ππ»ππ»Hi! STM here, BFP on 12/31, EDD of 9/10 π₯° DH and I have been married 4 years and have an amazing 15mo boy who literally makes my heart melt every day. Theyβll be almost exactly 2 years sort Β Weβre excited, nervous and hoping for the best. First appointment isnβt until 2/6. The wait is unreal!Β
edited to add that I was part of October 2017 but admittedly got very behind on posting/participating. Or posted in wee hours when I was working overnight shifts. Iβll try and be better this time!
Welcome @knottieefb7b9d5ae5dd530! How exciting for you & your SO! Glad to see youβre already so active in the group. If you donβt mind, please change your username when you get a chance. Everyone gets assigned a random βknottieβ name at first & it makes it hard to keep track of whoβs who. When you change your name you may have to log out & then back in before it updates. Looking forward to getting to know you!Β
@knottieefb7b9d5ae5dd530 Hello and welcome. Would you please change your username? It is super hard to get to know everyone with a generic knottie name and itβs also hard to try and tag you, lol. Directions below! Thanks!!
How to change your username: log in to TheKnot, hover over My Knot, and click Account Settings. Be sure to log out and log back in after changing your username. If you are having issues doing it that way, you can emailΒ community@thebump.comΒ and ask them to change your username. Give them a few suggestions just in case your top choice is taken. It may take up to 24 hours for the name to update.Β
@Doggiedoc2016 my first appointment is the 6th too and I think I might explode having to wait that long! Hopping you have an awesome appointment and I will be with you in spirit.Β
HI All! I am a soon-to-be 30 year old FTM here in NJ very cautiously excited! I think due date will be 9/19 but will have to wait for my 1st appt. to confirm. Not for a few more weeks! Excited to meet you all and support each other~
I'm a STM with a 3.5 yr old, due on Sept. 14. We suffered a loss midway through my 2nd trimeter in the fall, so I'm very happy to be moving forward. My daughter is so ready to be a big sister.
Hi everyone! Congratulations on your own BFPs! I'm so excited to join this group as a STM. I got my BFP this morning and was shocked since it's only 9 dpo. I felt some implantation pinches yesterday and had sore breasts this morning so I decided to test since I had bought a 4 pk of hpts and it wouldn't really matter if I wasted one by testing early...and there it was. I'm still nervous to trust that it's real.. ..so like a lot of you, I'm *cautiously* excited and hoping for a h+h baby in September. My EDD is Sept 28th.Β
Hey everyone, Excited to be here and be a part of this community! Based on lmp im due Sept 15 but on OPKs probably closer to Sept 20. We have an almost 3 year old girl and I was a part of the January 2016 board but mostly lurked. We are from Canada and we have a 9 year old boxer mix dog named Roxy.Β
STM here! Just got my BFP at 9dpo, making my EDD Sept 27th. Two years ago I had a Sept 17 DD, and I'm so excited to start the journey over again!Β Also excited to share a BMB with a good group of TTGP @chichiphin@lillywonderland@nomangos23 !!
Hi everyone!Β EDD is 9/6. DH and I have been married for 5 years and have a 21 month old daughter. We live in PA. Excited to be on this journey with you all!
Hello! I am shocked that I will be posting here.Β EDD is Sept 25. This will be #3 for DH and I.Β Our other two are 7 and 5.Β So back to the beginning.Β Β I am 38 and live in Michigan.Β
As many others have said, I'm cautiously introducing myself and hoping to stick around.
*TW* I experienced a CP in December 2017, then got another BFP in February 2018 but MC at 11 weeks the following April *END*
I'll be a FTM. DH and I are both 30. We recently moved to the Central Florida area from south Georgia for hubby's job and so far we love it. We have one furbaby who's an 11 year old chihuahua/terrier mix and he's spoiled rotten, like sleeps on his back next to me under the covers every night haha. I'm a mental health counselor for the Florida department of corrections and love it. I got a BFP this past weekend when I noticed I was feeling constantly nauseated and my emotions were all over the place like a crazy person. Based on my LMP I'm guessing my EDD is around September 24th. Currently waiting for the doctor to call me back to make my first appointment. In the meantime, I look forward to being here with you all and wishing everyone a happy, healthy, boring 9 months!
@marebear15 yayyyy!! I feel a bit stalkerish being so excited for all the TTGP ladies since I mostly lurked until the last few weeks, but I am just so happy you're all here too!
*TW*

3rd time mom here from Maine! This one was a surprise for us, and while it's a little bit overwhelming, it's also something that will be a good thing for our family to look forward to, as we just lost my grandfather and my husband's grandmother within a week's time around the holidays.
