Another bfn this morning. Wish my local lab could do this stat but won’t know the result until Monday, not that I need it confirmed in my mind.

@bakerstreetboys@kp214 so so sorry for both of you. I want to start transfers again, but also I somehow don’t. Just doing retrievals and banking is a lot less stressful that doing the transfer part. @bakerstreetboys if you add a siggy or post your protocol history we can give you some hints to ask your RE if you like. Or feel free to Pm if you prefer.
@kp214 with DOR especially with my very low follicle count normally they are of course worried as they don’t want to do a retrieval if they are empty. It also gives an indication of the maturity of the eggs in the follicles. Indication though, not an exact science.
@imajin99 did they have you trigger Thursday night before the IUI?
@jamieh2000 glad you’re managing ok. How is the SCH?
AFM well they let me do local monitoring today and just sent in my results. My E2 went up from 126 to 460 which is awesome. It also matches quite nicely that I have two 15mm follicles, plus 4 in the 10-14mm range, and a little one still. My right ovary has suddenly come to the party and actually looked so cool on the US with these four juicy follicles that I almost cried! The OB was so excited too. It’s crazy what we get excited about... I’m just waiting for instructions, but I’m thinking they will ask me to go to London on Monday for a final scan and then see if we trigger Monday for Wednesday or Tuesday for Thursday. Fingers crossed. However that means I need more meds for Saturday and Sunday... but my local pharmacy is lined up ready!
I broached the subject of maybe doing 1 more retrieval if this one goes well... you know now my ovaries finally started showing up to the party. DH thinks I’m stalling moving to transfers... but I also don’t think he realizes how fast we might burn through the embryos if we transfer two at a time... because we all know I would be a sparkly unicorn if it worked first time with my autoimmune issues. But this is a problem for another day. Need to focus on feeding those follicles for now.

@bakerstreetboys- I am so sorry girl. Just heart breaking. I'm guessing your RE has already done the RPL panel? have you tried adding in any steroids and baby aspirin during transfer? I really hope your RE has some ideas!!
@kp214- aww BFNs are just horrible. and on top of everything with your back. I am so sorry. You still have one more embryo right? I really hope that is your second THB!!
@emmasemm- omg i love your update! That is amazing. I hope you get all 6 of those eggies! I can't wait to hear on Monday/TUesday. I also think it would be good to do another ER if you finally found the magic potion! So your plan is to transfer 2 day 3 embryos? I guess I would try to transfer 3 at a time personally. Thanks for asking about the SCH- its starting to shrink but still there

@emmasemm thanks for the explanation. I’m glad everything is looking so good. I’m excited for you and cannot wait for Monday’s update.
@JamieH2000 thanks. We do have another frostie, but I don’t think we will do another transfer, especially with my back. Until we know what is going on and how to correct it, if it’s correctable, then it would be best to not try. Everyone didn’t want to give me anything due to the possibility of being pregnant.
@Hopeful_mom thanks. It’s ok, though. I’m making peace with it.

@emmasemm The results sounds exciting and promising. Sending positive vibes your way, hope all 4 smaller ones catch up to the other 2. Good luck on Monday. Will you stay in London after the scan until egg retrieval?
AFM: I had my trigger shot last night (Thursday night) and then off to clinic tomorrow for IUI.
@kp214 How is your back feeling today? Sorry that you are seeing the BFN with everything else you are dealing with it would be have been nice to have the BFP. I think you had mentioned the DHEA for me in an earlier post. I did take that from Sept 2017 to April 2018 while we waited to start IVF that took a bit longer than expected. I will ask the RE for a Rx for it again if the IUI fails.
Have a good weekend! And for anyone in Canada, enjoy the long weekend!
@jamieh2000 yeah we were also leaning towards as many as possible to transfer at once (he would even do 4 if they are day 3 untested bearing in mind I’m almost 40) but to be honest because of this feeling that we might not get the protocol right the first time for FET then I might go for only 2 at a time. It also depends how many we have at the end. If he will really give me all the extras already for the first transfer (what I’m now calling the “hopefuljj protocol” ) then I might consider 3 again. We will see. I have a feeling it will become clearer the closer we get.
@hopeful_mom I unfortunately have a feeling that Your vag is never going to completely forgive you hehehe
@imajin99 good luck today and hope the IUI goes without a hitch!
AFM well they are letting me do remote monitoring again on Monday. The doctor says he learnt from last time and no trigger until we have a couple in the right range (which for me is over 21mm, preferably 24mm). Also not to call me in there at 15mm and then me need to stay for a week for no reason! There is a chance they will be up to 21mm by Monday, but also a strong chance I go to London Tuesday for hopefully final monitoring, trigger and ER Thursday or Friday.

