands I have in the house together with DH who is still like, “let’s not say we’re out until the beta” - bless his innocent soul. At 13dpo if none shows anything, and if my family doctor calls me back with a negative too (i cheated and got her to take blood early for another reason and tag on the HCG...) then I can stop testing and wait for AF

The only even faint positive I have ever seen in all these years is when testing morning after trigger shot. This past week the morning after trigger I forgot to take the pregnancy test and my RE requires I send them a picture to confirm trigger is in my system! I just woke up and peed like normal even though I left the damn test right there in the bathroom so I wouldn’t forget!

So naturally I panicked and then chugged as much water as I could stand but only had 30 minutes before I had to leave to catch my train so i showered fast and then I did the test they gave me and my pee was so diluted and it was suuuuch a squintier!! So I pulled out one of my own internet cheapies, tested and same thing!!! So I grabbed the pee cup, capped it and threw it in my backpack in case I needed to do another test from work

So I got out of the train in the city at about 8:15, right around when she replied and I went straight to the drugstore, bought a Wallgreens brand 3 pack and hustled my ass across town to work to try and get to the bathroom before it was as busy as Grand Central station. By that point all the water I had chugged at 7am was ready to be released, I had to pee so bad! so I managed to unpackaged a Pregnancy test and not strew about any packaging and peed into the same GD cup and stood in the stall for 3 minutes the entire time being like , god help me if I have to explain any of this to anyone. But 3 minutes in it came back positive! Trigger was in my system!

AFM i’m likely going to trigger Wednesday for Friday retrieval. 4 follies growing together sort of and one way behind. I worry the largest is going to over cook but I’m done analyzing this stuff because I’ve had so many surprises like worrying about over cooking and ending up with empty follicles instead so I’m just going along for the ride. Back in a Wednesday morning. Literally woke up to do shots (HGH and cetrotide) and then had to get on a train into the city, quick monitoring with my RE, back on a train out of the city, when I get home I need to drive to Jersey where the HGH is legal for my refil and then drive home and go back to the train station to go into the city for therapy (I found a fertility therapist to take the rest of my money, lol). I mean...what a journey. We sure are warriors!

I’m doing ok most of the time. But now as the days go on the stress is creeping back in.
I want to be positive, but I also want to be realistic, and don’t want to build up my hopes too much.
And googling like a mad woman the stats of a HPT showing positive at each DPO... though the fear that the line will stay start white is very very real.
DH is sick with flu. So I’m kind of trying to stay a safe distance.Just in case.
If its negative I will feel guilty for abandoning him in addition...

@emmasemm- sorry your DH is sick! I agree its probably best to keep a safe distance. But if you do get sick, try not to worry, it really shouldn't effect anything since implantation should be almost done by now! So hoping for good news for yoU!
AFM- I had my lining check today and it was already 8.8mm after only 6 days of estrogen! I am thrilled! So I keep staying on estrogen and check next friday. Curious how thick it will get with 8 more days of estrogen. Just hoping I don't have mysterious fluid appear if my estrogen gets high again like my last medicated cycle in Oct...

@hopeful_mom yep I’m not taking anything and just trying to steer clear.
I started testing yesterday, that was to check the batch of strips (ie no indents or crappy quality issues with the control line) and that was as expected (at 3dp4dt) stark white. Today’s too. Sunday is 6dp4dt and I guess the first possible chance to see anything. Monday I would really expect to see a very faint something if it’s going to work, or where I know I will be crushed if I don’t, so I’ve planned to work from home to have a chance to fall apart and put myself back together before facing the world.
By the time of my beta I would be on CD4 of my next cycle, so it will be damn obvious by then! I’m not going to need a blood test or even a doctor to figure that one out!

IVF 2 - stimmed for 19 days. insanity. Had 5 follicles that looked mature but only 2 contained mature eggs the others were empty. Nothing made it to day 5
IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval
IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty
IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty
IVF 6 - 3 mature, 2 fertalized 1 made it to day 5 and sent for PGS
Sent in IVF round 3 and 6 (4 embryos) for PGS testing and got 2 normal embryos!!! 1Boy and 1Girl. Took a little over a year to get those two embryos so demanded all sorts of test prior to attempting transfer. Did EFT, ERA and NK Cells testing.