The only glitch is, my sister is getting married August 31st (I'm the MOH) and my EDD is 9/18 based on the 1st day of my last period. I am feeling pretty guilty about that! My first appointment is Feburary 6th.Β
Hi all! Former bumpie here. I got a bfp this am and am figuring I'm due around Sept. 27, which makes me super early (3w, 3d). This will hopefully be baby #4: I have 2 daughters (7/11 & 4/13) and one son (10/15).Β I'm coming off of a CP so I'm a little hesitant to get too excited but all the same, grateful to have the chance again so hopefully this is it. Can't wait to meet you all!
Hey! I'm a May 2017 Bumpie and got a BFP on 1/11. I told myself I'd wait till my missed period to test, but then 3 days early I decided I didn't want to wait. Opted to take a dollar store test assuming it'd be negative because its early...nope! Now just anxiously awaiting my 1st appointment. EDD: 9/19/19 (ooh I like that date)Β
Hi! 3rd time mom here originally from NJ my whole life but we just moved to Ohio in April. Iβm 27 years old with a 5 1/2 year old daughter, and 3 year old son. I got pregnant right away with my other two, but this one took 6 months to stick ππ I think Iβm due around the 15th-17th of September. Of course I didnβt track my period last month so i really donβt know for sure. My first appointment is on 1/28 at 7 weeks. Looking forward to this journey π
Well my first time joining a group but EDD 9/13- babes #5π³ we live in Nebraska-have three boys and one girl- I am a SAHM- all kids are under 8yrs old
Hey September! I'm (cautiously) moving over here from TTGP.Β I wasn't there for very long, but tried to be active so I don't know if I'd be considered a grad. I'm excited to be here with the recent TTGP ladies though!
Two weeks ago, I got what I'm pretty sure was a false positive followed by negative HPTs a couple days later, a negative quantitative blood test, and another negative last week.Β Yesterday, I was 18 DPO with no sign of AF so I decided to test with a digital. I was worried that something was really wrong with me and didn't expect a BFP, but "pregnant" showed up and I just about died. I got in for a blood test right away and just received confirmation this morning. I'm VERY excited, but kind of in disbelief because of how up and down this cycle seemed. I'll be a FTM. *TW in spoiler (MC)*
My husband (bf at the time) and I had an accidental pregnancy in 2012 that ended in a MC at 8 weeks. I had only found out I was pregnant 1 week prior and never had time to really process how I felt about being pregnant in the first place. I never really considered it a loss while TTC, but now that I've gotten my BFP, I'm all kinds of worried.
Anyway, I hope I get to stick around with you ladies! I'm really looking forward to participating on the board. Congratulations to all of you!
Hi Sept mommies!! My name is Becca, Iβm 5 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child, this is my 3rd pregnancy. I lost my first pregnancy at 12 weeks, and because of that miscarriage, I have a lot of anxiety & fear about losing this pregnancy. Since Iβve carried 1 child to full term already, my belly pooched out right away this time and I recognized the symptoms early (tired, moody, crazy dreams, fuller boobs), but my lack of nausea/ morning sickness and my own personal anxiety has me worried that Iβll lose or that Iβve already lost the baby. Iβm 35, Iβll turn 36 in a few weeks, and my older age has added to my fear of a miscarriage. My first sonogram will be next Wednesday so I am looking forward to that confirmation that baby is growing as he/she should. I am so looking forward to giving my son a little sibling, and completing our family.Β
Hello all! I am a STM with a EDD of September 5th. My DH and I will be married 4 years this May with a wonderful 12 month old son. This BFP came as a Christmas surprise because our first took us 1.5 years to conceive and we were not really trying/preventing. We actually were going to start trying this month. I live in Florida and work as a RN. Congrats everyone!Β
Hi everyone! Im from the east coast. My husband and I got married June of 2018. In August , we found out we were expecting but our joy and excitement were short lived because we lost our baby a week after finding out. We got a fur baby after that, and we named her Sesame, as that was the size of our baby when we lost him/her.Β
We are beyond excited to be expecting again and Iβm currently on week six, but Iβm also nervous. Iβm not sure of my EDD yet. I have no sex preference as Iβm wishing for a healthy happy baby. But my husband is convinced we are having a boy!Β Β
Hello! Im 31 from Gilbert, AZ. Mom of one 4 1/2 year old. Just found out I am pregnant last night. My husband and I were married in April and we were told in June IVF was our only choice as I have PCOS and his count and mobility are awful. We decided to still try alternative and my husband went on chlomid a couple months ago. I had planned to join him last month. However, the DR said his levels were still too low. So I decided to wait 2 more months. SO we're shocked to see we did this! haha. My dr told me trying to have a baby on my own "would be a waste of my time"...Β
