I did exactly this with an old soft cup bra that I'd never wear... Just measured the size hole I'd need to get the flanges through, snipped a couple of slits with some scissors, and WHAMO! free hands free pumping bra!

The legally approved spelling of Elliot over here has one L. Its on our name list, so, if we use it, it will have one L. Otherwise, no one will ever spell his name right. Ever. 

Someone spelled my name Kaitye on an official form the other day. My name is always spelled wrong here. I don't want him to go through that. Of course, he won't be an annoyed pregnant woman that was annoyed I had to go back and have the official form redone because they misspelled my name.

Oh you know... I married an axe murderer. No big. . Nah he was speeding and didn't have his liscense on him when we was pulled over and the dick cop instead of putting failure to id put evading arrest. It's kept him from getting jobs before....but that was several years ago. I hear most people only look 7 years back so fingers crossed

I can't complain about that because my DS middle name is spelled wrong to me. His middle name is Philip, I feel like it should have 2 L's in it, Phillip. However, it's my DH middle name so I had to spell it the way his mom did.

Last night DH and I were talking about how many homes we have to see and maybe I should just go with our realtor during the week since I have more free time. He actually said, "I'd normally have a problem with you spending so much time alone with another man but you're pregnant." JUST. WOW. I have at least seven different reasons for being offended by this.

In my birthing class the nurse told us about a woman who the doctor told was one centimeter dilated, so as soon as the woman left the office, she called an ambulance and went to the hospital because she thought she was in labor. From the doctor's office. Without asking her doctor what to do.

@jellysparkles How is your dog doing?

My pup has been sluggish most of this week too. He spent the weekend with our friends because we were out of town and I'm hoping he is just really exhausted from it still. I'm starting to get a bit concerned from his lack of annoying me since he is typically very active. But he is eating and drinking so I'm trying not worry to much and savor the peace.

I wanted to full on punch the teacher of our birthing class last night.  She was clearly a drama major or a theater geek (many of my friends are theater nerds, so don't get all butt-hurt).  We endured her show for about an hour, but when she did a little clappy dance with the forceps that she was demo'ing, SO and I gave each other the eye and slipped out the back door, went home and watched True Detective and ate choc peanut butter ice cream. 

It was the right choice.  It had been too long of a day for that nonsense.

Still sluggish, still drinking but not eating much. Starting to think she's constipated. Haven't made it to the ILs yet to see if she'll play, but will soon. Thanks for asking; maybe our pups are having sympathy symptoms

If she is constipated, I highly recommend pumpkin! Works wonders for my parents' dogs.

Do people ever ask their doctors questions anymore? I got this giant spiral bound book explaining pregnancy and things like Braxton Hicks, signs of pre-term labor, labor bag packing suggestions, etc. All these posts are starting to remind me of the "is this kicking" stuff from second trimester.