@Imajin99 I’m hope everything went well! Yay for our long weekend @emmasemm sounds like hinges are going really well with this protocol! Fx for your check in tomorrow and a super successful retrieval later this week. I totally get wanting to just do banking for a little while, especially since it seems to be working so well for your this cycle. At 40, I wish I could get a few embryos banked and then move on to transferring. I will definitely post my protocol and ask those of you in the know for suggestions when I get to a desk top. Thanks for the suggestion:) @Kp214 sorry for the bfn @JamieH2000 I have never tried baby aspirin or steroids, but it’s on my list of things to bring my up. They did the RPL testing after my second loss. Unfortunately I think it’s just a matter of my age (40) and the embryos most likely being chromosomally abnormal. I’m happy to hear that the SCH is shrinking!
So had my morning scan and biggest one is 20mm, 6 more 13-18mm. Still waiting on my blood test results. We shall see. I am hoping now they say for in clinic monitoring Wednesday with a hope to trigger Friday night for Friday ER... but we shall see... It feels like this whole vacation is just getting up early in the morning to drive to monitoring

And just to add - estrogen came back at 1329!!! That’s the highest I’ve had whilst stimming (was higher at ER in round 4 but not whilst stimming). I really hope this indicates a potential for 4-5 mature eggs! Also LH is still only 3.7 so the MDL is keeping that nicely under control. Still waiting for feedback from the clinic on next steps. Although E2 is so high from the size of follicles I would still like to stim 1-2 more days I think...

@kp214 I know you were expecting it but still, damn. So sorry and hope you can now get your back sorted out properly so you don’t have to go through all the extra stress and pain again.
@jamieh2000@kp214 I guess it’s a combination of protocol and the cumulative effect from the back to backs. Or maybe it’s just the way the wind is blowing!
Got my instructions- scan and bloods again in the morning (no lie in on vacation for me!) and then they will decide whether they trigger Tuesday or Wednesday night for Thursday or Friday retrieval.

@emmasemm I’m so so excited about this cycle!! Good luck at monitoring today!! I hope they put you on the hopefulljj protocol for transfer, lol! I swear I look at my calendar everyday fearing I’ve missed starting or stopping something!
@jamieH2000 yay for shrinking SCH:)!! How are you feeling otherwise? Is the morning sickness really in the morning or is it generally whenever?
@imajin99 good luck with the IUI!!! Crossing everything for you!
@kp214 def makes sense to sort out what is going on with your back before thinking about next transfer. I’m so so sorry you are dealing with that. Back pain is just unexplainable awful.
@bakerstreetboys how are you? I’m so so sorry you are going through this. I’m thinking of you. Hope you are @hopeful_mom nooo vag noooo!!!! Also I hope your milk behaves, I know how stressful that is to ladies when they are having to struggle with that. Just remember supplementing with formula is totally fine if you have to!! My sister and one of my besties stressed till no end over that and once they just went for it, they were like, ok, I’m just doing what I have to do for my baby, this is fine! I know I can’t speak about it really cuz I’m not in your or their shoes but after all I’ve been through I just assume I’ll have issues with producing enough milk too, if I ever get there and I’ve already come to peace with it. Thank you for checking in with me:) I got the deliveries of Neupogen and HCG this weekend and still can’t believe they are going to take the HCG and put it all up in there...so weird but I’ll take it! First of 2 pre transfer intralipids is tomorrow...still scared about starting the lovenox but have a couple days before I do that and excited to get back on the prednisone so my eczema goes away again. Noooot excited about the 2 weeks of doxy starting st the same time:-/ haven’t gone back to acupuncture since the chemical.....I need to just call and make an appointment but I have been so busy with work it is just so stressful to think about fitting it in with all these doctors appointments and such. Omg and I have the scratch (under anesthesia) this Friday already !!!

Well we were up bright and early yet again for monitoring, and wow the change in just 24 hours was amazing. Now all seven follicles 16-22.5mm and my estrogen is over 1800. The girl at the lab who does my bloods every day was so excited! Live got the worlds biggest headache but not sure if it’s from the estrogen level or the fact I’ve been eating so much protein I’m all keto’d Out.
We travel super early (5am) tomorrow to the clinic for what I really hope is the final monitoring and then trigger for ER on Friday. Come on follicles!!!!!

@emmasemm That is amazing! Fx that you get to trigger soon for ER on Friday! @hopefuljj I hope the intralipids go well! You're getting so close now!
I'm going to post my last protocol as suggested; maybe someone has some suggestions for things I can bring up with my RE at our next appointment!
My AFC was 14, and my AMH is 1.03. FSH is 8, DHEA 1.8umol/L.
I was on the patch long protocol. So a couple of days after I got a positive opk, I started the estrogen patches until about day 2 of my cycle. Injections of 400 Gonal F and 150 Luveris started on day 3, and I only ended up having three mature eggs, two of which fertilized. We didn't do PGS testing because our RE recommended that we don't...too few eggs and it would take an extra 2-3 months. I'm 40, so I don't really feel like time is on my side! I'd really like to get enough eggs to freeze some on the next round
@emmasemm- omg that is AMAZING!! I can't wait for those eggs to get out and get fertilized! Its amazing how different cycles and protocols can be! I def think you need another round of MDL I know its still early, but I'm so happy and hopeful for this to be the best cycle yet!
@hopefuljj- wow your really are doing so much. I would need a calendar to keep it straight too! I'm so hopeful for you Hang in there- I know its a busy and stressful time but I think its all going to be worth it!!
@bakerstreetboys- I am interested in what your RE thinks would be a good next protocol to try. I beleive i had a similar protocol to you for my best rresults- estrogen priming with patches and then max stims with ganirelax (antagonist) until trigger. I did get more eggs with that protocol, but most of mine didn't make it until day 5. Definitely quality over quantity is what matters. Hoping this next cycle is much better for you!

@hopefuljj that’s a lot to keep on top of. I’m sure it’s overwhelming but you are doing everything possible. I think it will be worth it. Hang in there!
@emmasemm so glad you’ve found what works for you. Hoping for a great retrieval and fertilization report.
@bakerstreetboys has your re considered lower dose stims? If you don’t get a lot of follicles to begin with, lower dose stims might be an option; it’s been suggested that high dose stims fry the eggs.

Thanks @JamieH2000 and @Kp214. It was the long agonist protocol with patch priming. Jamie, it sounds like yours was slightly different with antagonist. I will have a long list of questions for my RE next week, including whether or not high doses can harm egg quality!
@bakerstreetboys I don’t know if you can try HGH. I think that helped me.

@bakerstreetboys Hope you have a good discussion with RE and they can put you on a different protocol this time around. @Kp214 Sorry about the bfn, how is your back feeling these days. @emmasemm Amazing results! @hopefuljj Thank you, the IUI went well on Saturday morning. Just never know, will try not to think about it too much. Any suggestions on how to unwind and deal with the stress of IF. I had a panic attack on Sunday, think its from all the emotional stress and having anxiety over the results.
@imajin99 sounds weird but when I feel my stress level rise I have a few puzzle apps that I use (Kakuro etc) which record your time and I move my stress to trying to beat myself to complete them! I also am on my 11th run through of Grey’s Anatomy. This is my go to stress relief. If DH sees me playing it he knows I’m feeling a bit fragile.
@bakerstreetboys ok so I don’t know many REs who would go near the long antagonist protocol for DOR to be honest... I would strongly suggest to ask about - micro dose Lupron cycle (the one I’m doing now) - normal short antagonist protocol - testosterone priming - use of HGH during stims or prior to stims (for a few months at lower dose) - starting stims on CD1/2 instead of day 3 - agreeing a number they want your FSH and E2 at baseline if not skip a cycle (especially if priming) - dosage of stims (lower, higher), mix of FSH/LH within stims - brand of stims (I found two brands really don’t work well for me though no logical scientific reason why not) - if antagonist I highly recommend Ganirelix not the self mix cetrotide - high dose trigger (10,000 or 15,000) - a package deal for banking cycles Those are just off the top of my head as I’m now traveling and don’t have my big folder of research with me, but I think that will already give you quite a lot to talk about!
And we’re now sitting on the plane. Northern Europe is so hot at the moment and we’re not set up for it. We are cooking in our airplane tin can at 6am already!!!

She just turns my day around with her attitude, it’s like having a friend who really cares about you, which sounds insane! If acupuncture was not so expensive I’d say that is also very good for stress. But those are what I have practiced regularly to help get me through all this over the years. Oh and coloring. Haha! I have a bunch of those “adult” coloring books. They are very meditative. Beautiful designs and when I am too stressed to even meditate or take a walk or do anything I just color in it. So great for all the stressful waits. They make such fun ones now!
@bakerstreetboys I may have missed this in a previous post (or signature as I am always on mobile) but your numbers sound really great, the AFC, AMH and FSH, are they treating you like you have DOR? Is it because you are a poor responder? Gosh why is this all so very frustrating? I would also say try lower stims and see what happens. I totally understand wanting to get enough to freeze because it feels like we are racing a clock:( when I tried higher stims I got canceled both times so for me, less was more.
Me: Hashimoto Autoimune Disease Homozygous MTHFR Cr677 DOR - AMH .27 High FSH (don't even know how high) 2 iui's to start - BFN IVF 1 -3 made it do day 5! 2 5AA 1 6BB PGS results = all abnormal IVF 2 - stimmed for 19 days. insanity. Had 5 follicles that looked mature but only 2 contained mature eggs the others were empty. Nothing made it to day 5 IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 6 - 3 mature, 2 fertalized 1 made it to day 5 and sent for PGS
Sent in IVF round 3 and 6 (4 embryos) for PGS testing and got 2 normal embryos!!! 1Boy and 1Girl. Took a little over a year to get those two embryos so demanded all sorts of test prior to attempting transfer. Did EFT, ERA and NK Cells testing.
FET#1 - Intralipid drips, Prednisone, and did a depot lupron shot before starting the FET protocol Chemical pregnancy FET#2 - PGS normal boy - BFN Natural pregnancy - cycle following the FET2???? Miscarriage at 8 weeks. viability scan had shown an enlarged yolk sac so I had been warned that it was likely not chromosonally normal

hopefuljj Thank you, I will check out the youtube videos and I know meditation can really help and I need to practice it more often. I usually know my triggers and prepare well for them such as flying. This attack came out of the blue in a car wash where I just wanted to escape the car.
emmasemm Yes I the jigsaw puzzle app especially when I am flying, I will check out the one you mentioned as well and download it before my next flight in two weeks. Thanks for all the suggestions of the different protocols that you posted for @bakerstreetboys, I can definitely use them as well when discussing with my RE after my trip and when we are ready to start again.
Hope you were able to take off quickly before it got too hot on the flight. Good luck with the trigger shot and egg retrieval, cant wait to read the updates.
AFM
I get the worst PMS symptoms on the endometrin, just feel so blah
@hopefuljj Yes, I didn't respond well, and since my AHM is low and I'm 40, they are treating me as DOR. I have also had 3 losses in a row, so quality probably isn't great. @Imajin99 Sorry about your panic attack. IF is just so stressful; I hope you are able to find away to relieve some of it. @emmasemm It was actually a long agonist protocol (as opposed to antagonist, which I see more often). Interesting about the Ganirelix vs self mix Cetrocide. I was using the Cetrocide, but I'll ask about Ganirelix and hope that it's available in Canada! Thanks so much for all of your suggestions...my list is getting long Good luck with everything this week, you will deserve a holiday after your vacation!
@bakerstreetboys ok long agonist on DOR or a poor responder is also a general no-no... Worth to ask why they used that, and drop the hint you don’t want to do it again...
Yesterday we were zombies and I fell asleep before posting! Yesterday’s scan was a bit more eventful as my left ovary decided to hide. So high they had to scan my pelvis and half way up my stomach to find it. We kind of found it but then it was totally obscured by my uterus with the TVUS which was also at a crazy angle. Looked like they were playing tag around my abdomen! Upshot was she couldn’t really get a clear view of all follicles. And one follicle (one of the big ones) was not in sight, but also no sign of ovulation or a ruptured cyst so who knows! But based on another good E2 we finally triggered last night for ER on Friday! Lets see what they find when they aspirate. I also know (from @hopefuljj as well as others) than some people get more empty follicles on MDL, however my E2 level is not suggesting that... only time will tell!

