Well as long as I'm approved for the scholarship looks like I'm going back to school for a certification. Not exactly sure how I feel about said decision quite yet, but I went with my gut saying I need to do it. So here is to the possibility of becoming a student again in the near future.
did our babies talk to each other again? Add me to the crappy night list. I yelled at DH like 3 times throughout the night. He probably should have gone and slept in the other room.
I would probably hurl myself down my stairs. Seriously. I found out we are expecting 1-3 on Saturday night and I regressed into a pouty 5 year old and stomped my feet while complaining about it. We have already set records with how much snow we've gotten. I'm so. over. it. We are supposed to hit 40 next week and I will probably have an actual dance party that day.
@subliminalrabbit, that is great news. I'm glad your feeling better.
Add me to the crap night of sleep. He went to bed fine and woke up a couple hours later with a very snotty nose and when he tried to nurse he puked all over us both. So the we had to change everything and use the nose frida which pisses him off. I'm thinking teething since the runny nose came on in a matter of hours and he's super fussy.
Yep, I knew I was in trouble. Grayson got up at 7:15 this morning. Why doesn't he sleep until 9 anymore? I'll be taking naps with him until I can get used to waking up this early.
@colieann31 I would give my right arm to sleep until 7:15. DD1 used to sleep in late too. Then DD2 came around and made it clear that 6 was now the new "sleeping in". On the rare occasion that my H gets up with the kids, I usually don't even make it until 8. I feel like I've slept my day away. That is really sad.
I'm anxiously awaiting those magical pre-teen/early teen years when all my kids want to do is sleep. I think that's going to be my chance at catching up.
It is not as lovely as you think! Because then you need them awake to do things. Grass is never greener...lol
I went to see what this Band Stand toy was all about. Our BRU didn't have it on such a great sale. It was 25% off of $60. I was hoping to find it for the price a lot of y'all did!! Maybe I missed it! Oh well!
Ben has a dr appt later today bc his bronchial infection isn't getting any better. It's been a little over 2 weeks and he has been on breathing treatment and antibiotics for a week with no improvements. You can tell he isn't feeling well and certainly isn't sleeping well but hasn't had a high fever or anything. Yesterday he came home from daycare with sores on him, probably 6-8 of them. I just got a call from daycare to go pick him up bc they think he has hand foot mouth. Shit.

Our Toys R Us said 25% off of $60 too, but when they scanned it the online price was what came up. I had the online price pulled up on my phone just in case they wouldn't give me the deal, but they did. I guess they may not have it marked correctly in store? Regardless, E doesn't care about it, so I haven't gotten my discounted money's worth yet.
So E is screaming like she is being tortured when I put her down for her nap at the exact same time that I do every morning. What gives, baby girl? Those top two teeth are a real bitch apparently.
@subliminalrabbit I just found out when I picked him up that several others in his class have had it and some have had strep. Apparently they posted a note on the door yesterday or the day before and I never saw it. Being new to the daycare I had no idea to look for those postings there. I would think they would verbally tell the parents but I guess not...

Oh man this. Lucas gets up at 5am. Every. Day.
I don't know how you all do it! I know my body will adjust but man it's hard.
It really is hard. It took me many years and an unhealthy addiction to coffee. Lol.
Sitting at the doctors office. I hate being here but my ankles are giving me problems now. Between my knees and ankles it's getting hard to walk up and down the stairs. I'm only 23. I'm not supposed to be falling apart yet!
Crap, you guys. I ran to switch laundry and when I came back the baby was sucking his stroller wheels- those that have rolled through dog pee, vomit in the garage, 4 months worth of street and sidewalk salt, etc. do I need to call the pediatrician????

This really made me LOL. Girl NO! LOLZ!!! Won't hurt him one bit! You know how much grass Harper "eats" at the soccer fields? I'm MOTY!
I'm taking my Chloe to see the US Women's National Soccer team tonight at the Dome. They are playing Russia. She is so stoked. She has gotten many of their autographs and seen them at various camps. I'm excited because I get to eat and drink! Plus she is rocking her new hair!
I though it was cute when Miley started standing in her lowered crib, until last night. After alternating laying her back down and letting her sit herself down 50+ times, she was so tired she flung herself sideways as she was pulling up. It was the first time I have ever gotten fustrated with her. I picked her up while she was screaming and said "if you just laid down, this wouldn't have happened." My mom interfered for the first time and told me to take a break for a minute. I felt so guilt and called my best friend crying. What kind of mother gets mad when their child hurts themself?
A REAL MOM. You're doing a great job. We are human.
Yesterday we had scalding hot water. Today, no hot water whatsoever. What the hell? Had to boil water to mix it with the freezing water to give J his bath.
