My LO's eyes are losing their blue/gray edges. I have green eyes and MH has brown; it's looking like J might end up with brown. I'm hoping they somehow turn green though!
In other news, she learned how to do this super annoying shrill yelling thing today and it's her new favorite way to fuss. She was pretty fussy today; nothing seemed wrong, just nothing was quite right for her. It's been a long day.
LO does the same thing! He does the shrill if he's happy or fussy.
He has like his mat as far as looking at things for a long time, but I would say he has really started interacting with toys the last two weeks. Now he will reach out for things and he tries to put everything in his mouth.
LO is getting his helmet tomorrow....and it is a graduated schedule of wearing it. So DH took tomorrow afternoon off and I am taking off Wednesday. I am not excited about the helmet, but I am ridiculously excited about staying home all day on Wednesday!!!
So, after several weeks of using it, I think the new medicine we've been putting on LO's hand is actually working to slowly minimize her hemangioma. It definitely isn't growing more. I guess $125 for a 5ml bottle was worth it after all.
Seriously.. I don't have the motivation to even be a functioning adult and my kid sleeps pretty good at night. You people getting up every couple of hours and then working out on top it? I'm convinced you're not human..
Not that I have found much time to work out, but when I do workout I find that I sleep better for those few hour stretches.
Pretty sure I'm losing sanity. LO wakes up every hour at night now. Not while I'm still up and about, only after my head hits the pillow. And she doesn't want to eat, she wants me to hold her while she sleeps. Perhaps I should nail my pillow to the headboard.
Every day I tell myself that I will work out. Every day I skip the workout. I also made cookies yesterday and I had to send them with DH to work today. I ate 7 cookies within about 20 minutes.
I think I'm going to attempt a low carb diet after Christmas.
@ChrisseB, I love that emoji lol. I'm jealous. Don't know how to do it.
@IceHide61313 , growth spurt or maybe a leap? I don't put much thought into the leaps but perhaps she is going through some kind of phase. Hopefully she gets back on track soon!

@Justine2502 she just went through a leap/growth spurt/ a cold. I upped her oz, too. However she doesn't like to finish before bed because she gets so sleepy (she gets sleepy at other feedings but always finishes)
Eta to add that she is plenty awake when I start feeding her.

Has her bedtime changed and is she waking up hungry?
DS has started going to bed earlier this week. Used to be 9 and now it's 8. Therefor his wake up time has changed aswell. What used to be 6-7 am is now 5-6 am. Mine is always hungry by then too which is normal.
Still, I can't complain. I've been going to bed at 9 for a while now lol. Bring on the 5 am!

Hasn't changed too much that would cause her to be waking up at the times she is.
Last night I held her and she calmed down instantly enough for me to put her in her crib. Cried immediately. Next time I held her to sleep, put her down and was only good for 15 min. I waited a little before going next time and she then fell asleep but again for 15 min. Finally I gave up and gave her 4oz even though I don't think she was needing fed. She cried a tad when I put her down but fell asleep.
She used to be 5oz every 3 hours 830-630. We moved her up to 7-7so expecting 5-530. Worked until her leap and growth spurt came. Upped her to 6oz every 3 hours and she's still waking at 1 or 2 or 3.
I'm trying to make one of those free Shutterfly photo books for my mom for Christmas. It's a bitch. I'm this close to giving up.
Yes! I tried to make mine the other night and I gave up!! My coupon expires Sunday so I really need to work on it but I do not have the patience for it right now!
Doing our MOTN feeding and this kid will not stop staring at me. I'm refusing to make eye contact because that means it's on. Is a blindfold inappropriate?
Hah, the other night DD would not stay asleep. We put her in the bed with us thinking she would fall asleep and then we would transfer her to the crib. I told DH not to talk to her or make eye contact so that she would get bored and close her eyes. She rolled onto her side and started talking to him and grabbing his beard. It was so funny watching him try to ignore her and it took all I had not to laugh!

Aw, well it seems like you're doing all you can. Hopefully she gets back on track soon