@emmasemm good luck Friday lady!!! I’m crossing everything for you!!! Your estrogen level leads me to believe that you are going to do great!! I just have empty follicles in general on antagonist protocol but my estrogen is always shite too so this seems veeeery different! I’m just going in for my Dr. ordered scratch Friday (under twilight anesthesia cuz my doctor is too sweet) and I’ll be thinking of you all day!! It’s always so weird for me going into the retrieval room not for a retrieval but it’s nice to know someone else who I’m rooting for will be coming out of that room with something more than a beat up uterus that day! Lolz

I haven't been on in a few weeks and I finally caught up and read the last couple pages!
@JamieH2000 - I literally let out a gasp when reading your post about only one HB. I am SO sorry. Keep focusing on your healthy baby!
@hopefuljj - I feel terrible. Thinking of you - I don't have any good words of encouragement
@Imajin99 - I was literally on the same IUI timing as you! I had mine the day before...this is the longest wait ever. I am praying for you!
AFM, I took Clomid for the first time this cycle. When I went in last Thursday I had three mature follicles; 26.7, 23 and 20mm and my lining was over 11; but the PCT came back poor (as it did Monday too). They were really happy though with the follicles and actually recommended an IUI - which wasn't the plan originally. My husband's sample had like 90% motility (that's a figure right? I was trying to absorb all the info lol) and 30-40 mil bouncing around. I had the IUI last Friday (trigger shot was on Thu at the office). I went in for progesterone bloodwork yesterday and they said it's really good so I don't have to take Prometrium this cycle (which is a first in the last couple!!) and if I don't get AF come in next Thu for a test. FX!!!! THIS WAIT IS THE WORST.
**TW**
A really good friend of mine went through IVF a couple years ago at the same clinic and recently did another round and is now pregnant with twins..so I am trying to stay positive!

@kp214@hopefuljj@jamieh2000@imajin99@bakerstreetboys Thanks for all the love. We had a fun day Thursday going to see the mamma Mia musical and a nice dinner out. ER today was not our best. They tried several approaches to my left ovary before draining the two follicles they found there (no idea where the third one went, no sign of a rupture or ovulation). But both were empty - they did say against normal advice we could HIO in the next 24 hours if I felt up to it just in case some eggs were making a run for it. Right side all four follicles yielded eggs. As per the conversation before with the RE, as DH’s sample came back great then we have gone with IVF. So we have no idea on maturity or fertilization until tomorrow. We hope we get at least two fertilized and then that they develop better than the ICSI ones did. So now it’s just wait and see. Then we have a follow up on Monday 20th to discuss next steps. I slept like crazy all afternoon, but DH did too! I’m a bit uncomfortable with all the poking around they did to get to my left so happy we are staying an extra night before flying back tomorrow.

@emmasemm uuuugh:( I’m so sorry you had some empties and a disappearing follicle! I know how frustrating that is and even more so because your estrogen looked so very promising!! @emmasemm I completely echo @hopefuljj totally thought with those numbers u had this! BUT if I read correctly 4 is quite promising!! Praying ur miracle is in this bunch mama! And u r right my vag will forever be mad at me how rude!
@hopefuljj glad things were uneventful and things went well!! Thanks for the advice!! Fed is best for sure!! And I'm ok with having to supplement even though I think it makes the baby extra gassy! I will say it's almost like IF when u feel u can't rely on what ur body is naturally suppose to do. I'm just trying to be thankful that I'm able to feed her at all as others don't even get that!! i can never keep up with all ur meds GD bless lady
@bakerstreetboys uve already got some great advice I have to say! Wanted to add I wasn't 40 when I started but close to it and TW***I did a fresh transfer when I got pregnant with twins but then MC both and was even more heartbroken I couldn't just transfer again and had to try all over again. I then got yo banking and did 5cycles in a row. Thought I would only do 3 but I wanted more normies and gave it my all before turning 42 as they say that when the real decline of getting normal eggs can occur and I think the decline in everything! So I get it! It sux u have to feel the clock ticking st 40 but smart that u kno u need to push through it now!! Best of luck!