@JamieH2000 I’m so glad to see it’s hopeefully going to be ERA time soon!!!! Do you know how long it takes to get those results? Is that just for testing when you are receptive to implantation or is it also to test for killer cells? I can’t remember if you explained this already, or did a biopsy for killer cells in the last.... I’m sorry.... I’m excited for you to get more answers to continue to put this puzzle together so you get your baby ASAP!
@hopeful_mom Thursday/Friday is when I should hear. It was my birthday today (ugh) so I was very grateful for no update today. Lol. Trying to just keep busy and prepare myself for whatever news comes my way.
Ive been bleeding today....and that worries me but I also think maybe it’s ok?? I didn’t after ER. They did a saline sonogram after the ER, so maybe that is causing it? It’s just weird that it started today. Trying not to panick about that too;)

2 iui's to start - BFN
IVF 1 -3 made it do day 5! 2 5AA 1 6BB PGS results = all abnormal
IVF 2 - stimmed for 19 days. insanity. Had 5 follicles that looked mature but only 2 contained mature eggs the others were empty. Nothing made it to day 5
IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval
IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty
IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty
IVF 6 - 3 mature, 2 fertalized 1 made it to day 5 and sent for PGS
Sent in IVF round 3 and 6 (4 embryos) for PGS testing and got 2 normal embryos!!! 1Boy and 1Girl. Took a little over a year to get those two embryos so demanded all sorts of test prior to attempting transfer. Did EFT, ERA and NK Cells testing.
FET#1 - Intralipid drips, Prednisone, and did a depot lupron shot before starting the FET protocol

Natural pregnancy - cycle following the FET2???? Miscarriage at 8 weeks. viability scan had shown an enlarged yolk sac so I had been warned that it was likely not chromosonally normal
DEIVF cycle - picked a donor who is willing to be open! Her cycle resulted in in 4 PGS Normal embryos

Wondering why ur first bleeding now from ER, AF would be too soon right?? Call the dr just to be sure! Glad they got the sono out of the way I'd like to think that makes u one step closer!!

IVF#7 June 2017 // EPP praying this is it and then on to an FET!
@hopefuljj- THe ERA will just show if my lining is receptive or not. I have not done any killer cell testing or any advanced immune testing. If my next transfer after the ERA fails, I may consider going down the reproductive immunology path. Hopefully it won't come to that! Praying for 2 good blasts for you! June 2016- Laproscopy- found/removed mild endo and confirmed only 1 normal healthy ovary.
August 2016- IVF #1 with Antagonist Protocol- Cancelled (2 lead follies), converted to IUI- BFN
Oct-Nov 2016- IVF #2 with Estrogen Priming Micro Lupron Protocol, 2 eggs retrieved, day 3 transfer of 1- BFN
January 2017- New RE, IVF#3 with Estrogen Priming Antagonist Protocol, 12 eggs, 8 mature, 6 fertilized, 2 day 5 early blasts transferred (none to freeze
May 2017- Sept 2017- Starting Donor Egg process! Waiting for donor to be available... and then she is pregnant at baseline
Oct 2017- Donor #2: 25R, 22M,18F, 12 blasts frozen! Fresh transfer cancelled due to thin lining with fluid
Nov 2017- Hysterscopy to remove polyp
Dec 2017- DE FET #1 on 12/8 on 2 perfect blasts- BFN and devastated
Jan-Mar 2018- ERA #1- Post receptive by 24 hours, ERA #2 RECEPTIVE with 4 days of Progesterone

@jamieh2000 I hope you don’t need it, but I just found out our insurance only had to pay 250euro for the full RPL autoimmune bloodwork panel including the genetic tests. Maybe they could just run that bit anyhow, one more blood draw is I’m sure no biggie. Just to cover all easy bases as I do not want to see you go through another failed transfer. No way.

I know it’s early, but I’ve tested twice today too (morning and evening) at 8dp4dt and still f@#$ing whiter than Snow White white... I feel like I could be in the cast of frozen...
In the morning I will use one of each of the four brands I have in the house together with DH who is still like, “let’s not say we’re out until the beta” - bless his innocent soul. At 13dpo if none shows anything, and if my family doctor calls me back with a negative too (i cheated and got her to take blood early for another reason and tag on the HCG...) then I can stop testing and wait for AF

The only even faint positive I have ever seen in all these years is when testing morning after trigger shot. This past week the morning after trigger I forgot to take the pregnancy test and my RE requires I send them a picture to confirm trigger is in my system! I just woke up and peed like normal even though I left the damn test right there in the bathroom so I wouldn’t forget!

IVF 2 - stimmed for 19 days. insanity. Had 5 follicles that looked mature but only 2 contained mature eggs the others were empty. Nothing made it to day 5
IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval
IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty
IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty
