Feels weird to be the first one posting here. Because I hadn’t had a cycle yet since our last baby, we had our dating scan today. 7+1 due September 2nd! Heart rate was 142 bpm (I believe). I don’t know why it’s sideways and sorry about the glare, they gave us a CD so I took a picture.
Had my 1st prenatal visit and ultrasound. The doctor measured the baby at 7w1d which is close to what I had predicted with my ovulation- so probably due somewhere around 9/1-9/3. The heartbeat sounded good- 143 bpm I think. I'm going to have another US to confirm the date, and another US for the NT test.
Touch and go with twins. A measured two days ahead of B, which was on track. We did fertility treatments and knew this was a possibility. I’m also a twin. I have to go back Wednesday because they couldn’t see yolk sacs yet, possibly because my bladder was too full and the fact that I have a 77mm cyst competing for space.
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
@notagoodpatient I’m seeing an RE and they never make me empty my bladder, but I’m usually seen very early in the morning (like 6:30-7:30). I have been super bloated and peeing constantly though, so she asked me to empty it and it was still too full. Usually the OB does urine samples for various reasons before an US

First ultrasound today, I think I’m at 5+4. Super quick visit with a partner of my RE who I hadn’t met previously. She says everything looked appropriate for how far along I am. I think I was expecting more, but I’m elated! Gestational sac and yolk sac. She wants me to come back in 2 weeks (it’s going to feel like 2 years) and she says by the then we should be able to hear the heartbeat. So now I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed until 2/5.
I gots a baby in me! Everything looks good for now, measuring on track and we saw the heartbeat. I'm feeling better but I'm not going to say we're out of the woods yet since both of my MMCs were after a good ultrasound. We have a repeat ultrasound in a week and a half

@ssbl Only one yolk sac between the twins on Wednesday and I started spotting on Thursday morning, so I went in for ultrasound 4 and there were 3 yolk sacs. TRIPLETS! I’ve been trying to get in here to update you guys, but the site is giving me so many issues! We go back Monday (6 weeks) to see if we can see fetal poles or heartbeats.

@CarbAddict totally in shock. We knew I had two follicles for IUI, but our success rate in 13 months was low and *TW* I’ve had 3 miscarriages plus 3 failed IUIs and had put in for IVF approval. It’s still early so who knows what will happen.

There wasn't a whole lot to see at our u/s, but it was fun, especially for DH (it's his first!) The embryo was hiding behind the yolk sac so the tech couldn't get an exact measurement of the length or of the heart rate, but we could see it fluttering away! (6w2d) We have a follow up in 2 weeks to get a more exact measurement.
Triplet A - HB 108, B - hard to see still (confirmed A and B are likely identical), Triplet C - HB 110; A and B are pictured

@jennifer_louise It’s crazy to be pregnant with 3 at once especially since we lost 3... still in that PGAL state of wondering what will happen. This was my fifth ultrasound and the last 3 they are questioning whether Baby B will make it. We should know more next Wednesday.

@NYTino24 - I don't even know what to say. That's crazy!! I seriously would have passed out had I seen that on the ultrasound. LOL.
Here's my pic. Ignore that it says 6w3d. The RE still hasn't updated it. They were going by my LMP and not my ovulation date. The baby is at 7w2d and that's what it measured! HB = 147.Excuse the bad pic.

@NYTino24 keeping you all all THREE babies in my thoughts! Such an emotional rollercoaster. I hope you can see a HB for triplet B at your next ultrasound!
Had my official dating US this morning. Baby looked great and was wiggling. HB was over 160 and they measured it at 9w1d which is 1 day past what I had calculated from my ovulation.
Had an early scare with some bleeding, so was happy to see my little peanut is rocking a strong heartbeat and all is looking healthy. 7 weeks 5 days ❤️
6w4d... *TW* spotting today but fighters are still fighting! 3 nice heartbeats and a rhogam shot to the butt. Back on Wednesday