Sorry that you are seeing the BFN
with everything else you are dealing with it would be have been nice to have the BFP.

@emmasemm sounds like hinges are going really well with this protocol! Thanks for the suggestion:)
@Kp214 sorry for the bfn
@JamieH2000 I have never tried baby aspirin or steroids, but it’s on my list of things to bring my up.

Also LH is still only 3.7 so the MDL is keeping that nicely under control.
Still waiting for feedback from the clinic on next steps. Although E2 is so high from the size of follicles I would still like to stim 1-2 more days I think...

Hope you are
@hopeful_mom nooo vag noooo!!!! Thank you for checking in with me:)

Thank you
@hopefuljj- wow your really are doing so much. I would need a calendar to keep it straight too! I'm so hopeful for you
@bakerstreetboys- I am interested in what your RE thinks would be a good next protocol to try.

@Kp214 Sorry about the bfn, how is your back feeling these days.
@emmasemm Amazing results!
@hopefuljj Thank you, the IUI went well on Saturday morning. Just never know, will try not to think about it too much.
Any suggestions on how to unwind and deal with the stress of IF. I had a panic attack on Sunday, think its from all the emotional stress and having anxiety over the results.
@bakerstreetboys ok so I don’t know many REs who would go near the long antagonist protocol for DOR to be honest...
I would strongly suggest to ask about
- micro dose Lupron cycle (the one I’m doing now)
- normal short antagonist protocol
- testosterone priming
- use of HGH during stims or prior to stims (for a few months at lower dose)
- starting stims on CD1/2 instead of day 3
- agreeing a number they want your FSH and E2 at baseline if not skip a cycle (especially if priming)
- dosage of stims (lower, higher), mix of FSH/LH within stims
- brand of stims (I found two brands really don’t work well for me though no logical scientific reason why not)
- if antagonist I highly recommend Ganirelix not the self mix cetrotide
- high dose trigger (10,000 or 15,000)
- a package deal for banking cycles
Those are just off the top of my head as I’m now traveling and don’t have my big folder of research with me, but I think that will already give you quite a lot to talk about!
And we’re now sitting on the plane. Northern Europe is so hot at the moment and we’re not set up for it. We are cooking in our airplane tin can at 6am already!!!

I totally understand wanting to get enough to freeze because it feels like we are racing a clock:( when I tried higher stims I got canceled both times so for me, less was more.

hopefuljj Thank you, I will check out the youtube videos and I know meditation can really help and I need to practice it more often.

I get the worst PMS symptoms on the endometrin, just feel so blah
@Imajin99 Sorry about your panic attack. IF is just so stressful; I hope you are able to find away to relieve some of it.
@emmasemm It was actually a long agonist protocol (as opposed to antagonist, which I see more often). Interesting about the Ganirelix vs self mix Cetrocide. I was using the Cetrocide, but I'll ask about Ganirelix and hope that it's available in Canada! Thanks so much for all of your suggestions...my list is getting long
Good luck with everything this week, you will deserve a holiday after your vacation!

Back for # 2!
@hopefuljj thinking of you today and hope things go well

@kp214 @hopefuljj @jamieh2000 @imajin99 @bakerstreetboys
Thanks for all the love.

@hopefuljj I hope the scratch went well.
(Scratch went fine today, enjoyed my little nap. Next up I add lovenox into the mix, and then another intralipid and an HCG wash!)
Homozygous MTHFR Cr677
DOR - AMH .27 High FSH (don't even know how high)
2 iui's to start - BFN
IVF 1 -3 made it do day 5! 2 5AA 1 6BB PGS results = all abnormal
IVF 2 - stimmed for 19 days. insanity. Had 5 follicles that looked mature but only 2 contained mature eggs the others were empty. Nothing made it to day 5
IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval
IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty
IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty
IVF 6 - 3 mature, 2 fertalized 1 made it to day 5 and sent for PGS
Sent in IVF round 3 and 6 (4 embryos) for PGS testing and got 2 normal embryos!!! 1Boy and 1Girl. Took a little over a year to get those two embryos so demanded all sorts of test prior to attempting transfer. Did EFT, ERA and NK Cells testing.
FET#1 - Intralipid drips, Prednisone, and did a depot lupron shot before starting the FET protocol
Chemical pregnancy
FET#2 - PGS normal boy - BFN
