My motivation to do anything productive at work is shot for the day. This really isn't good considering I have a big weekend long project I need to prepare for....
I'm not sure about all of you but every time I go shopping I end up getting LO something. Tonight it was a crib mobile, bottles to try, and an outfit 3-6 months. I can't stop myself!!!
DH declared today that he has decided LO is definitely going to need a brother. LO is also a boy This from the man who was so sure one would be enough.
I dropped all my baby weight within 2 weeks after giving birth. I somehow managed to gain 5 pounds since then. A part of me wants to work it off immediately, then there's another part of me that's like fuck it, I've decided I want another baby. If I get myself back into shape, I'm just gonna screw it all up again soon. Might as well just wait til I'm done being all pregnant and stuff. Pass me another brownie.
@Dawn5481 I didn't lose all my weight, but I'm in no rush to lose it because I somehow have the mindset that I will control my intake next go around. )
Verbal diarrhea in 3, 2, 1....."I hate your mother and I think she is a manipulative, toxic, she-devil!" Does anyone have an extra room for me and LO tonight?
I spilled an entire glass of water, ice included, Into LO's car seat at a restaurant today. Luckily h was holding her but she still had to ride home in a semi wet seat.
Well LO had her bath, ate, fell asleep. Laid her down she woke. Although she's young yet I decided every 5 minutes I would pick her back up, soothe, then put down. I did this for 30 minutes. No luck. Oh well. Picked her up, rocked her, she's asleep again in my arms....laying her down now. I havea feeling this is ggoing to be a terribly long.night.
A night I wish I still had semi support from LO dad. This is hard to do alone. but its the best
Also anyone else have trouble putting LO down in crib without feeling like your dropping them ? I have of on the highest setting but I'm just short. I feel like this is partly why she wakes going down.all the sudden she is like free in the air. Poor thing.
@BabyM82714 I'm pretty short too, but he tends to stay asleep longer if I lay his butt in the crib first, hold the head a second and then finish putting down. Doesn't work every time, but usually does.
I feel like I have to throw LO in the crib otherwise she'll realize I'm not holding her anymore. Must work because she's generally super easy to put down.
This week I've barely managed to keep everyone fed and haven't been around at all here. I have no idea how I'm going to survive returning to work when the house barely runs smoothly when I'm home on leave.

My random: I got my haircut today and apparently the dog hates it. She howls every time she sees me. Including right now.
Because you have a 3 month old child at home that you'd rather be with.
Can't say that I've ever considered that, but I can totally see the perks! If certainly be getting more action than I do right now...

And now all I want is cinnamon and sugar. My food cravings are just as strong as they were when I was preggo!
