@Vinny424 I had a major supply dip at the beginning of the school year. DD got super fussy on the boob, yanking away then latching back on, and taking both sides instead of just one. Lots and lots of water, oatmeal, and upping your calories a little seems like the best bet. Also nursing a lot If you do supplement with a bottle do one oz from the bottle then put him on the boob again and repeat as needed. That way he's not starving and your boobs are getting the message to step it up

While my husband was getting his hair cut today, I realized he spends more on his hair than I do every month. I'm a little a jealous.
This can be fixed!
He spends $10 a week every week on haircuts not including hair product. Such a diva. Although I should say his haircuts are required as part of being in regulation, but still.

DH always and still does give himself his high and tights

I hear you. I once tried to cut DHs hair and he got so nervous that We ended up buzzing it all off. He does not trust me.
My dad rocked a high and tight for 20 years, only 4 of those was he in. He only recently got a new hair style. My husband gets a medium fade now @RedDawnsRevenge
He wants me to cut his hair, but I'm afraid to do so. My hand shakes and he's picky! @snowbound
Chase has finally figured out how to put himself to sleep! Did it twice so far (knock on wood) and we haven't had screaming fits in a week. We have been struggling with sleep since he was 4 months old literally the day after his 4 month birthday he had shots and sleep has been awful since and he turns 6 months on 10/4. He sleeps half the night in his own bed and half the night next to me. No more swing! I just wanted to let the caboosers behind us know hopefully sleep is coming your way! 4-51/2 months has been the biggest struggle I think it might have been harder then the newborn stage (although maybe it's because I work full time now and didn't then) but things are looking up!
And here's my cute boy at the park today for reading my novel

Tax deductible?
Yeah haircuts and uniform stuff are all write offs, thank goodness.
@Shelbysteffens I cut my DH hair because we got tired of paying that money all the time. Luckily he isn't picky at all!
Yeah he's picky and I don't have a great steady hand, although he's looking at gym membership that includes free haircuts so hopefully he chooses that route.
@celticlullaby I'm so sorry you're dealing with this, I hope you LO feels better soon. We can relate here--we are dealing with almost the exact same thing. DS has been sick for almost two weeks and it has recently gotten a lot worse. He screamed practically all day the last three days. Nothing I'm doing is helping at all. Sigh....

Had our first baby, Samuel Robert, on April 17, 2014!
Well, I was planning to wait till 6 months, but yet again planning goes to shit. I wasn't expecting to have a 4.5 month old who screams while he sits at the dining room table, chewing and jamming anything into his mouth. We did rice cereal 3x... Made him gassy so we went to sweet potatoes. Poor kid couldn't get them in his mouth fast enough!! He started crying out of frustration, so I had to nurse him and then feed him again. He LOVES to eat.

Thanks to this exchange I finally know what I'm going to sell from my etsy shop! I can't wait until my buddy gets it!
You have an etsy shop?
I think I do. I started an account about a year ago but never listed anything because I wanted to choose one type of item to sell. I didn't want to have a ton of things that don't follow one theme but now that I've done this box I know exactly what I want to start making and selling.
My SIL is like 2 weeks away from having baby #2 and has no clue what a birth plan is. Thinks it's some weird hippy dippy thing. And her husband is all if the doctor wants to take the baby away and bathe it right away and not do skin to skin first then he knows what he's talking about and that's what were doing. I wanted to to both of them or knowing nothing
Eh didn't have a birth plan. Glad I didn't because it would have all gone to shit with my c section lol
I had a very flexible birth plan. The goal was 'get baby out'. I didn't want to have a hard plan because you can't really control what happens, hence my c-section
@aronie82 I am on the same page with you. You don't have to have a detailed birth plan, it rarely goes the way you plan, but know your options. You are your ONLY advocate. But I also like to know everything I can about the situation I am entering- thus researching csection recovery prior to delivery, just in case.

Woohoo to baby pee! Sorry some of your little ones are feeling so poopy, y'all. @deidremaria I need to know what is going in this overpriced etsy store! And I need to know about the lines on @poru 's stick. I also need more tiramisu.

You can't find out untily buddy AW her box. That's how exclusive my hand crafted goods are.
Just got back from a weekend at my moms. DD hasn't pooped in 3 days but she is farting all the time. It is so funny. She doesn't seem upset so hopefully she will poop soon!

Sometimes she just seems super fussy and unsatisfied. I drink a Gatorade and sometimes an oatmeal smoothie and it usually works out.
