@leilee101 Are you drinking POM juice? If not, I would be downing that stuff daily! I'm sure it's just low because you can't do the synthetic estrogen right now. What about the estradiol patches? Are they a no for you too? Have you stopped all caffeine? I've heard that taking a brisk walk can help blood flow to the uterus and blood flow helps build it up. Also, you're gonna laugh, but some doctors prescribe Viagra to help stimulate blood flow to the uterus. You may want to ask about that. I really hope it starts kicking in on it's own but definitely try the POM juice in the meantime.
@kimberlyshae@mayflower513 ugh guys I have been doing everything! Acupuncture twice per week, light exercise, pom juice, brazil nuts, red rasberry leaf tea, allll the vitamins (E, L-Angine, baby aprin, prenatal) heating pad at night - I even got a TENS machine at the suggestion of my acupuncturist! I have asked Dr about Viagra and she said if I insisted, she would prescribe it but that it can get pretty expensive. I've even been making sure to orgasm regularly to increase blood flow to that area, my husband loves that one lol.
It's not that I can't do the synthetic estrogen, it's just that my lining only got to a 6 even with extremely high levels of e2 so my doctor does not think I respond well to that. but a 6 sounds much better than a 2. freakin 5!!!! What more can I do?? Maybe try injectables next cycle? I am already assuming this cycle is going to be cancelled, my lining will need to literally double in 2 days for it not to be
@kimberlyshae Idk how I missed the post. I had to go back and see what everyone was talking about. CONGRATULATIONS 🎉🎊🎈 That is one bold beautiful second line!

I'm officially not on this thread, so my joining was premature. My RE wants to do a medicated cycle because of the bleeding last time (and the length of my post-retrieval cycle) but they don't have time on the lab schedule in 2 weeks because of the holiday. So I'm on BCP until next Friday, then start oral estrogen for transfer in January. Not sure if it's the BCP, a stomach bug or something I ate, but I was nauseated last night, and then again at work today and actually did throw up this afternoon (fortunately I'd come home). Kind of hoping it's not the pills or this may continue for another week.
Hi girls! Joining from July IVF board... took a couple months off to regroup and now will be doing an FET on December 18th! Planning on transferring one embryo (3 frozen). I currently have a 4 year old whom I conceived naturally. We've been in this process of trying for a 2nd for almost 2 years now. I think I was able to add my info to that spreadsheet. Trying to catch up on the other posts. Thinking of you all!

@kimberlyshae@lindsjacobs YEY!!! Congrats girls! @leilee101 I hope everything will go well for you and your lining will start growing at double time I'm still just on BCP. On 12/18 I supposed to start Lupron...and the journey will begin
Faintest of faint but definitely pink line this afternoon (4dp5dt). Hoping so hard this time sticks — I have a history of chemicals and I’m scared to be excited but .
Does anybody else keep all their positive tests? I date and mark them all and keep them in a drawer. I can’t bear to throw them out, even the now-blank digital ones. I feel like they’re the only evidence/testimony I have that I have ever been pregnant and lost something. I feel a little embarrassed admitting that, because chemicals don’t “count” really.
So transfer yesterday was a bit bumpy we had 1 of our 2 embryos stick in the tube, so basically had 2 seperate transfers not sure how often this happens or if it will effect anything.. The embryologist told us that blasts had not fully reexpanded but are 100% viable trying to stay optimistic but this has really got me in my feelings today!! Plus still torn on bed rest versus doing something today my RE does not give recommendations says its whatever we feel is best. I have been so crampy since transfer and it’s raining so I’m thinking a hallmark movie day at this point. I really wish I would have asked more questions yesterday as I haven’t really slept and my search history is a bit absurd.🤦♀️ If anyone has any knowledge on the above I would truly appreciate the input.
@ruger0228 I don’t have personal experience with this but I’ve heard both from embryologists and anecdotally from quite a few women with successful cycles that it’s fine. Your embryo is just extra sticky!
Thanks ladies, I really thought this being the 3rd time going through this I was more prepared to stay calm... Boy was I wrong!!! @elvedon- hope you are right about being extra sticky.
@ruger0228 When we did my transfer the RE identified the embryo as “5AAB”. I’d never heard the third letter used before so I asked about it. The third letter signifies how the embryo re-hydrates upon thaw (that may not be the right terminology but you get the idea). The scale is A-D with A being best - except the RE and embryologist told us they’ve found NO DIFFERENCE in success rates between this event grades - so they really don’t matter. I don’t know for sure if this is the same thing you’re describing but sounds the same. They basically said if they make the thaw that’s all that matters.
@zamora_spin My clinic does not put a letter or number but yes same concept. Thank you so much that actually makes me feel so much better knowing someone else has heard of it!
@elvedon Happy for you and the line @ruger0228 the best option is probably to stay positive no matter what since you really have no control over it at this point. And I acknowledge that its super hard to stay 100% positive, I don't have that kind of discipline that's for sure.
@ruger0228 My last embryo stuck to the catheter and they had to re-do it. It resulted in my pregnancy now, so I see as a good sign! My RE also said the last 2 that it happened to also worked. Best if luck to you!!
